I love Jersey Mikes, but the food here looked unsanitary. Maybe I'm used to how clean Orange County Jersey Mikes are. The food station looked messy the bread was tossed about which made it look not fresh. , and maybe it's normal for them to put all the cooked bacon in sight in a huge pile where you order , ( I don't eat meat) but it looked super tacky here. The store was busy and seemingly short handed with only two guys working, but they were moving and never lost composure as custom kept piling in. Customer service has been disappointing at a lot of places lately, but not here. I'm happy to wait when I see guys with this kind of work ethic and still smiling. They can't be getting paid enough. Ok I have held back from writing a review for this place. 3 issues: one they never answer the phone. I have called multiple times back to back and no answer. It's horrible. I have heard the phone ring and they won't answer. And I was the one in the store. 2- I have seen lettuce or other items fall on the counter top. The workers say they are trained to "toss it back into the container!" I have said "it should go into the trash. When one item mixes with another item it should never be returned. 3- orders are constantly wrong. It's simple. Can I have a turkey sandwich with only turkey, Mayo, cheese, and lettuce. Get home and no Mayo or cheese. It's sad. And don't try to call they won't answer. read more

Done going to this location. They have screwed up my order more than once, I always have to repeat what I want multiple times, they are too busy talking and joking with each other and forget what theyre doing, the counters don't get cleaned and looked unsanitary, and they chince you on meat at this location. Dropped in to try out their Club Sub. While the ingredients were fresh and yummy, the roll was soft on one end and hard on the other due to the fact that the workers leave the bread holding shelf wide open to the air and not covered as it should be. It only takes about 10 minutes of exposure to the outside air to turn a soft roll into one that is like a hockey puck on the exposed end......From reading the other reviews, there are other customers who have mentioned the same thing, but nothing seems to change at this location. Also, there was no arrival or departure greeting, and most of the staff seemed more interested in a gabfest in the back with the local Security Guard in a yellow vest....who was back there the entire time of my stay. WHY? I doubt this guard is the owner or manager, so why would she ever be allowed in the back with the workers for any reason? read more

This Jersey Mike's has changed so much in many ways since new management. If the new owners would have read the reviews. The way this location now is unfriendly, no longer a friendly inviting place nor welcoming. The new employee's in my opinion are awful, seem to work under strict very unfriendly circumstances. For these reasons I will no longer walk into this store. When there was Desire & Cassie along with the original employees this store was such an inviting place to walk into. One day they ran out of bread like what but your a sandwich shop, they never have bacon ready, the staff is severely under trained. 30+ minute wait times and the hours of operation is laughable at best. I of course have my favorite there and his name is Jacob he has always been super friendly, talkative, and smiles all the time! I so wanted to have an enjoyable lunch at this location. It's clean upon entering and the location itself looks like a new construction. The staff was attentive and friendly. I ordered a turkey and cheese sub-in-a-tub which is basically a salad with oil, vinegar and mayo. Sat down and couldn't wait to eat my lunch. Oh, but wait, I can't eat it because the location doesn't have any utensils. So I ask how I'm supposed to eat my sub-in-a-tub without a fork that happened to be drenched in oil/vinegar? I'm then told by the cashier that I can go next door to Starbucks to get a fork.....WHAT?! So, the idea that these team members let a person know upon ordering that I was going to have no way to eat my salad doesn't even occur to them? If you just told me when I was ordering that you had no forks, I would've just ordered an actual sandwich. So I go to Starbucks, ask for a fork...and the Starbucks barista says to me "tell them to order their own sh!+"...so clearly this has been going on for awhile and now, I, a Jersey Mike's customer has to get bitched at by your neighboring business because of what YOU'RE doing. I ordered the buffalo chicken melt which I had ordered before with fried chicken pieces; I was told they didn't have the needed chicken anymore and suggested the meal with grilled chicken. Worst mistake EVER! The employee barely heated the chicken before tossing it on the sauce. I went to work and ate the meal within 30 minutes of it being prepared. I got really sick and had some kind of food poisoning. I called the place to let them know and they offered a second meal. Why would anyone want a free meal after getting sick, they should be training their staff better in my opinion and offer a refund. It makes me nauseous just to think of that traumatizing experience. The way they process online orders is a joke, for them to say come in half an hour to an hour after you place your order , then show up at the time expecting your order to be done to have the workers say they haven't even started making your order is beyond frustrating!
