I love jersey mikes, but my friends and I had an odd experience at this particular location. We came in and gave our orders, but they assumed we were all together. When we told them we were not, they seemed a little annoyed/confused about it. The girl that was finishing my sandwich... was interesting as well. I told her I didn't want onions or tomatoes but I wanted it mikes way. It was my mistake for not clarifying, I suppose. But when I said no lettuce or tomato she started wrapping my sandwich. I had to explain to her a couple of times that I wanted the oil and all that. Maybe it was a bad day for them? So I'll give them 4 stars. Love the team work that goes on in this store, I've gone in two times right in the middle of the lunch rush, walked up got in what seemed to be a fairly long line, and in any other place would be just that and would wait forever. Not here, they hustle together, got it down to a smooth science, maybe waited 3 min. When you buy a sandwich that cost $15, you should expect it to be prepared with care. I understand this is a newer store, but the Jersey Mke's brand should be the best. The very young staff doesn't know the menu or the order in which their sandwiches are assembled. Communication between the sandwich line and cash register is poor. Most of the young ladies working seem lost and unconfident. But it happens when businesses expand faster than they can properly care for their staff. read more

I was not impressed. $7.95 for a six inch turkey sub was a little much. I would have rather gone to subway and I don't care too much about subway. All I can say is they turkey sub I make at home tastes better. Also they don't have anything about calories so it's hard to figure what to eat if you're watching that. This store is so awesome. They always employ the most upbeat and funny employees. They ALWAYS get our order right and we mix things up in crazy ways sometimes. We always get the number 13 Mike's way with oil and vinegar on the lid, add mayo. They have nicknames for my husband and know our order by heart. So personable and professional. I am a HUGE fan of Jersey Mike's subs so needless to say when I found out they were opening a store right next to my work I jumped up for joy. They had gotten my order wrong & said they were going to mail me coupons which I really didn't think were going to come after awhile. I wasn't sure about the customer service at this particular store but what do you know after 2 weeks the coupons came in the mail with a letter apologizing. Seriously that is so freaken awesome. This was the 4th time at this location but the last 3 times were horrible but this very last time done right mad me angry! The girl that cut my bread asked should I use this and touch the middle with a look of disgust. The second girl took over and slapped the meat and cheese towards the sandwich without saying a word. The other girl to back over leaving the meat and cheese that feel off on the counter. I had to point out the fact that all the meat was on the counter. It was slapped together like my 2 year old grandson made it. The lady sliced the meat was all happy and into the next customer who happened to be a young man. The lack of caring or concern of a 10 dollar sandwich with stale hard bread and zero interaction with is is why I am writing this!! I won't go back to this location either! read more

Okay so the location is a bit hidden but easy to access.This was my first time going there and I was very impressed ,very spacious clean and the menu is easy to read with good sub selection.The staff was extremely friendly and upbeat ,they answered all my questions and recommended Mikes Way for my Tuna sub , I ordered the mini sub size ,but was still filling! What a great experience today just after the lunch rush. I was very glad to see the employees working enjoyed their job and were nice and welcoming. It was clean and well organized. I normally don't waste my time/energy to write a bad review, but today I feel the need because of the poor customer service. The staff obviously just got done with lunch rush, I'm familiar with food/ hospitality, so I understand the need to restock before taking for orders. Yet after we stood there for a while and finally getting our order taken there was some type of confusion between the staff and the blond girl that works there was extremely rude talking to me with a lot of attitude. When the confusion was between staff member not myself. I paid for my meal and stood there before my order was even cut, then when it finally was the staff stood there talking,and looked at me like I was out of place. If the staff was short handed I wouldn't even be writing this but the fact that there was 6 people on hand was ridiculous. This is my normal go to place but not anymore. This was the first time going to this Jersey Mikes and I was not impressed at all with the service I received.First off when the employee was making my sand which he did not lay any kind of paper down on the counter so I don't know if the work area was cleaned,the condiments for the sandwiches was not well stocked and I also heard a customer after after me complain about the lettuce being brown.The tables in the dining room were dirty.You need to have more variety as far as toppings go.At this point I will continue to be a Subway fan. read more

I won't be returning to this location. We went when they first opened. My youngest doesn't eat bread so they offered to charge for the meatballs on the side. I thought that was great. I returned today and asked the meat cutter for the same thing. He asked another gentleman and then proceeded to ask his co workers for a cup so he could put the meatballs in them. So I thought great no issue because there was no verbal indication otherwise. I then go to pay and wait for my sandwich (hot) and the guy brings 2 sandwiches. I said I only I had one hot sandwich. He then comments to his co worker that it was written on the green ticket wrong. I then ask the cashier if I was charged for a sandwich and look down at my receipt to see if I was. She said you were charged for the sub so you are good to go and I said no you all have charged me for a side meatball in the past. She turns to her co worker and says she has been charged this in the past. That same gentleman said she's fine and then the cashier looks at me and says your good to go. I recently learned that Jersey Mike's had the "sub in a tub" option in which the sandwich is made with out the bread, I assumed like a salad. I was excited to try this as I love this option at other sandwich shops and I had only been to Jersey Mike's once before and I generally hear good things about it. I ordered my sub "in a tub" style and as expected it was placed in a bowl type container with a lid with shredded lettuce, meat, cheese, onions and tomato. I requested pickles and banana peppers to be added as well as some condiments on the side. We pay and go sit down. I realize right away I don't have a fork for my salad and I looked around for utensils around the room but couldn't find any. I waited near the cashier to ask for a fork and was helped after two other customers checked out even though I was there first, and just standing there staring at the employee. I feel like a fork was a necessity for my meal, being the salad option, and I wish it was just given to me with my order if they aren't out for customers to pick up. I finally get the fork and go sit back down to eat. As I'm eating my salad I then realize I should probably get a knife as well because the tomatoes and onions are sliced as they are when they are placed on a sandwich and pretty large, while the meat and cheese is sliced but still connected in a lot of places and I didn't like the huge bites I was having to take. Again, I get up and request a knife and I am finally ready to enjoy my meal. While the salad tasted fine with good meat and dressings, I was disappointed in the amount of lettuce and the amount and variety of veggies that are provided when ordering the salad option. I feel like it was literally a sub with no bread. It seemed that I got the same amount of lettuce/veggies that go on a sub. At competing sandwich shops the lack of bread is made up for by extra lettuce and veggies. The option to add more or even different greens (spinach/spring mix) or different veggies such as cucumbers would have been nice and added more to the meal. It costs the same as a sub with bread but I feel like I got less. Also, since the only green is a small amount of shredded iceberg, the salad got kind of soupy with my dressing and the avocado it came with and I didn't want to finish it. I told my fiance that if we go there again I need to order to go and add my own stuff to the salad at home to make it better, but of course that defeats the purpose of eating out and I already paid to have a full meal that I shouldn't have to add to. I think I will stick to other sandwich shops for a nice, healthy but filling, salad. read more

Employees looked like they didnt want to be there. It felt like we were bothering them by ordering our food. I loved coming to JM because at all of the other ones we've visited, they provided great customer service and delicious sandwiches. However, on this visit, we really were not provided even a decent level of customer service. No smiles, sandwiches were not made with care, and they were out of some items when we arrived (no wheat bread and no onions). And when we ate our food, it didn't even taste great. Yes, we watched her make our food to our specifcations, but the taste was just subpar. While we were watching our food being made, we heard a dining-in customer ask for something, (I think it was a drink carrier) but instead of being bothered to look, (I saw some above the iced tea) the employee simply said they were out. Horrible experience overall - less than memorable tasting food, and a terrible customer service experience we will never forget. read more
