So I spent the first week of Xmas vacation lifting my truck and adding tie rods and other front end/back end upgrades. I called a bunch of alignment places with no response (Glens kept hanging up on me???? Am I not pretty enough?). I needed an alignment because my tires were getting installed the next day and everyone was shutting down for the week. Discount Tire recommended JC and they get really good reviews. These guys do great work and know their way around modified suspension. I called and scheduled an appointment and they were ready when I showed. Had my lifted GX470 with SPC UCA's worked on and he knew the spec needed straight away. My SPC's were found to be adjusted properly from install so he didn't have to adjust them and he gave me a discount. Now that's honesty! After the alignment my truck pulled to the right so I brought it right back. He said it was probably my tires and he rotated them for me. Test drive was dead nuts straight as an arrow. I visited this shop to see if I can get an alignment on my Lexus IS350 on 10/17/2023. I arrived at about 8:40am shortly after they opened the shop. I sat in the waiting for a good 20min before finally getting a tall European American come to the lobby and asked me in a very rude manner, What do you need???? I responded in a very professional way an alignment. Guy laughs and says not today, we don't take walk ins especially for that Lexus. we are a private business and mainly work on Chevy's and Dodge vehicles. I responded that i understand never once being disrespectful in any way. I really don't have time for that drama. I am a 53 year old American/Latino and the guy treated me like I was some sort of criminal and basically laughed because I was bringing him a Japanese car. If you're a person of color DO NOT VISIT this shop. Go to Salinas tires where they treat you with dignity and respect. JC's never again. read more

Came in for an alignment after seeing the solid reviews. they got my car on the rack and proceeded with the alignment. After they were done John mention to me that my tie rod was bent?? I'm no mechanic ,but I know with a bent tie rod the alignment will never be aligned correctly! Told me he had a hard time adjusting the tie rod end cause it was bent!! The ethical thing he could have done was tell me my tie rod was bent to fix it and then get the alignment done. Will take my alignment needs else where. Car drove worst then it did prior to coming in. Also, after he was done he drove it like 5mph around the business complex?? How the hell are you suppose to check the alignment by not actually taking it on the streets. read more

When I arrived, I had told the tall guy that I need an alignment and his only response was "next week" as he walked away. He had NOT communicated with me that I needed an appointment or say anything beyond "next week". Johnny is the man! Went to his shop to get my Gen 1 Raptor aligned and I was out of there in 30 minutes. I had gone to 3 other shops prior and for some reason they could never get the steering wheel exactly straight. Johnny did it first try so needless to say, I will be going to him from now on. America's Tire referred me here after getting a new set of tires. I knew my alignment was shot but the tire shop did not do alignments so they referred me here. I checked the reviews and they looked solid. I was warned they were by appointment only but I tried anyway. They were busy, like advertised, but I was able to make an appointment for the next day. I showed up today and they got me right in. Now this is where it got a little weird. They put my car in the racks, hooked up a really cool looking light-based computerized system to the wheels and, I guess, determined that it did, indeed, need fixing. I say "I guess" because they never came back to talk to me. They never took my name, never had me sign an estimate, never told me how much they would charge, how long it would take, options, etc. Nothing. I thought I was going to get an estimate. They got done in about 40 minutes, walked in and told me $60. Dang. That's cheap. 5 stars for the deal and the quality. Minus one for the lack of communication. read more

My car basically needed an alignment after 20,000 ish miles and two years, something about hitting the curb with my car, or those little parking markers sort of left my car veering towards the right when I would let go of my steering wheel. The original plan was just to go to sear's and then I yelped them and was completely shocked by the 2 stars, so plan fail. then I call my local tire shop and they told me to check out JC's alignment. I hop on yelp and am AMAZED that a car place has 5 star rating and they do deserve it. so Johnny & Rick - here's another 5 for you guys! Why I give them 5 stars: 1. I call them early afternoon to make an appointment for the end of the day. They get me in on the same day without a problem. Super easy to get an appointment, hassle free and when I got there early they were able to take me and didn't leave me waiting. 2. Their employees are awesome! For instance, Rick is super nice and answered all my questions like: how long will this take, is it okay that you guys squeeze me in, or slightly unrelated questions like 'OMG MY PASSENGER SEAT IS SHAKING WHEN I DRIVE OVER 80MPH' RIck's like ok, I'll take a look at it for you. When I get there after Rick finishes my alignment he takes a look at my car without charge to make sure that everything was okay with my car seat, even though he really didn't have to. 3. upfront pricing $69 over the phone and then $69 dollars when I get there - no hidden fees, no "oops" we found something wrong with your car and we're going to fix it without your permission and charge you extra money deal. They're honest and professional. At the end of my alignment, Rick went over a report with me from the computer about how my car was previously aligned (something about degrees off from center) and how they readjusted my alignment. And now all is dandy with my car :) 4. They really care: Johnny was like you have a 6,000 6 month warranty, if at anytime your car's alignment starts to go bad or something happens, come back in and I'll take a look at it for you! Or when I told them I hated putting air in my tires, Johnny told me if I wanted to stop by and they'd be happy to put more air in them for me for free. That's stuff you don't normally see from a car place - they genuinely care and want to help their customers. 5. Efficient: I was in and out within 40 minutes. They work efficiently and I got to witness the whole process from the waiting window. read more

Johnny @ JC Alignment corrected my alignment. Nobody else wanted to touch the rear of my 2014 4Runner w/ adjustable ICON upper & lower links & adjustable track bar. Caused me all sorts of issues. The Rig would want to dart and wander on the streets and being on the freeway made it worst. As well as have my steering wheel crooked. And on top of that it was killing my gas mileage. I was barely making 15mpg and car was having a hard time holding 75mph on the freeway. After Johnny adjusted everything and brought it back to spec. And maxed out my caster. Car was driving straight. Steering wheel now is straight. The rig is very stable and does not wander anymore. And on the plus side ... looks like I got some of my gas mileage back. A true alignment can make or break you cars drivability. I was very happy and satisfied with Johnny @ JC'S Aligment work... would recomend to anyone. read more

I've been here twice, i was referred her by america tires. the first time i came here since i just got 2 new rear tires. My alignment i would say would be pricey but they know what they are doing. They have a 6 month / 6,000 miles warranty. I came back the second time since i had two new front tires and my alignment was free since it was still under warranty. Thats pretty cool.
