We are regular customers as we live within walking distance. My favorite sandwich is the Roast Beef and Provolone. (I always order double meat) But who likes brown, over cooked roast beef? I was just in, and asked if there was any roast beef that was on the rarer side. The clerk showed me what he had - the very last bit of a roast beef, completey grey brown, and he said he would fetch a fresh one from the back. He then came back and was told by his manager that I had to eat the overcooked remains, instead of fulfilling my request for a properly cooked Roast Beef. Thanks for nothing, I guess you don't give a s**t about your regulars, who always tip. Why would I pay for second rate left overs? Shame on you. First there was a super long wait and no organization. Second I ordered the Club with no ham and they purposely charged me a number 7 and added a $1.69 charge for adding bacon, when the club comes with bacon. I said something to the worker and he told me that the 7 was cheaper. And actually my sandwich I ordered was only .20 cents more. Guess times are tough when you purposely lie and force extra charges. Terrible service. I ordered two subs online for a 12:36 pickup but my order wasn't ready until 1:24! All the while I sat there watching walk-in customers get their orders filled in minutes. How did I not know about Jersey Mike's being in this shopping center? Better late than never! It's a bit of a hassle getting here with young kids but thanks to curbside pickups, I'm able to order super easily on the phone app and check-in when I park. The employees are so friendly and the food is as fresh as it gets outside of my own kitchen. This restaurant is a gem that we enjoy as a family now that our young kids started eating sandwiches. Every time my husband sees Jersey Mike's we will stop in an get him a Big Kahuna cheesesteak, sub swiss for provolone. I am not a huge fan of sandwiches so I usually pass, but he really enjoyed his here. Portions are huge, but they will cost you more than other sandwhich places, it does make a difference with being sliced and made to order and you can get great deals with coupons or joining their email club. This place is an operations disaster. Here are the stories of my past two attempted times to pick up a basic turkey sandwich. I went there a couple months ago on a Saturday late lunch. The store was predictably fairly packed. I got in line .. but after 10 minutes made no progress and it wasnt for lack of staffing. Behind the counter were at least six workers ... but only one was at the slicer. So everyone in the store including the five JM workers were just watching the meat cutter slowly push out sandwiches one by one. Rediculous. After not moving for 15 minutes I left .. swearing Id never go back... ... until today. Its was late lunch and just happened to be driving by so decided to give it another shot. Went inside the store .. maybe five people waiting ... not too bad. There was one guy in front of me. But ... again, after the guy in front did not order for the ten minutes I was there, I left again. Not only did he not order .. there was zero acknowledgement from the staff .. no " we will be with you in a couple minutes sir, etc". The issue this time .... a ton of online pick-up and delivery orders. There must have been ten tickets being processed ... so all of the walk ins stood there there with their thumbs up the a___s. Rediculous ..again. Bad management (which Im sure is chain wide). The sandwiches are not that good, not worth the aggravation of waiting with many better (and quicker) options in Hermosa. read more

WARNING: DO NOT order catering from this location. I ordered catering from this location for a party and was 100% disappointed. I placed an online catering order and prepaid for the order as well. I also received an email confirmation of my order. When I went to pick up the order they didn't have it. They said they had no record of my previously confirmed order. Only until I provided the order confirmation did they begin the order. It was ready an hour and a half after the originally requested pick up time. The worst jersey mike's In the South Bay !!!! Pay almost $9 for a regular turkey sandwich at noon (9-10-19) when holding it I noticed something different , the weight seem way off. So I've been waiting to write this post but about a week ago I changed my whole view on this place because of one person. First off when I came in to order the girl didn't even look at me. She was moving so fast and I'm sure that was the main reason why she f'd up my whole life. I ordered a chipotle chicken Philly cheese steak sandwich. When I sat down I was texting on my phone and took a bite. The taste was weird and different. So I went to the counter and asked if it was chicken. The girl said did you order 42 or 43. I have to start with saying that I'm picky with how my food is prepared, and ask for accommodations until I'm satisfied. SLOW. That's the word I would use to describe them..... slow. I've come to this location on 4 occasions.... 2 out of the 4 visits I ended up leaving because after 20 minutes of waiting in line, I was over it and left. The line just wasn't moving. I love coming here. It's always busy, and for good reason. The team members have great attitudes, and are fairly generous with their ingredients (or it's just a great deal to me). Worst experience ever. Just went to this store and was ignored by "Katarina" for at least 10 minutes who was standing right in front of me. She questioned me on why I ordered gluten free bread, in front of customers. Finally made my sandwich, and she had an attitude at this point.
