While I didn't expect the place to not have a line, I was pleasantly surprised at how I was able to quickly place my order then grab a counter seat along the window. I was solo on this visit, so I didn't need a table, but those who had groups had to wait a few minutes to grab an empty one as the the restaurant was fairly full. The atmosphere is just like any pop-in, to-go place: casual, yet energetic, and feels approachable with a focus on serving quality food, rather than worried about a Michelin star. The only caveat is that the prices are a bit higher than most are probably happy paying, but you've got to remember its proximity to Times Square and the Gordon Ramsay brand. I got Gordon's combo which was a piece of cod, a piece of chicken, and three pieces of shrimp. All three were were crispy, flaky, and golden brown with a light batter that delivered a nice crunch, and the chips were hot and hearty.
