This place shouldn't be called Jason's Deli, it should be called Nick's deli, because Nick who works here busts his ass dealing with all these fools all while cleaning tables, remaining patient, and bringing me the best baked potato I've ever had. I love Jason's Deli and it's not just because there are free ice cream cones. I love the healthy menu choices, fruit as a side item, whole wheat wraps, soups and salads. Not everything is healthy here but I certainly can find enough healthy things here to keep me full. They get crowded around lunchtime but the line moves pretty quickly and a table always seems to open up. The staff is nice. I'll continue to frequent this location. read more

Turkitini was delish. Smoked pieces of turkey on top of tomato, avocado, added lettuce and sprouts, and russian dressing. Pretty good stuff. This place is OK if you have not evolved enough to make use of your taste buds yet. I have tried 3 different sandwiches/rolls. Eating the veggie roll makes one feel like chewing on cardboard. Salmon is a little better but how bland can food really be? My office admin loves this food and tries to cater from this chain whenever possible. I know most of the people eat the stuff because it's free but given a choice at least half of them would pass this place if they were paying it out of their own pockets. I used to think that British and Scandinavians have the blandest food but Jason's Deli is trying it's best to bring US towards the top of this list. read more

First off I want to say thank you to the manager for being very nice and professional. She made our experience very pleasant and I must say I would have never expected this kind of customer service upon arriving the restaurant. This woman was the hardest working manager I have ever seen. I was blown away by how hard she worked. Ok so let me get back on track. So upon arrival the store seemed clean and well put together although it appeared to be one of the oldest Jason's deli I've ever eaten at. (Not to say it looked bad) So I got to the register and was greeted by the manager. She was awesome she took my order and didn't make me feel like a criminal for using my birthday coupon. She even brought my cheesecake out to me and let me know that my food was coming out. My food came out and was great, no complaints other than I think the table buster must have been on lunch, and the tables might have gotten alittle alittle backed up. As I was eating she came out and caught up on the tables so no biggie. I must add she is the definition of a servant leader and I could easily see her running her own store if this store wasn't already hers. I found out something about Jason's Deli that has made me a fan: ordering the salad bar TO GO! By the time you're done filling your containers full of fresh veggies, hummus, etc. there's enough food to enjoy for three days. Unlike eating at a buffet where I feel like I have to eat until I have consumed my money's worth of food, I can eat a normal portion of food and enjoy more salad the next day. From now on salad bar "to go" for me. I actually give them 3.5 stars for the salad bar and pleasant servers. I would give them 4 or 5 stars, but the following reasons keep me from doing so: 1. They say the don't use MSG, but Hydrolyzed Protein and Autolyzed Yeast Extract are in the Vegetarian French Onion Soup. If you have an allergy or sensitivity to MSG, you know that these are the same thing under another name and may cause a serious reaction. I found this out the hard way, so now I avoid all of their soups. 2. The restaurant is a little too crowded and noisy for me at lunch time. Unless you can get a booth, you get crammed at tables are way too close together. read more

This place is right around the corner from my office and for some reason I really don't go that often. I always knew that I never really craved Jason's but the food, when I've gone, is actually good. I couldn't put my finger on my problem until today and now that I've isolated it, I'm in for good. My problem is that whenever I go in there to eat lunch, the service is SOOOOO slow! Like these people could not keep worms in a tin they're so slow! Sure, they're busy but does it REALLY take that long to take a simple order? Some of these people have an IQ of 2 and it takes 3 to grunt. Just not all there, apparently. I went online today because for some strange and healthy reason I was craving a salad to rid myself of the impurities consumed at last night's Braves game. Much to my delight, I found that I could submit my order online and go pick it up and, in theory, it would be waiting on me! PROBLEM SOLVED! Food was fresh and, most importantly, waiting on me when I arrived! I couldn't believe it! Oh, and all of our "special requests" (e.g. no red onions) were perfect! It certainly won't replace our traditional Mexican Friday at El Azteca (see previous review) but at least it is another option for lunch and they're not Deli Nazis like Fancy Pantry across the street (read my review on that place as well). Busy Lunch Crowd but efficient service. Good sweet tea and huge salad bar. The food itself was ok, but all my colleagues from Alpharetta seem to like this place a lot. I guess coming from California, I am used to excellent food, and this place is just ok in my opinion. It's got the techy/business lunch crowd, packed, lots of conversations going on, good place to meet someone and kick back for a quick lunch. This was probably my best sandwich experience to date. Aside from the quality of the sandwich (the Papa Joe), I also appreciated how the hardworking staff were able to accommodate me promptly with a genuine spirit of customer service. Unimpressed. Horrible service... Maybe something in the food because everyone is rude, customers, cashier, bus boy who stared at me trying to clean up a spilled drink with a napkin and when I asked for help he pointed me across the room to a napkin despenser. Forgot part of our order, what came out was burnt awful pizza the kids wouldn't eat and the worst potato with overly microwaved chicken and congealed sour cream. Yum. Not. Won't be back. Jason's Deli is one of my regular spots for lunch. They have a good variety of food and sometimes offer something seasonal or new. I suggest once you have a few favorites stick with those as occasionally when I do try things I haven't had previously they're not always my favorite. It is crazy during lunch, so if you're with someone it would be beneficial if one of you grabs a table while the other orders. They do offer online ordering, so that's always an option. Yes, the ice cream is free, though almost every time I've been they are out of chocolate (which means you can't have the swirl either) - good thing I like vanilla! Had to write a review for this place! While waiting for a meeting to start, I wandered over here. Wow! Friendly staff, good food and FREE Ice cream! What a great concept and marketing tactic. If you are with kids and trying to decide where to eat, the place with free ice cream wins every time. They have free muffins and nuts too. Good place at Northpoint for a sandwich, and its pretty fast too. I go here every so often in between students and grab a sandwich. Be warned, they hook it up on the meat. Turned off... I was very disappointed on my last visit here. The salad bar was false advertisement as I expected there to be chicken, turkey or ham to add to the salad and there was none. They forgot to give me my soup upon ordering and the ice cream machine was broken. Overall, the salad bar left much to the imagination and had me wishing I had ordered a sandwich instead. The salad bar is by far the best in town and always has plenty of very fresh vegetables. I love the little brown rolls too. The sandwiches are so so and really pretty bland but the cheddar broccoli soup is good. I think most items that come from the kitchen need some serious seasoning. Salt and pepper would be a food start. The seating sucks. Small wobbly tables crammed so close you literally bump elbows with the table next to you. I would suggest getting the salad bar to go and avoid all the chaos that is lunchtime there. read more

We love coming here with the kids on a 'lazy' night when we don't feel like cooking. We can get in and out quickly so we still have time to do stuff in the evening; the food is healthy so we don't feel like we have to choose between cooking and eating healthy; and the prices are awesome ( under $30 for a family of four ). We go to Jason's probably at least once a month. As parents with young kids, we like that the food is organic and they have zero hydrogenated oils in the entire restaurant. I love the garden sandwich (sans cheese). It is family friendly. As a vegan family, my only frustration is the free ice-cream!! Can you get a non-dairy ice-cream in the mix?? :) So much better for our bodies and our planet!! read more

I love Jason's Deli normally but this was was disgustingly dirty, and it took 37 minutes to get our food. The bathroom was a dirty as an I-75 truck stop and the floor was literally so slimy someone's going to fall and break a hip. By the time we left half the tables had dirty plates on them waiting to be bussed. It is reasonable to expect Sunday afternoon there to be busy but this was beyond ok. Avoid this one. read more

I placed a large online CURBSIDE pick up order early today for a 3:45 PM pick up. I arrived about five to 10 minutes early, but they spotted me in the parking lot and came out to let me know everything was ready. They were wearing their masks (COVID-19) and they were SO nice! Everything was packed so beautifully. I've not eaten anything yet because I've stored these things in my freezer, but the sandwiches looked amazing and the Chicken Alfredo had the most delicious aroma! Every item I ordered was there, including extra sliced onions in a plastic bag. I was BEYOND IMPRESSED! I never had to call them on a cell phone to let them know I arrived. What AMAZING service and what promises to be FANTASTIC FOOD! Jason's Deli has always been one of my favorite places to eat. During this pandemic, I highly recommend using their services! I only wish I could give them more than five stars!!! read more

Was very disappointed with my expeience at this location. I ordered a sandwich with no tomato but instead received extra tomatoes...and I was told my receipt was in the bag, when in fact it wasn't. Too bad I didn't realize this until I was back to my hotel. This was a business meal and now I have no receipt for my expense report. read more

I have been going to this location for over 10 years. Over the last several months the quality of food and service has been declining steadily. There seems to be a completely different staff there every time we go, and our orders are now frequently wrong. This past Sunday we went for lunch at 10:45 am, we were the only people there, and the restaurant was absolutely filthy. ALL of the tables were sticky with spilled food and drink, and there were crumbs all over ALL of the chairs and floor. We finally ended up cleaning up an area ourselves to sit at, but clearly nothing had been cleaned overnight. The carrots they served to my son were so old and dried out they were completely white on the outside, and I found a bug in the lettuce bin at the salad bar. I have always liked Jason's Deli, so I guess I will try one of the other locations in the area. I will never be back to this one. read more

The all-you-can-eat salad bar is far better than the Sweet Tomatoes right up the road. Even though the selection is smaller, the quality is better. I've had other sandwich selections from other Jason's Deli locations and been fairly happy with them. However, to be clear, Jason's Deli is most certainly not of the same quality as McAlister's Deli. read more
