It's been a long time since I've been to a Jason's Deli, and now I know why. Decided on a half chicken club and salad bar since it's so hot outside. The half sandwich was barely half eaten, as the chicken was so dry it was impossible to chew. The bacon looked like bacon, but definitely didn't taste like it. The salad was cold. If I could I'd give this place zero stars, I would. We have been long time Jason's customers in Grapevine. Then they open up one right around the corner from the house in Roanoke. Every time we have come in, our order has been wrong or they don't bring half our order. We keep coming back, hoping things would get better. Tonight was the straw that did it, no more!!! I got one of the manager specials with a sandwich and I opened it up to two thin slices of meat. I took it up to the manager and asked why there was hardly any meat and he said, since it was a managers special you get a quarter of a roll of turkey. I'm a regular at Jason's Deli, and just wanted to give some feedback for the past couple of months of going to this location. Had a good visit at Jason's this past Friday Night. Only reason why it is 4 stars is due to the shortage of meat and the look of the sandwich for the Club Royal. Once I went up to the cashier, he helped me get a new sandwich, which only took a few minutes. During the wait, he came up to me and offered a desert because of the issue. I refused multiple times, but he insisted, so he got us a couple of cheesecakes for home. I expected one but he gave me two. I was a bit frustrated that my family's food didn't come before it went to other people that ordered after us, but the cashier did a great job, and he was such a nice person when he took our order. I did ask for him to tell the managers about having the orders that are first go out first, and it seemed like he informed them, but I'm not sure if they took too much action. I've gone through window a few times in the past and it has been slow and fast, just depends who you get on window I think, or the day. I'm pretty sure I went on a different Friday night around a month ago and got the cashier I had Friday Night, and he was excellent, really quick at what he does and everything was accurate. It looked like he was the only guy working back there. Fantastic job. He looked like a 15-16 year old, but don't completely remember his name. I also came by last night through the drive through. A different guy named Zac took my order on the drive through and was nice about it. I did personally thank him as he made my day. I've also come in before and a sweet girl took my family's order, just over a week ago, and she was overly nice and helpful. Besides Friday Night's incident with my sandwich and the window being occasionally slow, it was a 5 star. Gave it 4 stars for those two issues. read more

I really wanted to like this location, I really did, but the truth is the matter is that it is terrible. Jason's prices are high which has never bothered me but this location is different it is a waste of money. The food quality is awful and the salads taste like they washed the greens in dirty dishwater. The tomato basil soup had rubbery pieces of tomato in it. I don't write reviews often, especially about workers, but I thought when I went to Jason's Deli on Sunday night that Max did a really good job with taking my order. He was very polite, gave me plenty of time to chose my order, and in fact, I had a lot of specifications on my California Club, and he had no issue taking it. He was overly nice, respectful, and was very outgoing. I also went one time through the drive though and got myself a Jane without sour cream and a drink. It took around 15 minutes so Jazemine offered me a drink. I was very pleased with my visits here so far and I plan on coming around once a week. Thanks to whoever runs this place, great job! Also a question, do you guys have any sort of sandwich which just tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and maybe some sauce? Hi. 57293037 Ticket-We did take out dinner for the 1st time from this location. We ordered a Nutty salad with dressing on the side and an order of zucchini mac. When I arrived to pick up the order, it was not ready. In fact, I had to wait an additional 35 minutes after the order was supposed to be complete. I had to go to the cashier twice to find out the status of my order. When I got the order home there was NO salad dressing and only a1/2 portion. The Zucchini order did not have Zucchini. YIKES. What is also troubling is the restaurant was 75% empty and no other take out orders were being worked on. I go to Jason Deli often for lunch in Grapevine. Service is always been good and I have never had any experience like the Roanoke location. I am not a happy customer. In a few weeks, I will try this location again and continue my review. read more

I waited 25 minutes to receive my to go order (2 wraps & 2 sandwiches). My husband & son said the roast beef on the beefeater sandwich had zero flavor. I got the Mediterranean wrap...all lettuce, 1 cucumber, hardly any hummus & only 1 olive in the entire wrap? If I wanted a lettuce wrap I would have ordered that. My other son got the turkey wrap. He said it was just meh. Seems the food quality keeps going down since this location has opened. Today I went to Jason's deli in Roanoke to pick up an online order. Somehow they managed to forget to put my salad in the bag, unfortunately I didn't notice until I arrived back home. I went back to the store and told them the situation and they asked if I could prove that I didn't get my salad and showed them the receipt. The manager on duty told me there was nothing he could do for me. Jason's deli is a poorly run, unsatisfactory company with mediocre food. The food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly! I've gone here a lot, so I've seen it at its best and when not at its best. There are times, especially Sunday noon, when this place is crazy busy! Regretfully, this seems to be a recurring theme since it's happened to us before. It was my idea to order because I really had a craving for their taco salad. We have been to this location several times and never had an issue. Tonight they were nice, but it wasn't busy and it took forever to get 3 of our 4 meals. Those 3 were only soup and salad bar! The person who ordered an actual meal got theirs first. Two different people came to ask us "you haven't gotten your salad plates or soup yet" ..... We wanted bowls, not cups, but alas we ended up with cups, which is fine I guess, must have been miscommunication, but after waiting for as long as we did, they could have done something to make it a better experience. I have worked restaurants and customer service a lot and you make things right. Period. They didn't seem to want to do that. The food was good, salad bar was mostly fresh and three of the soups were good, but the broccoli cheese was way thinner than normal. We really like Jason's Deli, but if this were my first visit I would not be back. Fortunately, the people were nice and it was still a decent meal and I know this isn't their norm. read more

I love Jason's Deli! This is my second visit here and the same thing so I decided to leave feedback. I ordered a club royale and one trip salad bar. The sandwich had almost no visible guacamole . Samar issue as the time before . I asked if they could bus one of the booths for us . One young lady rolled her eyes , came over and removed the items and wiped it up with a used napkin from the people before ! I waited but she never returned so I asked if someone could use a dishcloth to clean the table. Another eye roll . One last thing, the mousse dessert tasted disgusting this time.
