Been going to the Northfield store since they opened --- ALWAYS clean and the food is very consistent

Pretty disappointed with my pickup experience. Ordered the BLT with some customizations but unfortunately I was shorted on the bacon. From my understanding, a regular sandwich has 6 slices but mine appeared to have 2 slices and a bunch of crumbs tossed in, as if that was the last from the bin. The kicker is I paid the $2.45 for extra bacon (which should be 9 slices). Very upsetting. As it was a pickup order, it's very frustrating since you're not able to check at the counter or watch them make it, and can only find out once you arrive home and open it. How can you make a BLT with no bacon? read more

It's been about seven years since my last review, and unfortunately nothing has changed. Back then it took forever to get an order, and my recent experience was just as bad. I placed an order from my office and even gave plenty of extra time, but still ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes when I arrived. Five of those minutes were spent just standing there waiting to be acknowledged. The employee handling toppings was clearly overwhelmed and was snapping at customers, which made the whole experience even worse. At this point, why can't they seem to get it together? It's easy to see why so many of the reviews mention the same issues. This happened a week ago, and despite reaching out to customer service, I still haven't received a response. read more

Employees: rude, don't smile, seem like wee are an inconvenience to them to be there. I got, "What do you want", I have worked in restaurants and retail. Greet the person and ask how can I help you, what can I get you today. Not l, what do you want with aggression. Food: I have tried this place many times. Hoping for a nice experience, but the staff seem so unfriendly and unhappy. Then I have ordered online 3 times now and two of them I have gotten the wrong sandwich or they just don't care to look what I asked for. Ambiance: the place is clean but just can't get the food right and staff is not welcoming. I try to be patient and polite when I have to ask them to remake it. Letting them know mistakes happen. I also tried to say maybe they are having a bad day at and overlook the unpleasantness but when it's every time. Have been here before and it was great, however today not so much, stood there to order and no one acknowledged me for a couple minutes went to the register and the girl I was just standing front of said "order here" so I went back still nothing to me so I said I'd like the # 17 with no onions, still nothing said to me (like did you hear me or what) takes next guys order and makes 2 sandwiches the same, the next guy askes what I want on that and I said that's not mine I ordered the #17 Philly with no onions, guy who originally took order and said " oh I thought you said a #7, so I move down and pay for it waiting for my sandwich, finally he comes over and brings it to me I said" thank you" and he still said nothing to me. What is wrong you can't talk to me or what? Then I get my sandwich and only 1/2 has peppers on it. So frustrating!! read more

Well, I was a Jimmy John fan, but the employees and quality of food cannot be beat here at Jersey Mikes. Employees are so nice and everything is hand cut. Not cheap, but you can taste the difference. 5 stars for Northfield locations... employees 5 star, foods 5 star! read more

I placed my order online at 1:17 because I was in a hurry, pick-up time was 2:02, I arrived at the scheduled time at 2:15 and they hadn't even prepared my sandwich yet, people who arrived received their orders long before me, I only managed to pick up my order online at 2:30! More then one hour after making my online purchase, if you have the pick-up service, be punctual with deliveries, I had 3 children waiting for lunch outside. If you are in a hurry, don't use the app, it is completely useless. read more

It's just sad that you can't get the same consistency from the same chain. The picture on the right is the same sandwich from the Northfield blvd location in Denver with 1/3 the meat and cheese of the one on the right from NJ. Maybe they think they don't have as much competition out here so they don't need as good of a product but this sandwich was definitely not worth $24. If you want a good sandwich in Denver check out Lou's Italian Specialties in RiNo or Spinelli's Market in Park Hill. read more

Was in today around lunch time. The staff (six people working behind the counter) were so overwhelmed with online orders, they were ignoring the customers standing in line in the store. Waited for 15 minutes and finally gave up and went elsewhere. read more

Very rude. My dad ordered a sandwich and asked for a certain topping to be added, which an employee wrote down. When it came to the toppings for his sandwich he noticed what he asked for wasn't on there. We told the girl working and she got a huge attitude and told us it would be extra. Ok, no big deal - yet she continued to give attitude and talk about us to another coworker - really, over adding a topping!? So unprofessional, rude and unpleasant. Hot garbage. This is my local Mike's. I ordered online to get curbside service. Should have been at 12:25. I waited until 12:50. Finally walked in an found my order ready, but no one available to take my order the 30 feet to my car. And then the order was WRONG! The location has only been open for 2 months and it is great addition to the neighborhood. Next door to Tokyo Joes. IMO it is better than Subway and Which Which across the street but not as good as Jimmie Johns. Wish this place offered bread free like the "unwhich" . Unfortunately only bread free option is the " Sub in a Tub" salad style. The Giant size sub is indeed HUGE and could easily feed 2 hungry men or a family of 4 with little ones. Ask to have it cut accordingly. Prices are affordable. This is a new chain for us so we have yet to try it all but so far our family faves are the Original Italian and the Tuna. The service has been great and we have never waited more than 10 minutes to get in and out as of yet. We will be back. read more

I just ordered via "Grub Hub" the Italian sub...It was delivered to the wrong address...thank god I have a wonderful neighbor! The sandwich was Delicious! I hate to have to do this because I know every where is short staffed but this was the worst pay ahead order experience I've ever had. I made sure to call and see if we really had to wait the 30 min I was quoted online. 30 mins seems excessive for 3 subs but okay fine. Show up 3 minutes before time and was told they need to make just 1 more sandwich, fine still. But it ended up taking 40 from placing the order to actually receive the food. 15 minutes for one sub, if they were behind all they had to do was say that. Once received of course the order was wrong. And the 2 cold subs we ordered were so soggy. It's sad because we even tipped! I love these subs! The Philly and club sub are the only 2 I get and it's often hard to choose. The biggest downfall is how expensive it is.

From what I can see they have a nice location here. It isn't too busy but the place is clean and the staff is nice and friendly. Behind the counter it looks clean and well maintained. My favorite is the mini Italian. "Mikes way" that is with lettuce, tomatoes, onion and old/vinegar. I love that they don't put mayo on it. All the veggies are fresh and crisp. Thy have Pepsi products both in fountain and bottle. They also have several choices for chips. I am glad there is a good sandwich place in Stapleton for a quick bite. I for sure will be back to try things on the menu. read more

I have been to several Jersey Mike's around the country. My wife had never been to one, took her to this location while in Denver. We ordered a Giant Kahuna sandwich and split it. She loved it because the beef was freshly sliced and grilled with the onions and peppers. Jersey Mike's is definitely the best chain sub shop in the US. Including this newer location. read more

I went there to get sandwich for lunch. The line was moving along and the gentleman behind the counter/slicer took my order very promptly. It wasn't until the blonde girl with the squeeky voice did the unthinkable. The lettuce and other items from the sandwich ahead of mine made Mike's way, she scooped up with her hands and tossed it into the lettuce bin and asked me how I would like mine! Is it typical of all Jersey Mike's to "not take call-in orders because we're closing in 10 minutes", (I live 5 min away) and then have the doors locked prior to closing, or is that behavior exclusive to this location? UPDATE: Okay, I went back today (the next day) at the lunch hour; the service was superb. Very friendly employees and the cashier even gave me a free drink and chips. The sandwich was great and was priced very well. I am over over-paying for deli sandies simply bcz we're in Denver. They have a simple menu and toppings; don't come here for avocados, marinated olives, or a sprinkling of elf dust. About last night: I went round and round with the hubs about what constitutes a restaurant being closed. My point was that if you stop taking orders at X o'clock, then that is what should be posted/published as your closing time. Now I know. And knowing is half the battle. read more

This is the worst location I've ever been to. I understand that Jersey Mike's is fast food and shouldn't expect high standards but I would've had better service at McDonald's. I went in on Sunday 8/14/22 and there was a curly head kid (Hispanic). I was there to pick up an order. As I waited patiently at the register. He approached me. I gave the name and he looked at the bags on the back counter. He replied in the most rudest way possible. "You're early. So wait!!!!" I said what? He repeated. "You're way too early, so of course the order isn't ready ". I just gave a name and then I started to walk away. I looked at my app and I was in fact right on time. 12:02 pickup and I was there at 12:01p. So I immediately turned around and said " 1 minute!?! I'm early 1 minute". I showed him my phone and he looked shocked. Looked back at his ticket attached to the brown bag and said "well ours says 12:31 How the heck is there a 30 minute ticket difference? And how many other folks picking up were and have been shamed for being here right on time !!!! This kid was so rude and entitled like he was absolutely right. Who's right tho? The ticket or your employees ticket print time? That kid was tbh far the rudest person I've encountered yet driving. And incorrect!! He was wrong. And to assume. At such a young age and already so entitled. He's def not the type I grew up with. He's "WW" and has to be right. Poor kid. Maybe as he grows. He will understand his worth. This is a surprise seeing a 2nd location open up closer to my place. I was always annoyed having to drive 30 minutes into the East side of town to get my hands on a sub by Jersey Mike's. I gleefully mistaken my experience for a candy store because I love love the unique lengths of the sandwiches. They're a lot more filling than a typical subway sandwich and for the price you can order extra meats and cheeses. I'm stoked I won't be having to drive far for the sub close to my heart read more

The service at this location is terrible. We have repeatedly had our orders completed incorrectly. Despite, this, we continue to place orders with them and tip them for their service.Most recently, we placed an online order and after arriving 10 minutes after the order was to be completed, we were informed they hadn't even started working on our order. And again we paid full price for our order and tipped for our service.The manager was extremely rude and not helpful and gave poor customer service and no apology. She was also very inappropriate in front of my children. We will not be back to this location. read more

Absolutely horrible service and a really disappointing meal. Put in a call ahead order for a large chipotle cheesesteak with no veggies (important note: this is due to me+ my child's intolerance of onion) with the plan to split the meal into two sandwiches. Paid for the sandwich and drink+chips, and when it finally came out, it was the small option! After informing what I assume to be the manager, the boy operating the grill reluctantly started making it with (started with veggies on the grill until I reminded him no veggies again) and the manager did the p*ss poor move of charging me for another full price cheesesteak despite the mistake being on their end, or even just up charging me the upgrade cost to jump to the next size of sandwich. Defeated and with a hungry kid, I just left. Upon getting home, found the first small sandwich absolutely loaded with onion. Overpaid, wrong order, negligent staff, and not following allergen instructions at all.
