Great reviews, TERRIBLE experience. Referred by a local tire shop and made an appt the following week as they had to order parts. Showed up and parts werent in which is annoying but understand this happens sometimes. Was promised a phone call when they arrived. No call. Followed up a week later. Half the parts were there. Promised a call for the rest. No call. Show up 2 weeks later to get whatever parts they had on hand installed. They couldnt find them and didnt want to look for them. I brought my 2008 Civic Si for an alignment. It's on coilovers and was asked if I wanted a custom spec alignment. It was done before my actual appointment which I really appreciated. There was a slight issue after the alignment of the front right inner tire rubbing against the coilover body and damaged the tire. I called them and they were happy to replace my tire and fix the alignment free if charge. However upon inspection of the issue, the bottom spring seat lock was too low and may have had this issue to begin with. Adding more negative camber just made the issue worse. Business owners, this is how you conduct a proper business. Shit happens! It's how you take care of it that makes the difference. Just recently moved to HB, it's hard to find trustworthy mechanics. I went in today (10-13-18) for an alignment on my lifted Silverado. I was greeted by the woman working at the counter right away, very helpful checking me in, and literally took my keys and truck in right away. Then Johnny came out to discuss some problems with my truck (some I was already aware of) but some I had no idea about. Super friendly and very honest. Not only was the customer service great here, but the craftsmanship as well. My truck drives great. I highly recommend this shop for all your needs. Highly!! Ok so I'm not gonna beat a dead horse , it's pretty clear by the reviews that this is a good business - JC didn't try to oversell me anything or make up some inflamed price - place has top notch wheel alignment equipment and he knows how to use it - my lifted truck was way out of wack I was constantly holding the steering wheel to the right to drive straight forward and if I let go I'm instantly veering left , was a big hassle driving back and forth to L.A. for work everyday - dude quotes me $90 for the alignment (remember , it's lifted , not manufacturer specs) - does the work in 20-30 minutes takes a quick test drive - looks at me smiling and says "I think you're gonna be happy" I pay him the $90 and drive away, get up to about 45 mph heading up Warner and take my hands off the wheel - straight line - I'm stoked , I've been quoted a lot kore than $90 just to look at it - thanks JC you da man read more

Don't go anywhere else!! I just got home from here and they are awesome! I showed up at 4:45 expecting nothing more than a quote and they took me right then and there! I recently did a lot of work to my car: new motor mounts, front struts, sway bar end links, sway bar bushings, 1 wheel bearing, lower control arm, ball joint, outer tie rod ends and a few other nic nacs. Car was pulling to the right like crazy (normal for all the suspension work I did to it) I had my car Aligned at pep boys (Big mistake: still pulled to the right after they aligned it and they refused to fix it or give me a refund / never going there again) Took it to JC's and Johnny noticed and talked to me about all the work I had done on the car (I was impressed that he took the time to actually look at it.) (when I went to pep boys I had just replaced all those parts and the Pep boys techs didn't care what I had done to it, I was just another job to them. Johnny at JC's listens to you and does a thorough and excellent job. I got a 6 month warranty on the alignment (which is nice because I need new tires) and a printout of the exact specs and changes he had made. I hadn't messed with the rear suspension at all (since I had it aligned at Pep Boys on 08/24/12) and it was out of alignment! Meaning, the pep boys didn't even get the rear into spec. Save yourself from any headaches and come to JC's for your alignment. They are my go to place for future alignments! If you live in Huntington, this is the place to get your alignments and brakes done. There a lot of other things to get repaired here, but I am not experienced in those yet. Recently found out the alignment was out on my vehicle. My tire dealer specifically referred me to them, not once, but twice. They apparently love JC's work and always send their customers to him. This is quite interesting since they are a chain dealership of tires who could basically send me to anyone, however they admire his business this much. Anyways I took my car to him to be aligned and he comes back in like 10 minutes and says he can't do it because my control arm is bent. Now I don't know about you, but there are a lot of mechanics out there that would have just proceeded to pretend like they were working and really do nothing, and charge me, BUT not him. He tells me that I need to get that fixed first and then get the alignment, for which he's not even going to charge me for at this point, despite doing what he could to align it anyways, because he knows it's really not going to do much for me long term. Now long story short, or shorter than it could have been, I get the control arm fixed by him which ended up being cheaper than he originally quoted because he amazingly got the part for cheaper. Again, could have charged me the same rate and pocketed the money, but no, he decides to be honest. All in all this is a great place to deal with, the man is dedicated to his work and has the coolest, cleanest, most beautiful dog that hangs with him at his shop all day. read more

To make a long story short, make sure your bellows are not twisted after they are done with your alignment. It happened to me and I didn't know about it until I went to see my mechanic about a leak. The mechanic was a friend and showed me the twisted bellows on both sides. I had to spend my weekend getting it properly done.....more wasted time and added cost. Luckily no damages to the bellows...it was caught in time. I am done with this place. read more

an alignment savant with quality of character--thanks to my fellow yelpers, looks like i found the proverbial needle in the haystack. this is THE place to go for alignments, brakes, and tire work. when it comes to an alignment, you don't want a jack of all trades, master of none. it's a delicate operation that requires precision and calculated adjustments. you want a specialist. before i found JC's, i went to another run of the mill shop and they tried to charge me $100 just to align the toes. then they told me i would need adjustable cambers for the rear with a quote for $675. JC's only charged me $75 to rotate the tires, balance them, and align them and said that if i got adjustable cambers, they'd install them for free. i found a pair on ebay for $200. that's a difference of $550 right there. no small savings, for better quality work. it's also worth mentioning that these guys are kind folks. and i don't mean they dote over you like a car salesman or a waiter looking for a fat tip. there's nothing disingenuous about it. they treat everyone around them--their customers, each other, their dog, the car wash guy next door--with the same consistency of kindness. which confirms what all the other yelpers are saying. they're honest, not only in how they conduct their business, but in who they are. check them out. read more

Honest, fast, efficient, and accurate. Where the previous shop claimed I needed a bunch of new parts, JC's said that was not true, saving me a lot of time and money. After the alignment, I explained that I was putting 6 new tires on the van. They asked me to return afterwards to double-check the alignment and handling.
