The one making my sandwich is a also a hero lol

The ladies working tonight are awesome, normally send my husband to get my order let alone order my sandwich. Tonight these three lovely ladies helped me out, and were so nice doing it!!

They were a bit slow but aside from that, it tasted fine. The brownies are really good too here.

Ordered a roast beef sandwich online, that was so dry and sloppily made when I got it at home that I couldn't eat it. The online app either had a flaw or there was a miscommunication, about mayo. My guy drove back to have it remade and was told no, by a bitter angry female manager who was rude and hostile. The manager refused to correct the problem by adding mayo, proclaiming she couldn't do that and she was the manager. And refused to give him Onions to help make it less dry.... My sandwich came back home 1 hour later .... I threw it away. What a petty way to treat people over an over priced sandwich. Skip this location save yourself the drama.

Unbelievable, this is what $13 gets you at Jersey Mikes. There's probably enough lettuce for 5-6 bites, nice way to treat your customers.

Unbelievable, this is what $14 gets you at Jersey Mikes. Totally unacceptable - there's maybe enough lettuce for 5-6 bites. Great way to treat your customers who pay premium prices for your products. Keep up the good work.

I normally order online and pick up because the line can be sooo long at this location. Came in this afternoon for a sandwich. Ended up ordering the club sandwich and got the peppered ham. I really prefer the pepper him over the regular ham. It's not like prosciutto it's been slightly different. I always get my sandwiches Mike's way no matter what and I always get a side of the peppers in oil to dump on my sando! I can never eat a whole one but that doesn't stop me from ordering the whole thing. Great service and delicious sub!

Visit July 2026…read more Ironically I was in NYC last week and ate at a deli there. That visit was a so-so experience and made me miss Beyer Deli so ta-dah! Still incredibly huge sandwiches. Hefty enough that half will fill me and I'm fat. The torta bread is the way to go for your sandwiches and yeah I know it's not a NYC thing but ewwww I had stale white bread with my NYC meal. I don't get here often but it looks like the menu has expanded with smoothies, pasta, and iced coffees. Still incredibly amazing prices (seriously the price for a pastrami sandwich at the NYC deli was twice the price here). Still the MOST INCREDIBLE AMAZING WELCOMING service you will ever experience. Dina, the owner who runs the front, makes you feel like you've pulled up a chair at her own kitchen. Loves to talk and gets to know you. I'm always a fan of seeing a restaurant acknowledge their regulars it just makes such a positive vibe and Dina welcomes them by name so tells you how often they frequent. Still located in a tiny business mall and if it weren't for the red on the sign you might miss it. Still cash only. Still the safest place on the planet as it is frequented by every form of law enforcement possible from BP, SDPD, CVPD, to the MIB (seeing if you're still with me). Its great that they support and receive support from first responders. If you want a satisfying deli experience stop by. I suggest....well everything.

My…read moresister was dropping me off and briefly pulled into a spot for this deli to let me out because it didn't appear that there was a way out of the parking lot in the back. I literally told my sister "oooh a deli, I want a torta after" and then I headed into Bellus. As I was walking in the owner of this deli confronted me telling me not to park there and I let him know I had just been dropped off and wouldn't be taking up any of his parking and he continued "the car, the car" so persistently I had to just about yell at him that she left and we weren't parked there. Mind you his establishment was completely empty at the time. Not that it would be an excuse if we did park there( which I would never do). Throughout my entire appointment I was thinking about how crazy he came at me and when I decided to mention it to the esthetician student doing my facial she mentioned she had ordered some tostilocos from him the day prior that came with apple on them (unusual) and that the cueritos on them were mushy and when she asked for her money back on them he had an attitude about it, which I believe given what I saw from him today. On my way out I stopped to let him know that I was a potential customer and he totally deterred me from patronizing his business. Oh and shocker: his place was still empty when I told him this and it was lunchtime. Interesting.

Very accommodating. Call and order ahead. The parking lot is a bit congested as it shares the lot with the beauty school.

This hole-in-the-wall grocery store has been part of my life when I was raising my kids (now in…read moretheir early 30s), so there's something special to be said about this small neighborhood market that's been part of my life. I have lived practically down the street and around the corner from Farm Fresh. It was close enough to walk, but I preferred to drive whenever I needed to buy groceries. This place may not be the best looking market, or have all the bells and whistles, but it has always come through for me with most of the basic grocery essentials. My usual purchases were fruits, veggies, meats and chicken, salsas, and pastries. Every now and then, I'll grab hot food dish from their kitchen/deli. And, during emergency cases, I have bought milk, bread, cereals, sandwich meats. Truth be told, Walmart has taken over in that department now. The produce area is always kept stocked, organized and clean as with the other areas of the market. Although the isles are close quarters, there's room to move around should you use a shopping food cart. Staff are usually busy either stocking and organizing all areas or the store. Floor is also kept clean and free from potential safety issues. Almost forgot, fresh tortillas are made here at Farm Fresh. Overall, price is fair. Kitchen/deli should think about not raising their prices too high. Lastly, please don't compare Farm Fresh to Northgate or Manalos grocery store ...not fair.

Then, as the day progressed I wanted to have a good lunch so I would not be that hungry for dinner and just lightly snack. So, I was craving a deli sandwich. I decided to try Rubicon Deli in Mission Hills area. I kept hearing how their sandwiches were so good. I ordered a tuna sandwich, and the girl behind. the counter was helpful and friendly, but did inform me they were out of a few bread types. I order a Dutch crunch type of bread for a tuna sandwich. They serve half and whole sandwiches so I just ordered a half which was still a good-sized portion . I wish I would have liked this sandwich because I drove 20 minutes to try this place. The bread was too dry and super messy because it was so dry. The rest of the sandwich was okay. The tuna was bland tasting as it did not seem like it was seasoned. The veggies on it were the only thing that made the sandwich decent tasting. It was nothing to write home about or drive out of my area to try it . I was hungry and paid so I had to eat it. Although, I threw away the other half of it . It was not horrible, but it was not tasty either. The service was good and they had plenty of tables to sit down inside. But, I also noticed the tables were not being wiped down and under the tables there were food crumbs all over. Luckily, I had my trusty sanitizer for the table. The fact no one was cleaning as it needed to be done was a turn off. Restaurants and places of businesses need to take it serious and keep it clean everywhere so no one gets sick. Lastly, keep in mind when you arrive at this place, you have to pay the City of San Diego parking which I paid 2.50 extra just to come here .
