I've been here twice, i was referred her by america tires. the first time i came here since i just got 2 new rear tires. My alignment i would say would be pricey but they know what they are doing. They have a 6 month / 6,000 miles warranty. I came back the second time since i had two new front tires and my alignment was free since it was still under warranty. Thats pretty cool. I don't think its pricey anymore since other place when ever you come you have to pay. the people are very friendly. theres a dog behind the counter so becareful. dont be an idiot. read more

Wow! All I can say is, if more businesses were run like JC's... the world would be a much better place. Honesty... integrity and quality work are the things that come to mind when I think about my experience here. My friend hit something on the freeway that damaged her car pretty extensively. She took it to a shop in Anaheim and they made some repairs, but didn't resolve the issue. John identified the issue and helped me to locate the part (it had been discontinued by Nissan). Once I had the part he worked with me to get the car in as soon as possible (and this place is busy). Completed the work quickly... solved the issue and I was surprised at the great price. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.... JOHNNY IS THE MAN!!!! My Venza was in a head on colission two years earlier... When the Insurance approved Body Shop finished the repairs... i noticed excessive "Torque Steer" and complained about the problem... The Body Shop assured me it was fine and maybe it was just me... Ill never go there again... I will only go to Elio at Diamond Coats in Santa Ana I brought my vehicle in to Johnny because of my friend James at Axis Wheels and Tuning... I made an appointment... Dropped it off and was told to come back in an hour... I came back and was told by Johnny that the vehicle had been hit hard on the front drivers side and that the motor had shifted 3 inches over.... I explained the accident and the body shops repairs and the "Torque Steer".... Johnny said "No Problem... Its fixed for good." I have never felt the "Torque Steer" again after the adjustment... As a guy who has dealt with shady mechanics in the past, I can honestly say that the crew here at JC's is top notch. Johnny did a diagnostic on my suspension and didn't upsell me with a bunch of BS that I didn't need (I knew I needed new shocks and struts and he told me that honestly after the diagnostic). They even managed to fit me in within 2 days and knocked out all of the work in one day at a very fair price. They did a great job my my lifted 2017 4Runner with KDSS. I had my alignment done at another place that didn't specialize in 4x4 and while they got my caster to 3.8 they messed up the rest of geometry. My ride kept pull to left and right depending on a the road. JC fixed all of it even though he had to decreased my caster to 3.4. He explained that he did as much as he could but if he pushed my caster further, it would messed up the other geometry. My 4runner rides straight and steering is tight. Wanted to try this place after being given a referral from America tires but Even after requesting a quote here on Yelp, I was told by the business owner to Please call the shop and leave a voicemail and someone will call back. Came here several times in the past after lowering my car. Best to make an appointment and let them know what you are planning so if they need to set aside either more time or get parts in advance it will make the process smoother. I was referred by a friend who came here for his lowered car, and I can tell all the positive reviews are from years of establishing good business with past customers. Every time I have came in, the car has been aligned perfectly and within a reasonable price. Also, as a customer I can appreciate that the work gets done in a timely manner. I've made appointments at other places including the dealer in the past, and I've had to wait 5+ hrs for basic service even with an appointment. If I were still on OC, I would only come here for my car needs first. If it doesn't need to be done, they won't do it. If there is a better, more cost effective way,they will suggest it. He takes it personally to have a good, honest reputation and do things the right way. As such he is 5 stars and all smiles in his home town of HB. He is a part of the community. Not everyone is going to understand how cars work, (and that's how the less than honest people score) He could definitely make a lot more money with up-sells. But that's just not in Johnny's nature. He's just matter of fact. He is one of the few truly good guys out there. As such, like the call i got from a freind up in oc just a few minutes ago,.. a friend of mine went to get her transmission fixed at another person's store and got scammed. They charged her 4x! MORE for repairs. Did it even need it? She went in for routine service. And now ...after they got her on that, her engine makes a bad noise, never did before..., and they want her to pay 2k for a new engine. Her mistake? She didn't know much about cars. They knew that. What was a routine service turned into a gold mine for a dishonest guy and his friends. I told her to talk to Johnny. He knows all the honest people in the biz, and get the real story, before putting a 2k engine, in a 2k car. My duty is to leave a good review, for people like her, to find the right guys first. I took my RX330 into Lexus of Westminster, for a detailed specific discomfort in our ride issues and they called me an hour later and said there was nothing wrong and the car was great. I am a do-it-yourselfer and one would be hard-pressed to fool me or double-talk me. I thought this was a dealer-specific issue, which is why I took it to them, thinking they see RX 330's all day long. They made it difficult to get them to do it but I made them keep it longer even a week, and they gave me the same answer, the ride is just fine, no suggestion of replacement of anything. I still pressed these service manager to NOT to give me the car back till they found something wrong related to the ride. I knew something was still up with the car so I took it to JC's Alignment in Huntington Beach, and Johnny, the owner immediately found the front Struts were needing replacement, which he did and now my wife loves her Lexus again. The last time I asked for a place to do brakes for my 2015 R/T Scat Pack Charger they said they didn't have the capabilities to do it. I gave up and went to the dealership to do it. The next time that I went to the dealer they said that my alignment was messed up and that I needed new tires and a new alignment. Lo and behold I was in a predicament because the dealer did not want to be responsible for the alignment that they screwed up. America's tires down the street from them recommended JC's Alignments and he booked me for the following Saturday. Really great guy and really great service. I've never had someone be so polite and explain what was going on with my alignment. He also was cheaper than the dealership and my dad enjoyed talking to him. We will definitely be going back here for all future alignments for my Charger and the rest of the cars in the family. Bonus is that his dog is pretty awesome and you don't have to sit in the office staring at the walls when you can stare at the dog instead. read more

This JC is the place, which is evident in that , the whole time I was there with my A7, people who were there waiting , people who arrived while I was there, the daggum catering truck owner, says this guy is the most bestest. one guy there brings three of his cars for work. The shop I use for tires said come to JC. I personally am glad I found him, he did a great job, did not take a week to finish, did not sell me what was not needed for my problem. In my 68 years I have as yet to have a shop get more accolades for their work. The guy is real personable, friendly as heck. I spend my money with businesses I like...I will take my other car, oh, and he gives referrals for work if you need any...oh yeah, you got to have an appointment but he took time to address a few past customer concerns not related to his repairs, who is this guy!? Friendly. Courteous family run business. I picked up my car from being serviced before leaving town and was told I needed my tires aligned. Unfortunately the place I took it to for service didn't offer alignment. They referred me to JC's. I showed up just before closing and explained I was leaving town and was there any way of getting an alignment. He was gracious enough to open the garage door and escort me in.
