These subs are REAL Jersey subs. When you walk in the door, the aroma of fresh bread, and good oil and vinegar for the Italian sub, greets you. I'm from NJ and this place brings back that "welcome back" feeling. All the meats are good quality, freshly sliced to order, as are the cheeses, just the way it's done back home. None of that pre sliced low qual meat sitting in a plastic container at Jersey Mikes. The onions are sweet and the red wine vinegar is way above the watered down version most other places use. I really hate that I have to do this today was a disaster at Jersey Mike's on woolbright first off called in the order by phone said 15 or 20 minutes father gets there subs were not done had to wait 25 more minutes okay that's bad but it gets worse ask for Rosemary parm bread get regular bread that sounds bad but it gets worse that all three of the subs there was two number 44s and one number nine the 2 44s were Giants the number 9 was a regular I am absolutely appalled that there was absolutely no meat on any of those subs and I know they weigh it very familiar with it but the two number 44s were lettuce and tomato there was no meat a sprinkle of meat and the number nine was the same way it was appalling I don't understand because Congress store runs so smooth I really hope this could be rectified somehow but I am a very unhappy customer it should not be you pay good money and you expect to get what you pay for and that was not the case today read more

They need to simplify their ordering process. I ordered a cheese steak and it came out from the back already wrapped up. I said I wanted toppings on it and they said it's extra and you have to say that ahead of time. I said the toppings are all right here I thought you make it front of me. Best roast beef sub in town! Quick service all the time! Mikes way with pickles, mayo, & jalapeños! Yummy!!!!

I liked these subs. Bread and vegetables were fresh, meats were not pre-cut, and the service was pretty quick. Subs are wrapped to be eaten in without a tray. Lettuce tends to go all over the place. Looking around, I saw that both the floor and pretty much every table was dirty with lettuce and stray vegetables. The amount of turkey in my sub was more than a comparable Subway, but Subway serves more vegetables and has a choice of dressings. I thought Sandwich Man at Congress and West Atlantic edged out these subs in taste. Sandwich Man also serves pizza slices and is a bit better value. read more

family has been going for years to this location. the good: they overstaff here so get quick service and the employees are generally attentive. store always clean. the bad: prices keep going up on the subs. hard to justify on price alone even with coupons. never go late in the evening because they sometimes run out of bread and try to clean before closing. read more

This is my favorite sub chain. I love both the cold and the hot subs. I got the chicken buffalo sub last time and it was amazing. I love how these subs are full of flavor. They have daily sub specials which is a good way to try new subs each time. We will definitely continue coming here regularly. read more

The subs are good but their prices have become too high. I had half a roast beef sub, chips and a drink - bill was 12.49, 2 dollar price hike in a month. Even for a good sub, that's too much for a fast food joint. read more

I'm obsessed with the subs here. This place is always busy. I eat here 2-3 times a week. Staff is ALWAYS friendly.

Not a single time, have the workers gotten my online order right. I have found hairs in my food several times. The workers are more focused on telling each other anecdotes and jokes than they are making sandwiches. The place is filthy, the allow dogs to urinate on the floor. Totally gross and disgusting. After we got our sandwich we sat down at a booth. We could clearly see one of the sandwich makers cleanup while picking up the fatigue mats with his gloved hands and then mop the floor. He never changed his gloves when a customer came in and requested a sandwich. I don't know the man's name but he's tall and has a face like somebody 14 years old. As we were leaving we confronted him in front of the customer that would've had his sandwich made by him and said you need to change your gloves after touching the fatigue mats and mopping the floor. We were there around 3 PM on April 22. He did not respond and he did not answer us. We are never going back there again and recommend that you don't either unless you want to get sick. The staff was incredibly rude, see islet some blonde girl behind the counter. I asked for extra bacon on my sub and they only put two strips. When I checked it and asked for more they refused to give it to me and asked to see the sub which was already in my car. Also if you pay with a credit card it asks you if you would like to tip them and there is no option for no tip only 10% 15% or 20%. You work at a sub place you aren't a sever so why would I tip you? If my sick brother didn't love their meatball subs I would never go here. Literally the worst sub chain of all time. read more
