I had such a great experience at this place. I know they're a mechanic I can trust. My car hit a bump on the highway yesterday and started shaking, but then stopped when I slowed down. When I went into their shop, they said there was only a slight misalignment - they took some rust off the bottom of my undercarriage AND they put air in my tires. When I asked them what I owed them they told me nothing was really wrong with my car so I didn't need to pay, yet they did align my one tire slightly, took the rust off, and put air in my tires...such nice people. If I need any more work done on my car I'll definitely go to them. And they're family owned, which I always love. read more

JC's shop is amazing!!!!! They are all so nice and sweet!! I brought my car in last week because it was making a squeaking noise and before they even looked at it they told me what it was "my breaks" of course. Even though they told me what it was by just know they still got my car and looked at it so they could verify they were right. After they pulled it up and looked at it they came to me and let me know it was my breaks. They told me a great price $135 and that was the cheapest price I have heard so far. I didn't have the money on me so I had to leave without having my new breaks done so I made an appointment for the following Wednesday. As the next few days went on my car was getting worse so I decided to drop by on Tuesday to see if they could do them for me a day early and without an appointment. When I got here they remember me and knew what I needed. They were fully booked for the day and didn't have any free time to fit me in. I was bummed :(( as I was about to walk out they stopped me and told me that they would go ahead and just do it now. I was like what?! Really?! How awesome!!! So now I've been here about 30 minutes and my car is almost finished. They are so awesome I had to post this while I waited so I could share just how awesome they are at JC's!!!! For years I have gone to Johnny at J.C's Alignments for whatever car repair I needed. His accurate diagnosis when a problem came up on my vehicle is truly amazing. Even if the auto repair was something his specialty repair shop could not handle he would always point you in the right direction to get it fixed. I have a brand new Chevy commercial truck. After driving it for a few weeks I noticed that the alignment was off. I took it back to the Chevy dealership where I purchased it and they tested it and re-aligned it (or so they claimed). It still was out of alignment. I even took a manager from the dealership out for a drive in the truck to show him that my truck would veer to one side and he claimed that it wasn't my new truck...it was the road! What a load of you know what. Today I took my truck to JC's Alignment. They evaluated it and what would you know...they determined it was out of alignment! Dropped by yesterday on the off chance they can align my wheels after having peeled thru a yellow light, making the hardest left turn ever, immediately warping the steering. (no thanks to you idiot girl in front of me who turned her emergency blinkers on then turned them off and drove off as if nothing, all the while cars honking behind me).. I drove 20 minutes to get here because of the ratings. Wow, well worth it. I dropped my Tahoe off after setting an appointment with the owner. I expected to pay few hundred dollars for some front end work. I barely make it back home and he calls me to come and pick it up. My lower shock bolt was missing, he had an extra one and he just replaced it. I get there and he tells me, "no charge". He wouldn't take any money. They are the real deal! I brought my Prius over to have them re-align it after another factory dealer fudged up my alignment. Anyhow thats another story in itself. They put my car on the rack made a couple of adjustments and that was it. It took them less than 15 minutes to get it back into spec. Took my car in because the "brake" light was on, and i figured it would need new brakes. JC's quickly put my car on a lift, removed the tires and inspected the disk and drum pads. They said I could probably get another 5000 miles out of them and to come back. They rotated my tires and offered to pay, and they refused payment, saying they did free brake inspections. Although they didn't do any work on my car, I will definitely be going back there. read more

this is my second alignment shop, and i probably wont go anywhere else afterwards. i came here twice. once for my grandma's 98 lexus es, and another time for my personal car. before my alignment, they checked my tire pressure, and just before coming, i had just got new tires from america's tires. it turns out that the place didnt tighten my tpms system, so they fixed it for me. after the alignment, the light was still on, so one of the guys drove around the parking lot twice and made sure it was off. after that, two guys came, one in the car, while another looked at it from the front to make sure my front tires were completely aligned and straight. the lengths they went to make sure my car was in good order was pretty outstanding. i wont go anywhere else for my suspension needs. i promise you wont be disappointed. read more
