Gotta be honest, I was not impressed. OK cheesesteak but far from great. 1st of all, this place doesn't actually cook all of the key ingredients together at the same time - steak, onions, peppers, mushrooms etc, together on the grill. My sandwich came with raw onions which was overpowering. I tasted them for hours afterwards. I really wanted a real cheesesteak which means you cook all of those things together on the grill. 2nd issue is that I personally didn't like the 'Chipotle' style factory line that Mikes uses to "build" your sub. Too many people touching the order means too many errors. I saw a lot of mistakes by the crew while I waited for my sub. Sorry but this is not the place for a decent cheesesteak. I love Jersey Mike's. The sandwiches are amazing. I haven't had one thing I disliked. The employees are always friendly and accommodating- one employee (Scott) even knew my name after visiting just once. The bread is so fresh and soft, the meat is always quality. I enjoy getting the chicken cheesesteaks and the chicken parm. It usually gets pretty busy around lunch time, but is well worth the wait. Love it ! read more

please fix your website. it does not allow for a person to go back to their cart and continue adding sandwiches. it is annoying and needs to be fixed. i tred 5 times on my phone to order 2 sandwiches and had the absolute hardest unhappy time accomplishing that task which should not be that hard. please correct this so people can order a darn sandwich in peace. read more

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, at least at lunch time during the week! We ordered two simple subs- on the menu- no changes and they still couldn't get that right. Unfortunately, we were on lunch break and had to get the orders to go- after sitting for approximately 10 minutes waiting for it to be prepared- we when we got back to the office- it was all wrong. Love going to this location. Can be very busy at times and line gets long but what do you expect at lunch time. Whenever I am looking for a lunch for me and the kids it is always on the top of our list. Fresh, clean, and employees are always polite! This branch just opened a few days ago and this place is fantastic when it comes to the food as well as service. I walked in and there must have been 15 or 20 people in line and I literally waited 5 min and all of the employees had smiling faces. What a pleasure this place is. Great subs. I had the Italian combo "mikes way" & it was very good. It had a good amount of meat & seasonings. Would recommend with out hesitation. My daughter had the Philly cheesesteak and that was very good as well. The Place is clean and neat. read more

Stopped in last night with hubby. Ordered chicken parm hero, and cheese steak hero. Both were great! Only reason for 4 stars is we were given receipt and told to take to cashier to pay. Problem was no cashier. After standing there for 5 minutes we sat down and when heroes were ready we paid. Would go back again! read more

First of all, I'm a big JMS fan. I visited the Ramsey location not too long ago at lunchtime and the line was out the door. The line moved quickly though, and the staff, about 6 or 7 kids, worked hard and fast, taking orders, making multiple sandwiches and working together as a team - I was impressed. By the time I neared the counter, the manager (Donato) came out from a back room huffing and puffing and started YELLING at the staff. He barked out orders and MOVED people from their stations to other stations, proceeded to put gloves on and take orders/slice meat, ONE SANDWICH AT A TIME. The staff was clearly frustrated and stood there, humiliated and annoyed, while this guy made ONE SANDWICH AT A TIME. Within minutes, half the line left the building, while the rest of us just stared at each other and staff, with our jaws dropped. He literally halted the entire operation, sent one girl crying because she was using the slicing machine and "was not allowed to," periodically STOPPED MAKING SANDWICHES to look around and see what staff was doing --- they were a well oiled machine prior and now just standing around watching him, waiting. He yelled at two guys at the hot/grill station who were standing there waiting for an order and said "there only needs to be one of you at the grill!" ..it was absolutely ridiculous. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me WHAT this guys deal is and WHY he was left in charge? I was 15 minutes late back to work and will likely not return. I would give this quick, on the go sub stop 4 stars based off previous experiences. However, today I ordered a simple Italian and the nice lady did not know how to make my order. After waiting all this time for my meal, I was astounded to find only two limp slices of ham that was buried under a mountain of lettuce and tomatoes. It is not fair to completely put down this establishment based off a single poor experience, but I would expect more from a business that is so highly praised and recognized. I first tried Jersey Mike's when I was visiting Dallas. I had heard of them from watching Undercover Boss, but there were none local to me to try. Now, finally we have an alternative to crappy Subway's pre-cut meat! I alternate between the Original Italian and Tuna sub, just make sure that if you are getting it to go, get the "juice" on the side so your sub isn't soaked through by the time you get home. My husband gets the meatball sub, but the last time he did, last night, it was not heated and the cheese wasn't melted. read more

i never really like to complain but i feel i must say the service is awful, the guy slicing the meats seemed more interested in having a conversation with the guy behind him, throwing the meat with out looking then the teenager who was to finish the sandwich seemed more interested in trying to impress his female co worker, he was not paying attention to his work, flipping the seasoning shacker like he worked at for the circus, totally missing the entire sandwich dont they realize the customer is right in front of them!! the only reason i will return is to complain to the manager hopefully he is older then 17, and the sandwich sucks read more

This place is OK, but for the price and speed you can do way better at Jimmy John's. They're about equal on quality, though I'd say Jimmy John's bread is better. I do pop in occasionally if I'm already at the bank next door during lunch AND I have a coupon, but that's about it. Otherwise it just feels way overpriced. read more
