Always a great sub, and always fast, friendly service. The line here gets pretty backed up for weekday lunch, so go early. I hadn't been here in a while, but even so, the guy behind the meat slicer still remembered me and asked how I'd been. The guy who's at the toppings station is incredibly fast - he's got "Mike's way" down to a science. They're a well-oiled machine at this shop, so even if there's a long line, they fly through the orders. Any backup in the line is rarely due to sandwich-making and more often due to patrons leisurely payment at the register. And I always love places with loyalty punch cards... although is it just me, or should they come out with a master plastic/barcode punch card that you can use at multiple restaurants so you don't have to carry around so many damn paper cards with holes in them!? read more

I really enjoy this place but calling in orders don't seem to be as accurate as watching them make it. I didn't know, until many trips here, that there was a way to track your purchases and earn free ones. Make sure you do this. The ingredients are always fresh and the line moves pretty quickly. If you go at lunch try and go around 11:45 and that makes a huge difference. Many sizes to chose from and many options. The staff is nice but don't hem and haw about what to order because your fellow "line mates" can get hangry. It's quite spendy for the sandwich and drink. I spend about $9 on the sandwich and skip the drink. I think you'll find something you will enjoy but for me it's an occasional treat. read more

J Mikes is solid. They have consistently good subs, both cold and hot. I usually go with the club supreme, and the chicken parm is great from what I remember. I know people who swear by their Philly. For me it's the rosemary parmesan bread and oil & vinegar that do it. Quality ingredients, friendly staff and fast service is what you get at every location I've been to. This is my go-to place when I'm hungry, want to keep a budget, and eat some-what healthy. Plus it's super close to my house. I almost always get the turkey sandwich mini or regular sized and it's just plain out delicious esp. with Mike's way. Been to this location several times. I have been a huge Jersey Mike's fan for quite a while. All of the combos I have had here are great. I take everything except the roast beef Mike's way. If i'm not mistaken that is lettuce, tomato, onion, herbs, and vinegar and oil. It has never disappointed. The service is great. You know you are being served by someone who really cares about making you happy. One time I saw a guy walking around behind the counter not dressed in "uniform" though I had seen him at another location slicing the meat for my sandwich with a smile. I asked about him and it turns out he owns like four of these joints. Now that's what we need more of. Pride in ownership, quality of ingredients, and consistency of service. read more

Service here has been great each visit. Management owns up to any mishaps. In the end I get the perfect sandwhich I want each time. A little pet peeve at other locations is that they may go too lite on the olive oil and red wine vinegar. Not this place. Perfect dousing everytime. Just how I like Mike's Way. Their energy and conversation doesn't feel forced like at some other locations. They seem to enjoy their job. I suggest the Italian, Mike's Way. That, or get Mike's Philly. I just wanted to reach out to let you know how great the team at this store is! Every time I come here I am greeted, the service is impeccable and everyone always has smiles on their faces. With all that is goin on right now, it's extremely critical to be kind to others because we are all going through something. Although I didn't dine in today, I ordered my sandwich through Grubhub, i needed to add some items to my sandwich. Mark answered the phone and I could tell how much positive energy was in that store because his cheerful tone. Do you know how nice it feels to be greeted by someone who exudes positivity? He made me feel special and welcomed. He took my requests down, very attentive with an upbeat attitude, and did it with a smile on his face (again, I could tell because his tone). 1st time trying a Jersey Mike's; decided to give it a shot based on 4 1/2 star Yelp average. Did not meet 4 1/2 star expectations. Chicken chipotle cheese steak had soft, characterless bread, and was warmed up just enough to melt the cheese but not enough to give any kind of toasted texture. Taste of the chicken made me think they'd given me beef by mistake. They said no, but there's something wrong if I can't tell the difference. Three stars because the guys working there were friendly and were treating customers well, and because a sign on the wall says they gave $75K to child cancer treatment, otherwise... lower. read more

It was my first time ever to Jersey Mike's, but this location made my experience and sandwich a good one. This eatery is located in a shopping center with its own parking. Upon entering, I was greeted by the employees present. I love anything with salami. I ordered their Italian sandwich included salami, ham and other ingredients one selects. As I provided my order, employee was hard at work seconds later cutting up meats included for my sandwich. The check out process was easy, employee was ready to help and ended it with "have a good night and enjoy" Upon eating my sandwich, I tasted the bread as wonderful flavor and the sandwich as very flavorful and fresh. Only one review for this place? Jersey Mikes was packed at lunch time! Forget about finding a table around noon. I got my order to-go so it didn't matter. I had a good feeling about this place when the person in front of me was greeted by name and asked if he wanted the "usual". The menu isn't overbearing with too many options and the 7 or 8 available toppings makes it easy to choose. Since this was my first time here, I went with the Super Sub, "Mike's Way" no tomato and no onion. The Super Sub has povolone, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo. Mike's Way is onion, tomato, lettuce, oil & vinager with a spice blend. I am picky about sandwiches. So many times it has too little meat (subway) or too many toppings (jimmy Johns). But Jersey Mikes has a perfect balance of meat to toppings to bread ratio and that is why for a sandwich shop they are getting 5 stars. Will I come back? Yes. read more

Third and last time I go to this location. Every time it's 2 tatted up thugs who are very rude and purposely mess up your food. They have been out of rosemary bread every time I've gone, which is simply incredible. They cut the sandwich into two pieces that aren't even close to the same size and do t cut all the way through. Dude didn't even give me my cups, I had to walk behind the register after he rang me up. Now I get home and see that the lifelong minimum wage POS has squeezed my sandwich into a mess when he wrapped it, obviously on purpose. This is my favorite sub place. I recently became the Duke- please ask for permission to try my succulent sandwiches. The Big Kahuna is probably the best grilled cheese steak I have had in ages. It is really that good- cheesy, meaty and spicy! They cook their own roast beef, the deli meats are sliced to order and fresh and I like the wheat bread. Its clutch- try it!
