It's 10/4/17 at 12:25pm this is our first time here and the young guy rings us up he walks away doesn't give us cups or anything. The girl apologizes for him then says if we need anything let her know. As we're eating the same young kid walks to the front closes the door with his gloves on then goes back to making sandwiches!!! How gross!! Will never return that's disgusting and can make many people sick. Oh my god now it's 12:44pm with a line and this dude goes and takes his break!! This is my first Jersey Mike's experience. I order a philly cheese steak and a pastrami tub. The quantity was actually pretty good for the price, but the taste--ewww. The cheese steak tasted like mayonnaise. The pastrami had sauerkraut and thousand island dressing (which I got on side, thank heavens) and no mustard. I really love to give good reviews. I'm rarely let myself be pushed to the point of even considering a bad review. And then we went to Jersey Mike's this afternoon. We were a party of three and we ordered from their menu except I asked one thing be deleted from my Grilled Veggie Wrap. How did they fail? Let me count the ways!!! 1. The three of us each placed our orders. I asked them to NOT put lettuce on my wrap. I knew I wouldn't be able to finish even half. I would take the rest home to be reheated when I was ready to finish it. Who wants microwaved lettuce? 2. I waited and waited and waited and.......for my wrap. My grandson had ordered a hot sandwich and he had a long wait too. 3. Finally we heard the employees talking and we thought they said my wrap was made wrong and they had to remake it. No one said anything to us. We were in one of their booths, my husband was busy eating his cold wrap. 4. Finally my grandson heard his sandwich and my wrap were done. He put them in front of me. I became concerned when handling our food and finding our "hot" selections were both room temperatures. 5. I opened my food to find my lettuce free wrap was buried in lettuce. I took it to the counter. When I reached the counter one of the workers looked at me and said, "They put lettuce on your wrap didn't they?" He took the wrap out of my hand and through it in the trash. He said, "I'll make another one for you". He then went back to working the line. 6. There were four workers behind the counter. One was making sandwiches, one was working the register and two were leaning against the back cabinet talking and laughing about who knows what? No one was remaking my wrap. 7. I asked if anyone was going to remake my wrap. One young an indicated as soon as he was done helping other people he would make a great wrap for me. When I asked why someone couldn't start now, he told me the two workers laughing, chatting and in the work area were locked out. Great, they were slowing down the people trying to work and gave the impression they were on the clock but doing nothing to help. 8. I sat back down at our table and watched my grandson finish his cold "hot" sandwich and then watched my husband finish his wrap. Then we sat there and sat there..... Finally the young man who had talked to me before came toward our table carrying my wrap in his hands. 9. I met him part way and told him the rest of my party were done eating. I told him I would take the wrap to go since I didn't want them to have to just sit and wait while I ate. He said "okay" and walked off. 10. We waited and waited waited and waited.... No one said anything to us as we waited...... Finally I again went to the counter I asked when my wrap would be ready. The workers pointed to a twisted brown paper bag on the counter. They said it was mine! 11. I picked it up and found it was room temperature. I commented on not being told that my sandwich was now sitting, by itself, on the counter by the cash register. The clocked out people were still standing and chatting in the work area. The workers who were trying to fill orders had to go around them. Lucky me, i took a cold "hot wrap" home. I put it in the microwave to rehear it. By the way, all that standing while I was waiting to be helped, all those extra trips back to the counter were extra frustrating. I'm handicapped and have to use a cane. The extra standing seriously increased my pain. We have never experienced good service at that location. The last three times I called in and ordered a hot veggie wrap, they not only didn't cook the veggies, the cheese wasn't even melted! I would give up and go to the subway across the street but the Subway is worse!!! read more

I love jersey mikes, my husband loves jersey mikes. Bomb sandwiches, nice and quick. Now with COVID-19 jersey mikes out a deal that sandwiches are 50% off if order on the app. So naturally we took full advantage. We order our sandwiches the same way every time and the only "special requests" that we have is we both like the chipotle mayo and my husband likes his sandwich on the grill. And this one time he wanted to try the rosemary parm bread. However, neither of our sandwiches had the chipotle mayo and his was not on the grill nor did it come on rosemary parm. I have worked in food and understand things happen, out of stock happens, mistakes can be made. But please communicate with the customer.. I'm pregnant and absolutely crave chipotle mayo on my sandwiches and with the quarantining going on it's really hard for me to find food to satisfy my cravings so I was super bummed and even more bummed for my husband. By far one The best sandwich shops this side of Redlands. Used to go down to the one by Citrus Plaza but when I heard they were going to open one down the street from I me (which took entirely too long if you ask me, no one should have to wait that long for a sandwhich) I bout damn near lost my mind. I take everyone I know to this shop. I highly recommend it to all my friends and family on a daily basis. This place is my go to for any sandwich needs, and trust me, I've had them all, but if your looking for a true sub style sandwhich then this is your place. I love this place!! Granted, I have only tried the number 8 (turkey, ham, provolone, Applewood smoked bacon, mayo) and the number 17 (Philly with grilled onions, peppers and cheese). I prefer this location over the location by Citrus Plaza. Every time I come here the staff is always friendly and the restaurant is clean. I usually get my #8 mike's way which includes lettuce, tomato, onions, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Sometimes I will add pickles which is a good flavor. When I get the #17 I get it without peppers (I think their peppers taste a little weird) and with extra cheese. Making the sandwich this way has quickly become the best Philly I can seem to find. This was the first time my sister and I had come here and we were completely blown away from the service and the quality of the food here. We had received a free regular sandwich coupon from attending the Auto Club 400 and we wanted to try out the sandwiches here.
