I've been to this location many times, typical experience except this time the guy finishing my sandwich, wearing rubber gloves, pulls a damp rag from underneath the counter and wipes down the sandwich making counter. Then finishes my sandwich. Same gloves he used to clean the counter with the wet rag. I don't know if that's sanitary but it's definitely not a good look. Seemed dirty. read more

Came in at lunch to try a #7 Turkey & provolone. It took an unusually long time for the entire process. There were a total of 6 customers in the store and 3 were already eating. I ordered but then it took more than 20min to get my sandwich. When I politely inquired the employee rudely snapped they are "working on it". If I wasn't so cheap I would have walked out. I didn't feel like paying for a second lunch. The sub quality was seriously mid. Ingredients and veggie portion was extreme skimpy. Love their subs! Plus they have gluten-free sub sandwich bread which is amazing! And I don't know why no one else has it! Plus they are very careful to watch for cross-contamination. This review is for the changes that they have made to meet current Covid guidelines. They've done a better job of it than many small shops because it looks more professional while many businesses appear much more amateurish. They have Hand Sanitizer at several locations in the store. The floor decal for Social Distancing look permanent instead of being temporary. The credit card reader is easily accessible for customers without awkward angles to operate the keys. The plexiglass barrier separating customers from the work area is solid and not a cheap, Micky Mouse rigged affair. The finished product is still just as good as it was before. Staff remains friendly, efficient and helpful. This chain operation remains our favorite for hoagies and most other sandwiches! read more

Great subs. I have been a fan of Jersey Mike's but it was my first time trying this location. As expected, their club sub was delicious. I think it comes down to the fact that they use good, fresh ingredients and their assembly is always great. The sub was perfectly proportioned, with a good amount of meat and toppings. The bread was crustingly satisfying. The bacon crisp. Simple and enjoyable overall. Service was fast and very welcoming and friendly. A great choice for a weekday lunch. read more

Overall 4.5/5. My god I never realized how many sandwich shops there are in Dublin until I was forced to do take out orders and seeing some of the coupons or Facebook ads/promos they are offering. Up until this time, I only eaten here maybe once or twice, but since I got a few online coupons I hit up this place a few more times just recently. The staff here is always friendly, polite and patient overall in terms of taking my order or just making my sandwich and asking questions like do I want this or that. The sandwiches themselves are very good and my mom has grown addicted to their Philly cheese steak sandwiches. And while it is a few dollars more than the actual Philly cheese shop in pleasanton, I think they put in a tad more meat overall. Unlike the other customers, I did not have a good experience. I waited about 30-40 mins for my food which I ordered in advance. They forgot half of my order so the manager asked what my full order was (it was only 2 subs). So I waited again for my forgotten order. After an eternity later, I cleared the store, no more customers. I saw about 3-4 new customers come in, order and get their order. I on the other hand, was still waiting for my sub that was originally forgotten. Not one employee, including the manager checked up on me. I finally gave up waiting and asked where my other order was. They looked puzzled and searched for my order. Finally, one employee said oh yeah, it's right here! The way I was treated was very unprofessional, very poor customer service and rude. They need to be retrained for better customer service. I don't ever want other people to be talked down to and made to feel unimportant. I liked the product/food of this place. But the customer service really hurts this establishment. read more

Visited the Danville location a couple weeks ago for the first time and loved it. Actually was driving from Hayward where I live and planned on going back, but my map app brought me to this spot. Fine by me, this was equally excellent! I have to compare it to Cousin's, my favourite sub joint from Wisconsin, my home state. It's on the same level. Quite busy for lunch and most of the few tables take. People in line, energy in the building! Went for the ham and provolone on white with everything, aka Mike's style. Same I had the first time. It's one of those things that is so good, I don't have a need to steer from it and try something else. It is juicy and tasty. I like the vinegar on there. As to the food, it was fine. My issue was the employees who seemed prone to violence instead of service. My wife ordered 3 sandwiches for our group. After a long wait, the woman serving as the cashier told her "let's ring you up"... but she only had 2 sandwiches. When my wife said that she had ordered 3, the cashier said "let's get it rung up and I'll bring your third". Seemed ok. My wife paid. After waiting at our table for about 5 minutes with nothing, I went to the counter and asked for the manager. The man who had taken our order said he was the manager. I explained that we had not gotten one sandwich. He asked which sandwich it was. When I told him - he said "That's a hot sandwich, I have nothing to do with that." Huh? So I asked again where our sandwich was -- I didn't care how they organized their shop. He started saying "Do you expect me to do two things at once?" In the next minute I heard this from him about 5-6 times, as if it were a chant. He then started demanding that I give him an answer. (I had not.) As this progressed, another man came up behind him - evidently the "hot sandwich maker". He started yelling at me also, and then make a slashing motion across his throat while looking at me. A definite threat of his warning me of violence if I persisted. At that moment, one of the women who was also making sandwiches went and looked at a shelf against the back wall. She picked up my wife's sandwich and took it over to our table. It had been ready for quite a while. Violence threats by employees have no place in a sandwich shop. read more

i placed a mobile order with my boyfriend for 2 veggie sandwiches but we forgot to put avocado in them. when we got there our sandwiches were ready so we asked if it was possible to put avocado in there. the white plus sized man wt a beard informed us it would be extra which we had no problem paying for. he was really rude & stared telling his coworker "some people think they can get away with getting avocado for free" right in front of us we told him that we already said we don't have a problem paying extra. we told him if it was going to be too much trouble he could've just declined our request & that he didn't have to be rude. we asked for our food back & he refused to give it us saying that it's not a problem & then rips our to go bag open after we told him numerous times we would just like to leave i get that it's tedious to open the sandwich up after it's packed that's why we asked if it was a possibility. i don't understand why this man feels comfortable enough to talk sh it abt us right in front of us but as two people of color me & my bf felt incredibly disrespected & unwelcome here. the people at the pleasanton location are so much more kinder id recommend y'all go there instead read more

That's a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich that has grilled onions , peppers , mushrooms, jalapeños, and extra white American cheese . I asked the girl cooking them to chop my mushrooms fine. This was my first time at a Jersey Mike's and overall it was a satisfying experience. If I am in ever in the area and in need of a hoagie sandwich fix, I would come here again. I was at this store at 1:30 PM, so the lunch rush was over and there were only two folks ahead of me. Staff was helpful and attentive in answering any questions I had about the sandwiches, bread and condiments. (By the way, you receive a free cookie if this is your first try of a Jersey Mike, also have a free cookie offer on Yelp). I was too excited by the meats to really look behind the counter to see what kind of toppings were available. Staff was friendly and quick. The establishment was clean. There were also a few tables there for eating in store. I ordered a regular size #2 and #13 on the rosemary cheese roll served Mike's style for $18. The bread was a bit softer ( and kind of heavy on the rosemary) than I would have liked and by the time I got home ( 5 miles) it was soggy from the vinegar and oil. I would have also liked a bit more onion and some type of pickle or pepperochinni on it. Regardless, it was flavorful and the italian style seasoning sprinkled on top was nice too, although my husband said it was too heavy on the oregano. The sandwich looked about the size of a six incher and was a satisfying amount with no left overs. I appreciated the good quality of their bags and sandwich wrapping since the oiliness didn't soak through the bag onto the car seat. Parking can be crowded as there are many smaller eating spots and stores in this section of the shopping center ( Jersey Mike is in the section across the road from Dick's and Lucky's). read more

I just tried this place for the first time a few days ago with my coworker (who said it's quite good), however, it's not the best place I've been to for sandwiches. It kind of has that "Subway" or "Togos" vibe to it -- standard deli with standard bread and not a whole lot of options to pick from. I ended up ordering the Italian, and my coworker got the Club (her go-to). Employees seemed fairly nice! But it was definitely not as fast as you might think a deli could be -- I wouldn't chance coming here during a lunch rush. The sandwich itself was good, they put seasoned oils and vinegar on it, so it has a juicy yet crunchy texture. Which I love. I told the guy I wanted extra pickles when he asked if I wanted any, and he ended up only putting on 5, which I thought was kind of weird/ or rude because that either showed 1. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT A HORRIBLE PLACE My wife, I and our 4 kids went to your store to have a nice dinner, I have to wait at least 10 - 15 before I get acknowledged!! A girl came and asked what can I get you. I told her that I would like to order sub # 31 and  #26 and I asked for Soda, She said later for the Soda, but her attitude wasn't the best. She had to wait another 10-15 minutes to get acknowledge and then she placed her order 2 subs of #56 on Parmesan RoseMary Bread. - 15 minutes later, the lady called my name and then I went to pay for it, I got the two subs #31 and #26 and gave them to my kids. Then My son told me that his sandwich doesn't have bacon, I doubled check the sandwich and it doesn't have any bacon, I check the menu ingredients and it said that it has macon on # 26. I went back to counter and asked #26 comes with Bacon? The girl said yes, so I responded and said out came without any bacon!!!! Instead of saying sorry, I apologize anything, I was told the strangest response ever, well, we ran out of bacon, so I said it would be nice to let us know that instead of not saying anything. She said do you want me to make another one with bacon, I said yes. So I waited 10 minutes and then she called and said excuse me do you want us to make bacon for you to add on your sandwich????? Not sure why she would say that after she said that she will make a new one . So I decided it to let it go and don't ruin our evening I said ok and gave her the sub to add bacon to. Then one of the girls who took my wife order came and library asked my wife to come to the counter. At that time my wife been waiting for her order almost 20 minutes. She told her that they don't have RoseMary bread and gave her alternative.when we declined as we only eat this sub in rosemary bread, Look like she didn't like that and gave us weird faces and then she was pointing to the receipt and talking to me to pay for it as she asking for the other sub that they missed adding the bacon to so they add it. I said I am not paying for this since I didn't take it and you should said that you don't have Rosemary bread from the beginning . She kept saying in a very aggressive way ok ok fine fine. I told her to calm down and she said you are hostile. Then I asked for her name and said I need to tell your manager how hostile I am. And then told her since you think I am hostile, I don't want this sandwich and I need you to make another one the way it should be. She said fine. We waited for 25 minutes and nothing happened and no one called for us. During that time we ALL including my kids can hear all 4 of them making fun of us. About bacon and rosemary, and saying to each other that bacon is course sh***** Again I let it go because my family was with me,, and then I went to the counter asking for my sandwich and they said you gave it back and said you don't want it. So I got upset and said so I paid for nothing, all I said that I don't want the old one that got colder and I want a new one, All four of them came and they all talk to me at once in the nastiest way you could imagine and finally they said so you want one, ok we'll make it, Then another person Male , asked me to calm down and said I heard you saying you don't want it., I said I don't want the wrong order not the whole thing, why I would pay for something and don't get it. He was extremely rude, aggressive , unprofessional and kept saying I just got here. I waited another 15 minutes and they they tossed it on the counter and walked away saying your sub is ready. Attached are pictures of newly made sub to see how gross, disgusted and un appetizing it was made. I do know that they made it that digesting on purpose and I am throwing in the garbage as it's beyond disgusting. I took the sandwich and as I am walking out the store, I told that I promise I will make sure someone from your corporate office know about the nasty way you treated us, and OMG. They all went crazy and laughing in hysterical  way and screaming bye bye bye and even walked out the store behind us and kept screaming bye. read more

Sandwiches took 45 minutes and were wrong. Customer after customer came and went and we kept hearing that our order would be 5 more minutes and "we're sorry." Not once did the manager offer to make things right or find out why it was taking so long. We talked about getting our money back and leaving, but didn't receive a receipt. It's a shame since we live Jersey Mike's and this was our first (and last) visit to this location. Had a coupon for a free sub. Went for lunch on a Wednesday. When we went in there was one other customer already eating. More customers Came in as we waited for our sandwiches. The restruant was clean and the staff were welcoming. It is a typical sandwich shop with a counter and tables. It is located in a strip mall across interstate 580 across the freeway from the outlet mall. Our order took less than 5 minutes. We got a chipotle Cheese steak sandwich and a supreme sub in a tub. They don't have gluten free bread available, but offered everything as a salad. The chipotle cheese steak was good but could have been spicier. The sub in the tub had lots of meat and cheese hidden beneath shredded lettuce. We will go back. read more

Great customer service at this Dublin Jersey Mikes! Had two day's of hosting a team. Day One: Ordered 6 various sandwiches (ready for pickup as agreed to - on time). Day Two: Ordered two subs by the box = 24 sandwiches, chips and cookies. Delivered on time as requested. Choose 4 sandwich options for the 24 Sandwiches. I love love Jersey Mikes. It makes Subway feel like you're at a soup kitchen. OK, maybe not that bad. My favorites here are the hot sub's...the pastrami and Philly. All made fresh in store.
