I've been coming here for years. Normally i don't leave reviews but recently I feel like i need to. This place used to be amazing about a year and a half ago. It went downhill after that. I've continued to come in to this one in hopes it improves and it did. I have to mention Gianni, Sasha, and Shamari. They make the best subs and have the best customer service. Sasha and Shamari are the two most professional employees to step foot into this restaurant. They're extremely helpful and they always listen. Anytime I've ever had an issue i've always spoke to Sasha or this other manager Jake and they make sure everything gets corrected and fixed. I love this capriotti's again and it's safe to say it's the best option out there. I want to especially highlight Sasha because i've seen her here before and the store was amazing and now that she's back it's finally back to the high expectations she set for me for this store. She's quick, extremely professional, and very helpful. I will be returning and I hope to see this capriotti's thrive. read more

The owner of this franchise needs the fire the kids that they have working there. The store is supposed to be open till 9pm. I watched one lady and her two daughters walk in there at 8:17 to be turned away, so I walked in there to order food and they said they shut the grill down that they were closing at 8:24 which is unacceptable. I asked them are they allowed to close this early and the one young kid said let me get the manager which she was in the bathroom taking a massive number two comes out like a deer in headlights knowing that you shouldn't have been closing this early, but he obviously had other arrangements that were more important than doing his freaking job That is costing the company money and isn't how you run a business if you close at nine, you take your last order at 8:59 Just because the kids want to go home early. if I own this franchise, I would be so disappointed in my staff and how they're causing me to lose money when I pay them to do a job. They lost over a $100 in 20 mins. I'm sure they made sure they got paid till 9pm. I'll be going to other Location until they clean house. Decent sandwich shop on the SW side of Vegas... We're in town visiting friends and we grabbed a late lunch at Capriotti's... Good looking menu and sandwiches were alright; we got the Bobbie & the Grilled Italian. This place is kind of like a Penn Station, but with a larger menu (not as good as Penn Station though). The staff was friendly and we got our food quick... The two biggest drawbacks were the place was filthy on the inside and insanely overpriced ($35 for two sandwiches, a soup that was only half way filled up, and two drinks). I haven't had this in awhile. So it was kinda scary. But mind you, I don't think I've had a bad sandwich or service. I ordered the classic cheesesteak through the app & they had a coupon for free grilled cheese for kids. Price was $60 for 2 large and that free grilled cheese. To be honest, that is just wayyyy too much for just the 2 sandwiches but at the same time, a large is literally 2 footlongs. So I guess it was worth it. The food was good. Since moving to Vegas, this sandwich shop has become my regular spot. The pastrami is hands-down my favorite--and theirs absolutely delivers. We tried the cheessteak BLT and the cap-pastrami sandwich. The prices were a little high but the quality of our food was fresh and hot. We should have ordered bigger sandwiches but we really enjoyed them. The staff was helpful in making our selections and they were smiling which was nice. We felt very welcome. First thing I'd say is TRAIN your people. Maybe I'm just old fashioned; but the lack of enthusiasm and recommendations for a first timer to your ESTABLISHMENT was a let down - This was off the bat a thumbs down. I was very clear; hey my first time here. Yes I know I'm not special!! The bread is fresh the meats premium- but the sandwich overall was not to my liking. No mayo no mustard no anything - only I asked for was NO ONIONS- which they obliged- but let's face it there is an art to making a sandwich - this one did not hit the basics. They got the cold one to me relatively quickly, but after a full hour of waiting for the hot sandwich, I had no choice but to leave. I'm so disappointed in this Capriotti's location. I gave this shop three chances to do right but they made it seem impossible to do. Each sandwich got smaller with the amount of meat they included. The sandwiches were all bread. I even paid $2.00 more for the "extra beef" and yet it had less meat in it than my regular sandwich. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and it came with just beef and cheese. There were no mushrooms, onions, peppers, etc. so pathetic. I've had better sandwiches from Subway. I will not be returning to Capriotti's ever again. What a waste of money! Avoid this place if you're hungry. read more

Great sandwich spot in town for a quick bite. Service quality is always consistent and professional. The combo is fantastic, we get a choice of chips and soda along with our sandwich. They also have soup options such as, clam chowder and chicken noodle. Here's our favorite sandwiches: The Bobbi- Thanksgiving theme sandwich is my fav. Stuff with turkey, cranberry and stuffing. Capriotti's is a Gift. I've tried the Cheesesteak probably over 100 times now, the Cole Turkey a few dozen- close to Fifty times, Wagyu Roast beef maybe twenty times. It's frankly a pillar of Las Vegas good eats. Wise potato chips on site in small And family size bags, a Pepsi fountain, and a cooler with soda. Usually the staff is upfront with the ordering- there's no unwanted surprises because they'll ask, like - hey this sandwich comes with XYZ, would you like that? So for me to never want Mayo, every location I've been to, and i ASSURE you this is not the only location I have been to is good about the details- Heck today I used the app and I'm SUPER happy about it. Mediocre, with three star strikes: 1. Capriotti's is very pricy. An 18-inch sub costs more than a PF Chang's entree, and you don't get a fortune cookie. Ironically, the last time I dined at Chang's the fortune cookie said "Don't Eat at Capriotti's." 2. This location on Blue Diamond is great if you're continuing to drive westward to all the new scorpion-infested housing developments, but if you have to turn back around and head east, it takes a lot of time and turns. For those of you who don't know, overcrowded Blue Diamond Road has become the Los Angeles 405 Freeway of Las Vegas. 3. Partial mask worn by one of the sandwich makers. This is a dealbreaker. While eating the Bobbie I bit into a chunk of bone. Hurt a bit but luckily I didn't chip a tooth. I sent my wife a pic and a warning to be careful eating the Bobbie. She had already bitten into a small piece of bone as well. In my opinion this is completely unacceptable. How do you allow chunks of bone to end up in people's sandwiches? I would qualify this shop as some place I would go to if I was on a long road trip and my kids were screaming in the back seat that they were hungry and this was the first place I saw.
