The food is ok here. Nothing speical and not a sub above the rest in san clemente. Board n Brew is way better than Jersey Mikes. At board n brew you get a much bigger sub with way more meat, cheese, better quality of bread and ingredients for half the price. Mikes charges way too much for a reg sub where for the same price or less i can get a sub twice as big anywhere else. The managers and staff were very bad there too. They are rude and give terrible customer service. They messed up on my order as well. Gave me white bread when i wanted the rosemary parmesan bread. I also wanted pickles and banana peppers and they forgot that as well. They were not helpful at all with some of the customers that were new to mikes and had questions. Another big problem is they dont even ask what size and kind of bread you want and assume you want a reg on white. Same goes for the toppings they try to tell you no to certain toppings and yes to others. read more
