What can anyone really say about In n Out. Speaks for itself. Basic menu with quality food. Service is great, don't think I've come across bad service at any In n Out. The vibe is always friendly. I typically get two hamburgers and animal style fries since I'm a big back lol. I typically order via drive thru and I have also ate inside. Lots of seating and outside seating as well. It's a longish drive thru..located in a shopping plaza so it may be confusing where to enter for the drive thru if it's your first time. They have cones to block off the road on one side to prevent interception of cars cutting thru. When I went this previous time, there was a gap in the cones. It's always been fully blocked. Not sure if someone moved the cones or what because a mini car squeezed thru ahead of me. Hopefully they fixed that. Still going to In n Out :-D read more

Stopped by on 7/28 I like coming by here when im in the neighborhood. Place is always spotless and the staff is always nice. Place had a good amount of seating inside and outside. I ordered a cheeseburger animal style but i got excited and took a few butes before the picture and was delicious! Got animal style fries with extra spread on it. I have been to this In-N-Out location many times, whether with just my dog or with friends. The service is particularly great here and they always have nice things to say about my rescue dog, Darby! We usually order a hamburger with grilled onions (for the human) and the puppy patty AKA meat patty no salt for the little guy. In-N-Out is pretty consistent across locations, and this one has never delivered anything too salty, cold, etc. They run a tight ship here! I cannot express our disgust and disappointment during last nights experience. We Picked our grandkids up from their flight from Dallas and took all 4 grandkids for what we hoped would be a great dinner. Our food was terrible. Burgers were over cooked and almost burnt, buns were hard and Krispy, My wife ordered a Protein style and it was all lettuce with a piece of meat in the middle the size of a silver dollar. The tables and floor were dirty even though the poor female associate was trying hard to keep it in order. The atmosphere was mayhem and over all I cannot even give it a 1. Stopped by In-N-Out Burger and had a great experience. I ordered a chocolate shake and it was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The service was spectacular -- the staff was friendly, quick, and very attentive. The location was also very clean and well maintained, which always makes the experience better. I don't usually review chain fast food places, but I have to say that the cheeseburger I had today here was perfect. Perfect temp. Perfect veggie to bun to meat ratio. Fresh, crisp veggies. The thing about in and out burger is that their burgers are inexpensive, but made-to-order and very consistent. I enjoy their cheeseburgers more than their double doubles. I like to order a "whole grilled onion" and "chopped chilies" in my burger. I do agree that their fries are mid, but I'll eat them any day. There are restaurants and diners that have better burgers, but is there any fast-food drive-through burger places that can match up to this? I don't think so. read more

My go-to In N Out. I physically have to stop myself from coming here every day after work. It's literally on my way home and I cannot help myself lol. I also prefer this location, as it's not as busy as the Traffic Circle location. My order is almost always a Double Double with raw onions and sliced chilies, with light-well fries! Pink lemonade, if I need something sweet. My second favorite order when I'm not feeling like buns is the Flying Dutchman wrapped with whole grilled onions, with sliced chilies. Bomb.com. No words. I LOVE their simple ingredients that spiral into thousands of varieties--five stars for cleanliness, ambiance, service, and taste. Today, I learned a cool hack. FRENCH FRIES with Grilled Onions and Spread on top. The only item that needs to be added to this order is the Melted Cheese, which would have been an Animal-Style Fries. However, by subtracting the cheese from this order, there is NO EXTRA CHARGE to the price of the Fries. For my CHEESEBURGER, my special modifications are Whole Grilled Onions, Chopped Chili, Pickles, and extra chili on the side. read more

In-N-Out Burger in Long Beach gave us a better experience and better service than other locations had. This is my first time at this location and I was impressed in the quality of service as well as the quality of food. Being a fast food restaurant, people are not expecting as nice of service from In-N-Out, however they always seem to exceed my expectations, this location as well. Upon entering, we were greeted by an employee who was working in the dining area, which is different as that has never happened to me at any other location. At the register, the employee was extremely friendly and helpful, taking the order very fast but with care, as well as making sure they got our order right. The wait time was a while, but reasonable, considering that In-N-Out was busy at this time. Inside the restaurant is same as always, similar layout and similar seats. It was very clean. Workers were continuously going throughout the dining area, collecting customer food trays and cleaning the area. The only difference from ambiance in this location compared to the other locations I have been to is that this specific location did not have outdoor seating. read more

I decided to grab dinner since I was already too tired from work and didn't feel like cooking. From the moment I walked in and placed my order, the customer service was off the charts. The cashier was super nice and friendly. She was kind enough to change my order since she couldn't understand me through the face mask and the acrylic shield. I ordered the #2, cheese burger special with the fries well done. My kid had the animal style fries with chopped chilis.
