This is the worst Jersey Mikes I have ever been to, in the 3 years that I have lived in this area they make my order wrong. I don't know why every time I order for delivery or pick up it goes to this location, I have tried to reach out to management several times and it's no use. They don't care about their customers. The food is made sloppily, incorrect things added and several times we've gotten meat in our veggie sandwiches, we spend at least $30 every time we order only to have to throw most of it away! The new management here is one step below diarrhea. None of the new people know what they are doing and they have also become really skimpy on the meat. The new manager was bragging about all the positive changes he made. The only thing I noticed was they had a special needs individual on had hands and knees cleaning the undersides of tables. I went into this Jersey Mikes location on 2/4/22 at approximately 3:45 pm. The restaurant was super clean and welcoming. There were several people in line in front of me. I placed my order and as I was waiting I noticed that they were very busy. They were preparing a lot of sandwiches and their phone kept ringing with additional phone orders. There were only two employees at the restaurant and they were having a hard time keeping up. So it was taking a little longer than usual. As I was watching, I noticed one of the employees (Charles) moving like lightning. Boy, that guy was fast. He was preparing hot sandwiches, cold sandwiches, answering the phones, preparing online orders, running the register. He must of gone through a box of gloves as He changed them every time he touched the register or a phone. I thought to myself, that is the kind of employee I want working for me. All the while he had a smile on his face and was super polite and friendly with every single customer that he helped. When I got home and ate my sandwich it was perfect. Great job Jersey Mikes. FOOD (4*): I tried a regular size Turkey, Mike's Style. Good quality meat. The other toppings were pretty much what you are used to seeing at other sandwich places. The bread was good... not overly hard or soft Italian - I think you get 4 different types of meat in here. I really like this one. Steak - good but I still prefer their cold sandwiches more. *If you like a little spice, try getting your sandwich with the red pepper spread. i like it. SERVICE (4*) There service is good here. There isn't much to it. You tell the first guy which sandwich you want and he carves the meat onto the bread. Your sandwich then makes its way down the short assembly line and you pay for it after it's built. Pretty much like subway. They are pretty efficient here. PRICE (4*): They have three sizes here and a regular sandwich alone is roughly $8 depending on which one you order. PARKING (4*) There is a shared parking lot and parking isn't really an issue. I ordered my same order I eat everyday. A chicken Philly but today they wanted to get my order wrong. I called in my phone order and gave specific instructions for my sandwich. I'm compelled to write a review about the great welcome given by Eric. Eric's friendly and happy attitude is inviting and endearing. And while the other three workers were not as vibrant they definitely were friendly all be it a little shy, but I think Eric will rub off on them soon enough . A few days ago at 3:00 pm, I ordered 2 sandwiches for a 5:15 pm pick up. When I got there, they hadn't started them. The ticket was hanging up, but one of the young men making the sandwiches said nobody had told him about it. So I had to wait while they made them. We nearly missed our bus. I called just now to do the same thing and was told that there was no way that they could guarantee a 5:15 pick up because that was their busy dinner time. I said that that made no sense to me because I was giving them a 2 hour notice. She said that was the store policy. If you order online, it asks for a pick up time. I'm wondering if that's the same policy used for online purchases too? Maybe you'll they'll be ready, maybe they won't. I love Jersey Mike's, but I think this policy is ridiculous. Why bother calling in a phone order or doing it online if there's no guarantee it will be ready? Please change this policy! read more

This location is terrible. I've two sandwiches come out either wrong or undercooked. The first time was when I ordered a chicken cheesesteak. I took a bite into and the chicken was raw! This last time was today. I ordered a California chicken sandwich with no tomato or cheese, and add avocado for delivery. I get the order and TAKE A FEW BITES and there is no avocado, which is extra btw, and there's bacon. I can't eat pork. They also gave me gluten free bread which I didn't order. Also the sandwich was way too cold for it being delivered only a mile. The quality at this location sucks. There are better locations out there. read more

Ok so I am not one to ever leave bad reviews and I like to give all places the benefit of the doubt before I leave something negative. I went in roughly about a week ago and girl who was referred by another employee as "Rachel," who made my sandwich was very rude. Her attitude towards me was as if she didn't even want to work there and was angry at me for existing and being a customer. The next customer she also gave bad attitude towards and even raised her voice at them. Another guy whom I didn't get his name was putting my toppings on my sandwich seemed to also be in a bad mood. Based on his mannerisms and the way he spoke to me he seemed very feminine and gay. The only reason I didn't immediately complain is because I was running late to work and I needed to get out of there immediately. I also came back to this Jersey Mike's a few days ago and it seemed kinda odd because there were about 2 guys in the front with a bunch of customers and one of them was a white kid who seemed not able to comprehend how to actually make a sandwich. I was already happy that I didn't have to see the employees that were rude to me the first time, but then it all went away. He messed up my sandwich in 1. adding oil and vinegar when I told him not to and 2. Putting stuff like mustard on my bread when I didn't even ask him too.The other guy was jumping back and forth from grilling and cutting sandwiches offered to remake everything for me but he was so busy I said no, paid for my food and just left. I gave this place to many chances. No more! They need to get rid of those two rude employees and hire people who can actually communicate and respect the customer, especially if the customer is nice from the start. You don't have to like your job to be a nice person! Also, a little more training to some employees wouldn't hurt either.
