My sandwich was extremely tasty and the whole vibe of this location is very communal, and everyone is treated like family. I give up. JM's is just too hard to buy food from. Came twice and was unable to find a parking place. Today I went to another JM"s to get a gift card. After you've had Jersey Mike's you will refuse to eat Subway lol. The meat is way more lean and tastier. I always get the Turkey breast and provolone "Mikes Way". The blend of oils and spices are perfect. I've also tried the Philly Cheese steak which is also good. The Bixby Knolls location is a bit small but great. Staff always greets you when you enter and they are prompt. You'll most likely get a free cookie when you check-in through yelp. read more

First time going to this location. I did an online order so I can pick up something quick at Trader Joe's. We were excited to see that they opened this new location in the area and our first time trying Jersey Mikes, so decided to stop by, and give Jersey Mike a try,Let me say Employees looked confused in taking order and seemed like they didn't know what they were doing,,We waited and no sub,the guy after me got his, I asked what happened to my order.. they forgot my order, anyways when we got our sandwiches, we asked for wheat bread for our sandwhiches and got white bread instead.. they messed up our order,,the 2 sandwiches the total came out to almost $30, what did i ordered?,don't get me wrong I would mind paying that much if the food was great, but for 2 regular sandwiches was definitely not, but they also messed up my order.. It was my first time eating at this location (just opened today 4/20/16), and overall it was a good experience. The restaurant was clean, obviously, and the sandwich (The Original Italian) tasted good. The only negative aspect of the visit was the staff; they need to tone it down a few notches. While standing in line, the greeter kept asking which sandwich I was going to order, and the rest of the staff were way too loud. I understand it's the opening day so they'll calm down in a few days, which is why I upgraded the rating from 3 to 4. I'll definitely come back! read more

Jersey Mikes is out of Subways league. Everything is crazy fresh and good. The service was outstanding, I don't recall his name, but the brotha at this location makes you feel like a guest on a first class plane to tasty. And they have 2 for the price of one after 5pm. Can't beat that. read more

Great service, great food but this location in general is one of my favorites because it is the closest to me but not only that it was one of the few that carried the strawberry citrus lemonade but i recently went in and found out that they no longer have it. This is a shame i hope that eventually it comes back this would make myself and many others very happy, I'm sure of it. read more

I was disappointed with my service at Jersey Mikes today. At around 3:55 pm today I went into Jersey Mikes's asked for two giant sized Italian sandwiches. The man who prepared my sandwiches was having a conversation with the lady he was working with and only got bread for one sandwich and started preparing. Typically when I go they prepare both at the same time. I wanted to make sure he knew I wanted two and I tried to politely interrupt there conversation and asked if he knew I wanted two sandwiches. He said yes, he knew. Then he asked if I wanted them both on white bread, when he never asked me if I wanted the first one on white bread. I asked him if he could give me mustard and mayonnaise and mix it together and he asked what did I mean? After I tried to make it more clear for him he said that they don't do that. I ask for that all the time and he was the first to ever have a problem doing that for me. Before the sandwiches were completed I asked him if he was not allowed to mix my mustard and mayonnaise. He seemed annoyed and said he had nothing to do it with. At that point I was over it and didn't care anymore but he went to the back and got a spatula and mixed it. Every other time I've asked they just use one of the knives that's sitting in front where we can all see it. I'm not sure why he didn't? One sandwich was mikes way and one wasn't, I asked him if he could mark the one that was mikes way and he marked the wrong one. I would have maybe thought it was an accident if he hadn't turned so cold and passive aggressive towards me. The lady at the register however was nice, polite and professional. Maybe he can learn a few things from her. I'm a loyal customer I buy the same two sandwiches all the time with the same preferences. This is the first time it's ever been an issue. Is getting my sandwiches the way that I like them asking for too much? He wasn't even busy when I walked in I was the only customer there. It's not like he didn't have the time. Again, I'm disappointed. read more

I got two giant sandwiches : (California chicken and bacon ranch chicken ) combos which came out to $36. I could have went to a restaurant for that price anyway, the service was friendly. They do not welcome you when you walk in. No one seems to be happy to be working. One girl asked me was I ready and I said yes and told my order. I said on wheat. She looked at me and took out white bread. So I said again no can I have wheat and she just looked at me. Then I looked down and realized she was making someone else's order in front of me. 3 other sandwiches to be exact. I didn't mind waiting but her attitude was horrible and she could've clarified. And then the young man finally asked how would I like my order and I told him exactly what I wanted. Mikes way light juice and add pickles. He said ok. And continued to make someone else's sandwich. I'm just waiting and then when he was done he asked me the same question again. And I repeated myself already displeased with the service he claimed he couldn't hear me (second time I told him) when he heard me perfectly fine the first time. With all that being said it will be nice to have the workers be present for the customers who took time to wait in line for their meal. Instead they barley look up and focus on online orders having you wait forever for a sandwich. I won't be back. read more

Been here easily 30 times, really good customer service, the employees are just AWESOME, I've met all of them by now, not one bad apple in the group !!!! I've been to this location several times and I keep coming back. They are human however, and actually made a mistake. I called when I returned home to inform them that they forgot my oil and vinegar on the side and added cheese to our other sub. Joe, the manager; was sincerely apologetic and said I'd get 2 replacement Subs the next time I stop by. 3 weeks later when I showed up and Joe was a man of his word. I got my 2 replacement subs perfectly built and I left with smile. read more

They were very apologetic and got my order in and out in about 5 min!
