Staff is very polite and nice I went during lunch hour so it was a little busy but they were all able to multitask and I got my sub pretty fast considering the line was almost to the door. I go to Jersey Mikes over any other sandwich place. I went to this one tonight and the employees were so focused on their friends who were visiting the end of the counter and getting their free sandwiches that my order was completely wrong. I had to answer each question multiple times. How many times do I have to say "yes, I want Mike's way" before they stop focusing on their visitors and pay attention to the paying customers. There were also no clean tables. I won't be going back to this one. Really impacted my opinion of the Jersey Mikes brand. read more

I have never been to a Jersey Mike's before until this one opened. I have been there twice and my husband and kids have been in 3 times and I think they have only been open about a week. This place is awesome! The staff is friendly and helpful. They are so genuine and they really care about their customers. The food is excellent and fresh! They shave the meat and cheese right in front of you. The bread is baked fresh in their store everyday and it is amazing. We will be back again not just for the food but for the smiling and happy employees that work there. It is so pleasant to go to a place that truly appreciates their customers. read more

I would give a 20 star review if I could just off of service alone! The staff is probably some of the most friendly staff of ANYWHERE I have been. The staff greets you right as you walk in and they sound so genuinely happy. The store is kept super clean and right after someone leaves the tables almost instantly get cleaned by someone. One of the workers (I really wished I could have caught his name) came around to our table, took our trash, and got us refills! (The sodas are serve yourself, I don't think I've ever been to a fast food restaurant that gets you refills when you can get them yourselves) But then I witnessed the thing that solidified my desire to become a regular customer (and I haven't even talked about the food yet) An older woman was making her way into the store. The same young man who helped us opened the door for her, let her sit down at a table, and took her order from the table. He even got her a glass of water (and made sure he got the exact amount of ice for her too!) Now, on to the food The subs here are utterly amazing I had the 13, mikes way, and it was just perfect. The selection of chips is very good and varied, the miss vickies chips are my favorite. The drinks are also amazing. They have something called Stubborn soda, which is like a bunch of cream sodas and root beers. It's probably the best root beer I've ever drank! So overall, this is honestly one of the BEST fast food experiences I have had in a very long time!!!!! My Bf and I stopped by here about 12:30 pm today . First time at this location . It took everything in me not to say anything but the girl making our sandwich literally put the bread on the counter and proceeded to make our sandwich in the most bizarre way. She just "threw" each piece of meat on the bread . We got an Italian sub so there were a number of different type meat and cheese . I was actually shocked and again I didn't want to get into an argument but it was just wrong. We also got a buffalo chicken wrap. We got the sandwiches to go and let's just say .. both sandwiches seemed so be made by ppl who could care less about their job . They were sloppy and basically a nightmare to eat. This is my second review for this Jersey Mike's and I have taken two stars away from my first review. My husband went to get subs here on Sunday and the experience was not as good as previous times. The store was empty which he found odd for a Sunday at lunch time and the service was extremely slow. When he mentioned the slow service to the Assistant Manager all he got was excuses of how they were busy with phone call in orders. So let me get this straight Jersey Mike's the people who phone in orders take precedence over people who physically walk into your store? Then we noticed that the regular size sub we ordered was smaller than in the past. The bread was smaller and the meat was less.
