Giving them two stars only because the food wasn't bad. Otherwise this is a highly disorganized store with awful customer service. We called in an order for four sandwiches and a kids meal and was told it would be 25 min. When my grandfather arrived at the time stated he ended up waiting another 20 min in store with no one addressing him before handing off his order. Apparently he wasn't the only customer in there left waiting and frustrated. When he got home we discovered the kids meal was missing. We called back and asked if we could return to get the kids meal and the employee on the phone seemed to have the hardest time comprehending the fact the order was missing. She asked if we paid for it and we confirmed we had but they never gave a receipt for us to show them. She eventually told us we could come back and this time my mother went. When she got there they had a sandwich for her but nothing else that came with the kids meal. They told her that we never asked it be the kids meal, even through we ordered it TWICE with them at this point. The kid at the counter could give my mom no information about the order and said the person who made the sandwich was busy. My mom asked to speak to a manager and he stated he was the manager, which in itself is wild considering he had no idea what was going on in the store. Eventually my mom left with the sandwich frustrated, to which an employee finally said something but only to question if she had paid for it or not. Definitely will not be going back to this location again. I get it's a Saturday and it's busy but literally no one had any clue what was going on or how to handle anything in-store, including the so-called management. read more

I love Jersey Mike's...so its with a heavy heart I write this review specifically for this location. The service here is terrible. I've tried it a couple times and have always left disappointed, but never bothered to write a review until this last time. The staff was making fun of the little kids who do karate next door, even sarcastically making fun of them to their faces. Again, I love Jersey Mike's, but times are rough and a lot of businesses need us to help them survive. Love this location! The manager Sarah goes above and beyond. The food is always great and convenient for school district employees.

They wear the same pair of gloves and do not change them after making sandwiches. I watched her make the sandwich, use the register and take money with the same gloves on, and then proceed to make someone else's sandwich after without replacing her gloves. The food is good, but that practice alone is a health hazard and is very off putting. Either replace the gloves after every sandwich or don't wear them at all. read more

I came in at 3pm, they were out of bread. The guy working offered to make two regulars for me, because they were out of giant bread. I agreed and he started making two wraps, then charged me for a normal giant. I understand running out of product, but bread at a sub shop!!? DON'T USE THE APP. Subs are good but a little over priced. my poor review is regarding their ordering on the app v in person. I ordered at12:20 On the app to avoid having to wait in line. Got my confirmation with a pick up time of 1:06. 45 min to make two subs???? This location was on our way home. We arrived at 12:30 and I gave my name at the pick up counter. They found my order slip on with the pick up-orders behind them. It hadn't even been given to a sub maker. They said I was early but they would begin working on it. I noticed about 8-10 people in line. I left to go make another stop and returned at 12:45. I was again told I was too early and they hadn't started on it but I noticed that the person who was last in line when I left was now ordering. The others had apparently received their sub and left. I asked if it is quicker in the future if I just come in instead of using the app. One employee didn't have an answer. So I asked a sub maker. He said the app is good if they aren't busy. I asked how long it would take if I ordered now since their was only one person in line. He said a few minutes which was about 15 minutes sooner than my 1:06 pick up time. Apparently the manager wasn't happy with my questions and yelled across the counter that my order would be ready at 1:06. I was just trying to understand their logic on holding app orders until they service in line customers. Employees were polite even though the service was terrible and the manager was rude. I cancelled and asked for a refund (since I paid on the app) and was told the manager would process it in a few hours and it should show up on my statement in 2-3 days. We'll see. We are done with this location. Good thing is Jimmy John's is great and has a drive through. UPDATE. I am rating the location at 4 stars from 2 because the manager, Sarah, called me to discuss what had transpired yesterday. After 15 minutes we both apologized for misunderstandings. She did say that my 50 minute pick up time was outrageous and should not have happened. She will take that up with corporate who is responsible for the online program. She also said that my order should have been placed in line to begin working on it when I came in the first time. Some staff training issues on her side and some understanding on my side of some other issues she was dealing with at the time. She offered to by us lunch and I said not necessary but I would upgrade my review. All is well except I'm not able to rate the food this time. read more

Ordering through the app is a bad idea for this location. There's always a chance to mess up the order when I am not there to look at my sandwich being made. This time they gave me wheat bread when I only eat white bread. And I ask for jalapenos on the side and of course they always miss that request. Prices have gone up, it's like almost $10 for regular size #7 and the sandwich does not look appealing. It's definitely not worth the price. It looks like they put less ingredients now and the assembling of the sandwich is really sloppy. I am definitely not ordering from here anytime soon if not at all. Went there for lunch and there was a long line. Beware! This site always has a long line, I typically would call ahead but I remember hearing an employee telling someone on the phone the last time that they were too busy to get a phone order at this time. So I braved the line. Food was delicious and hot so I couldn't complain. I took a star away because of the tables being dirty in the dining room. I always come to this location and I can say the sandwiches are BOMB, some staff are nice and some just look like they are annoyed. I was disappointed by yesterday's visit(during the afternoon). This young guy (dark hair, looks like he's in his late 20's,) was ringing us up. My cousin payed for me and I wanted to at least leave tip. I put in $2 in the tip jar and I did not get a thank you. My friends had recommended it the night before and it sound delicious then so why not get it today. So I am happy to say we finally got a new restaurant in this shopping center where I work, I was getting tired of the same things everyday. Since opened I have already been there a couple times. Love the sandwiches especially the CLUB SUB i added some avocado to it and it's my new favorite so far. They are pretty pricey though for sandwiches if you don't have coupons. Only thing is if you are in a hurry for lunch I would definitely call ahead and order over the phone because if u stand in line you will be there at least 20 min minimum. This is my 3rd time at this location. The first time that asked me if I wanted my sandwich "Mike's Way" I asked what that was and they told me. They used way too much vinegar on my sandwich so the next time I told them not much vinegar at all. Today, I went there and Jayden was making my sandwich and asked me if I wanted it "Mike's Way" again and I said yes but no vinegar this time. She pours oil all over my sandwich making 4 passes. By the 2nd pass I said whoa! She kept goi g and then told me that was "Mike's Way". I said that was way too much oil and asked her why she didn't stop when I was telling her too? She then started arguing with me and told me that if I didn't want that much oil to next time tell her light oil. Nothing really explains how much oil and vinegar "Mike's Way" really is. I told Jayden that next time she should ask THE CUSTOMER if they want light, regular or heavy? She shook her head and passed me off to the cashier. This is really bad customer service and experience.
