I just tried this place for the first time a few days ago with my coworker (who said it's quite good), however, it's not the best place I've been to for sandwiches. It kind of has that "Subway" or "Togos" vibe to it -- standard deli with standard bread and not a whole lot of options to pick from. I ended up ordering the Italian, and my coworker got the Club (her go-to). Employees seemed fairly nice! But it was definitely not as fast as you might think a deli could be -- I wouldn't chance coming here during a lunch rush. The sandwich itself was good, they put seasoned oils and vinegar on it, so it has a juicy yet crunchy texture. Which I love. I told the guy I wanted extra pickles when he asked if I wanted any, and he ended up only putting on 5, which I thought was kind of weird/ or rude because that either showed 1. He wasn't listening, or 2. He didn't care. Definitely take your business to Ike's if you can, their sandwiches are great, and their customer service is always stellar. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT A HORRIBLE PLACE My wife, I and our 4 kids went to your store to have a nice dinner, I have to wait at least 10 - 15 before I get acknowledged!! A girl came and asked what can I get you. I told her that I would like to order sub # 31 and  #26 and I asked for Soda, She said later for the Soda, but her attitude wasn't the best. I let it go and waited on the side. Then my wife wanted to place her order as she wasn't ready when I placed my order. She had to wait another 10-15 minutes to get acknowledge and then she placed her order 2 subs of #56 on Parmesan RoseMary Bread. - 15 minutes later, the lady called my name and then I went to pay for it, I got the two subs #31 and #26 and gave them to my kids. Then My son told me that his sandwich doesn't have bacon, I doubled check the sandwich and it doesn't have any bacon, I check the menu ingredients and it said that it has macon on # 26. I went back to counter and asked #26 comes with Bacon? The girl said yes, so I responded and said out came without any bacon!!!! Instead of saying sorry, I apologize anything, I was told the strangest response ever, well, we ran out of bacon, so I said it would be nice to let us know that instead of not saying anything. She said do you want me to make another one with bacon, I said yes. So I waited 10 minutes and then she called and said excuse me do you want us to make bacon for you to add on your sandwich????? Not sure why she would say that after she said that she will make a new one . So I decided it to let it go and don't ruin our evening I said ok and gave her the sub to add bacon to. Then one of the girls who took my wife order came and library asked my wife to come to the counter. At that time my wife been waiting for her order almost 20 minutes. She told her that they don't have RoseMary bread and gave her alternative.when we declined as we only eat this sub in rosemary bread, Look like she didn't like that and gave us weird faces and then she was pointing to the receipt and talking to me to pay for it as she asking for the other sub that they missed adding the bacon to so they add it. I said I am not paying for this since I didn't take it and you should said that you don't have Rosemary bread from the beginning . She kept saying in a very aggressive way ok ok fine fine. I told her to calm down and she said you are hostile. Then I asked for her name and said I need to tell your manager how hostile I am. And then told her since you think I am hostile, I don't want this sandwich and I need you to make another one the way it should be. She said fine. We waited for 25 minutes and nothing happened and no one called for us. During that time we ALL including my kids can hear all 4 of them making fun of us. About bacon and rosemary, and saying to each other that bacon is course sh***** Again I let it go because my family was with me,, and then I went to the counter asking for my sandwich and they said you gave it back and said you don't want it. So I got upset and said so I paid for nothing, all I said that I don't want the old one that got colder and I want a new one, All four of them came and they all talk to me at once in the nastiest way you could imagine and finally they said so you want one, ok we'll make it, Then another person Male , asked me to calm down and said I heard you saying you don't want it., I said I don't want the wrong order not the whole thing, why I would pay for something and don't get it. He was extremely rude, aggressive , unprofessional and kept saying I just got here. I waited another 15 minutes and they they tossed it on the counter and walked away saying your sub is ready. Attached are pictures of newly made sub to see how gross, disgusted and un appetizing it was made. I do know that they made it that digesting on purpose and I am throwing in the garbage as it's beyond disgusting. I took the sandwich and as I am walking out the store, I told that I promise I will make sure someone from your corporate office know about the nasty way you treated us, and OMG. They all went crazy and laughing in hysterical  way and screaming bye bye bye and even walked out the store behind us and kept screaming bye. read more

Sandwiches took 45 minutes and were wrong. Customer after customer came and went and we kept hearing that our order would be 5 more minutes and "we're sorry." Not once did the manager offer to make things right or find out why it was taking so long. We talked about getting our money back and leaving, but didn't receive a receipt. It's a shame since we live Jersey Mike's and this was our first (and last) visit to this location. Had a coupon for a free sub. Went for lunch on a Wednesday. When we went in there was one other customer already eating. More customers Came in as we waited for our sandwiches. The restruant was clean and the staff were welcoming. It is a typical sandwich shop with a counter and tables. It is located in a strip mall across interstate 580 across the freeway from the outlet mall. Our order took less than 5 minutes. We got a chipotle Cheese steak sandwich and a supreme sub in a tub. They don't have gluten free bread available, but offered everything as a salad. The chipotle cheese steak was good but could have been spicier. The sub in the tub had lots of meat and cheese hidden beneath shredded lettuce. We will go back. read more

I love love Jersey Mikes. It makes Subway feel like you're at a soup kitchen. OK, maybe not that bad. My favorites here are the hot sub's...the pastrami and Philly. All made fresh in store. And sliced fresh too. Located in a brand spankin new strip mall, it is definitely clean. A little small so the booths will likely be filled if you come during the lunch rush. Great customer service at this Dublin Jersey Mikes! Had two day's of hosting a team. Day One: Ordered 6 various sandwiches (ready for pickup as agreed to - on time). Day Two: Ordered two subs by the box = 24 sandwiches, chips and cookies. Delivered on time as requested. Choose 4 sandwich options for the 24 Sandwiches. Bread was fresh with fresh ingredients, perfectly proportioned, with a good amount of meat and toppings. Service was fast, very welcoming and friendly. Everyone loved and appreciated the sandwiches. I used to love coming here but the last 3 or more times we used the app to order online we come home to sandwiches made incorrectly. Not sure what the issue is. I even called on Saturday, after having this issue again, to complain. The woman who answered said she was a manager in training and wouldn't let me talk to anyone else so I gave her my complaint. She offered me a voucher but told her we will probably take a break from here for awhile and go elsewhere. She said she would see if she could reimburse us for the two out of 3 sandwiches and would call me back but it's been since Saturday and no reply back. My boyfriend and I came to Jersey Mike's on Friday, April 12 at 8:00 pm and the store was closed and the hours posted said they close at 9 pm. There was no sign posted stating why the store was closed. ---------------------------------------------------- I ordered a sub today (12/23/19) at Jersey Mike's in Dublin and Bennett prepared it. He was making my sub with his plastic gloves on (good) and for some reason, he stopped to take the order of the man behind me (not good). He picked up a pen and wrote the man's order on an order sheet and took the man's coupon with his plastic gloves on and he continued to make me sub (really not good). When he rang me up, I asked him why he wrote down the man behind me's order and took his coupon while wearing gloves and then finished making my sub. I wanted him to know that I was aware that people handling food are not supposed to touch other non food items while they are handling food. I did not ask Bennett to re-make my sub because it was already made, but I was disturbed enough to write about my displeasure in this Yelp review. The food here is great. This rating is strictly on service and particularly my last visit, on 3/31. I came in right at lunch. I had ordered ahead 30 minutes prior for pickup. When I got there they were slammed. I waited for another 20 minutes before the manager finally gave me an update telling me I was so far down on the list it would be at least another 20 minutes. I told him to just cancel the order and refund me because I couldn't wait anymore. He said he would, but he DID NOT! There should have been better organization at such a busy time. I could've actually went through the line in store and got my order faster, which is ridiculous and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Also telling me my order would be cancelled and refunded and not doing it is horrible customer service. Now I have to go back to deal with this. Not sure I will be visiting this location again. Outstanding food, service and ambiance. Even though the premium sub arena is so competitive this spot holds its own. Had a #9 I believe. It was with beef and outstanding. Bread perfectly warm and toasted, beef tender and seemed to be of the highest quality. The cheese that it came with was the perfect compliment to it all. Some mushrooms - just the perfect amount of everything. Took a recommendation from the staff here. I guess the most popular sandwiches in large numbers for a good reason - I'm a fan. Chocolate chip cookie and good selection of drinks. Some TVs inside and a comfortable place to hang for a bit. Some booths - I like that. Was just next door at the vitamin shop for the final two ingredients in the recipe for some concoction I'm creating: some marshmallow root and some slippery elm. So glad I stopped by. read more

Just left there...WOW 6 people behind the counter, one customer ordering a sandwich, no one asked if i want to order. Stood there for 5 minutes and left without lunch. A bit better then run-of-the-mill sub chain. The white bread was a bit better then Subway. While we were there the staff was using a meat slicer to create more of the sliced meats. This nice touch that focuses on quality of finished product. I had a chicken cheesesteak sandwich which was quite tasty. Read their story. It is nice that a 17 year old bought this while in high school. The bread is a bit too light and flaky for the price and my taste. I would rather have a choice of high quality artisan breads like some of the San Francisco or New York delis. When I asked about bread choices for the hot sandwich the staff told me that white was normal for hot so I stayed with white since I didn't want to break something. read more

This Jersey Mikes is amazing... food is always great and they have never made a mistake on any order I have done including the special instructions.. I ordered 3 subs today and I put in the special instructions "birthday girl would like only meat and bread" when we got the order they wrote happy birthday on her sandwich and gave her a treat. During this time while everyone is stuck at home on birthdays and other holidays this is a great gesture by Jersey Mike's. This place just opened not too long ago - I had to try it. - No Dutch crunch, sucks. - limited seating. - only one bathroom. - place is clean inside. Sandwich was pretty good. It came out to like 8 dollars and some change with no drink or chips. They slice the meat in front of you. Place got crowded real quick, but the line moves because they make your sandwich in an assembly line fashion. The workers were all very friendly. After a family hike, Jersey Mike's got the nod (hungry gang of 5). The store is new and clean with seating inside. I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff - they're great! I ordered a turkey sandwich (Mike's way), my wife had a cooked wrap and the kids had assorted sandwiches - eveyone loved their food :)) The only ding was the longer wait for the cooked wrap...the rest of us sat patiently, counting the minutes for it to arrive so we could dig in to our much-needed lunch. This review is for the service and not the food. The sandwich was good but the customer service needs a lot of improvement. The first worker took my order was cordial but no smile. After she cut the bread, sliced the meat and cheese she handed it off to the next worker. This one was not friendly, no smile, no eye contact and was rude. I asked for everything on the sandwich with a please. She asked me again and I said everything please, again. She looked down and mumbled to herself. To top it off after finishing the sandwich she did not wrap it and placed it on the counter. My sandwich is unwrapped and on the counter, not the cutting board. The next worker was wrapping and bagging other sandwiches and then saw my sandwich sitting there. Is this sanitary? Also, why was it on the counter? As someone with severe food allergies, it can be hard to find restaurants that are safe to eat at. On 4/27 I went to this Jersey Mike's and was amazed by the service I received. The whole staff - Jose, Harvey, Jennifer, and David were not only extremely friendly but went above and beyond. I left a note in my online order asking them to change their gloves before making my sandwich due to my allergies, and when they got to my order everyone changed their gloves, wiped down the line, and switched out the knife. This place just opened near my house, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Club Supreme (large) Mike's Way. The club supreme includes roast beef and turkey with swiss and bacon. They don't have dutch crunch :(. Such sadness. So I ended up with wheat italian. You can definitely smell all those italian herbs in the bread. Mike's way includes vinegar, oil, and spices which were pretty tasty. I really liked the flavor the vinegar, oil ,and spices gave the sandwich. The deli meats were thinly sliced and sliced to order. They didn't pack as much meat as I expected. As for the bacon, it wasn't very crispy and they only gave 4 pieces. The large was pretty large, it made 4 sandwiches! And it was only $13!!! Pretty good for the price. Overall, I thought the sandwich was definitely better than Subway's. But the sandwich wasn't outstanding. It was A-OK. read more

When I saw that they opened a Jersey Mikes sub opening up in Dublin I had to go. The sandwiches here are awesome, they cut the meat as you order so it stays really fresh. All the cold subs are awesome and make sure you get your sandwich Mikes way, there is no other way to eat it! I recently moved up here from Southern California and found that this Jersey Mikes store is right up there in terms of consistency. Better than subway or Quiznos in just about any way possible. If you're a fan of sandwiches you need to check this place out. I'll be back for sure. read more

Bummed out. I was excited to try it and I must say, I will not be back. Nothing special about this place. Hot and cold mediocre subs. Didn't even try their philly because it can't be better than cheesesteak shop. I had the meatball. One of the worst I've had. Waaaaaay too much sauce. Only 2 meatballs on a reg size sandwich. I was left with torn bread in a mess of crappy marinara sauce. My wife had a veggie. She was not impressed. If you want a really good sandwich. Check out IKE's in Danville.
