The amount of filling might have been adequate for a mini size sandwich but definitely not sufficient for a GIANT size. Tried ordering via the Jersey Mikes app. Instead of keeping a valid inventory or what is actually available when preparing an order via the official app, the app waits for you to check-out and then after authorizing the money on your account, it deciedes to notify that certain items are unavailable. Now your account has been authorized for an unfulfilled order and if you are willing, try to guess again if they actually can fill you order when placing a replacement order. This can lead to MULTIPLE authorizations to your bank account before being able to complete a successful order. You can likely see how stupid this is. "Place an order and if we don't have the inventory, instead of letting you know about it before we authorize your account we'll just keep authorizing your account until it declines or we have the inventory" This failure in the app is really just perfect synergy with the countless reviews on the lacking/disparaged customer service of this location. Truly the epitome of incompetent, sad, unhygienic, barely working standards. Close this location and bring another subway or maybe even quizzno's. read more

My first time to one. Pretty impressive for being 12:50 pm on a Friday. There is A LOT of work that goes into the Original Italian. Each meat is hand sliced right then and there, then the next person puts on the toppings. I think most of the subs are individually sliced. Hats off to you Jersey Mike's employee. Came at a busy time of day, workers seemed out of sorts. I gave them my order, and he started to make it, right in the middle of making my order he stops and decides to ring me up, he never took his gloves off, even wiped his nose while still having gloves on. I put my card in reader and realized he charged me $25 dollars over. I said something to him and he said sorry only the manager can give refunds, ok where's the manager? Sandwich is just okay. The fountain soda machine has no CO2 and apparently no one working knows how to fix it or is willing to. On a Saturday afternoon. Up until today, this was one of my favorite places for sandwiches. Sad to say, today has certainly turned that around. Today, I came in after receiving a text stating double points. As the line to order was quite long, I opted to visit the restroom before ordering. When I saw that the toilet had not been flushed, I tried to do that; seven flushes later, I had to push someone's stool down with toilet paper to get it to clear!? Then, even though I had locked the door, someone opened it while I was using it. As I left, I saw that the door was still in the locked position!? ‍ Upon receiving my order, I requested a receipt; I was given a handwritten one showing only a fourth of my order. When I asked about double points, I was told that wasn't happening today (even though it shows it on the text that I received). I was, then, given a printed receipt for what I had ordered, and was told that the text meant "double points ONLY if ordered on line"--the text doesn't state that (but, in all fairness, it did show a link). What really got to me was the attitude exhibited by the staff. When I stated that this might have to be my last visit here; the reply was "That's okay" -- obviously, there's some training needed here. I've been a loyal customer since you opened; it's really a shame to see what it's become. read more

Ultimately, all of the sandwiches that were ordered tasted awful and were not of the quality what I recall receiving from this business previously. Was craving a Jersey Mike's sub so we stopped by here on our way back to the Bay Area from LA around 6pm on Thursday, April 1st. My 7 year old daughter and I walked in and there were no customers and two young people behind the counter. The young man was nice enough but the young girl was super rude. I asked her what kids usually order and she pointed up to the menu. The music was so loud that we could not really communicate and understand each other very well. I asked again and again she just pointed up to the menu but I could not find a kid's menu so I said I can't hear you because the music is so loud but but she did not move an inch. Then after the few back and forths, i finally saw the kids menu, which was ham and cheese or turkey and cheese. Not sure why she could have not just said this. Then my daughter said to me that she had to go to the bathroom so I asked do you have a restroom and the young man said yes then the girl quickly said No! We could clearly see there was a public restroom and I get that we are in covid times but just explain that instead of just rudely saying No to us. We left to use the restroom at Target the went to El Pollo Loco, who had around 20 customers and the ladies behind the counter there were super graceful, warm, friendly and professional. But given all the many bad reviews, we have decided not to chance it- opting for pizza instead. I gave him a 3 star rating because.....(1) we did go into the place about a month ago for lunch. Was not too bad although the employees could have been a bit friendlier. Then about two weeks later we ordered two sandwiches online and we're happy with how that worked. Visited Jersey Mike's for the first time I'm a big Subway fan and thought I'd try something new my son was going to his graduation he wanted to try it so we did. Unfortunately the person I was making the sandwich assumed I was with another person and triple charged me for sandwiches I was in a hurry to take my son to the graduation and they said they refunded my purchase are the extra charges which they never did. I tried to contact them over multiple phone calls at least 10 sent them to text to the their local phone number talk to Anthony the sandwich maker he said he was in a contact the manager and have them call me back immediately still have not received a phone call or an adjustment to the charge I would refuse buying anything from this company in the future sandwich was okay Subway is better I can make a better sandwich. Thoroughly disappointed will never go back there again the speed of the charge with the credit card company and I hope everybody learns a lesson look at the star rating it sucks for a reason maybe they'll go out of business and do everybody a favor!.
