I have a favorite spot in Fremont but we moved to manteca and every food place has been one disappointing experience after another. Omg by far the best sub shop in town! The price is the same as any other place in town and the sandwiches are way better.

The service was phenomenal. Was greeted with a smile, very welcoming. As I'm walking into the store the gentleman asked if I needed any help. It was my first time here, so I was curious. He explained everything very well, making me anxious to try the subs already. Very helpful and polite. Service was pretty quick and amazing. I got the #17 (the Cheesesteak). They put quite a bit of steak (and bacon which I added for $1). They were friendly when I picked up this online order. I would suggest downloading their app or signing up for their rewards program (in my case I got 50% off my first order, so my sandwich was just about $4). read more

It's ok. Had the cheesesteak and it it to much bread and too dry! Onions are the wrong cut they become stringy. On a scale of 1-10 cheesesteak quality it's a 3. My boy loves his meatball sandwich read more

I have been coming here since they opened and I am rather glad to have a "true" sandwich shop in tracy. The subs they have are great. I recommend trying their subs mike's way if you like. If it is your first time there, I recommend trying their Italian sub or the chicken philly cheese steak. They also slice all their meats with a deli slicer. This place is out of control because it is so new. Lines are long but service is excellent. These guys are fully prepared and properly trained and staffed for opening this restaurant. I have been here 3 times already and they have been great all 3 times. The employees have excellent attitude and work as a team. As we entered all 3 times, the lines were long and almost long enough to convince us to leave, but the line moves very quick. They also separate the line based on cold and hot sandwiches. Cold sandwiches are made fresh and the meat is cut right there on the spot which you are watching. Same goes for the cheese. After the meat and cheese are cut the rest of the process is Subway like choosing your toppings or you can choose to have it Mike's way which can make the process easier. The hot sandwiches take more time because they have to cook the meat and mix in all the toppings, but the wait is well worth it. I have had the cheese steak and the pastrami and both were terrific. They don't skimp on the cheese but there have been times where I wish there was a little something more in the sandwiches. Typically the hot subs are made as is unless specified differently, but without everything in the sandwiches, they tend to be a little small. My biggest gripe about this place is ordering for sit in. This is just a personal thing, but when I eat somewhere and ask for it to be eaten there, it would be nice for the sandwiches to be served in a basket or something similar. The sandwiches are wrapped and delivered the same way it is wrapped and delivered for take out minus the brown bag. My recommendation would be the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak with beef. I really like this place. I am constantly on the go during the week and Jersey Mikes is right next to my work and they are outstanding with their to go orders. As soon as I get there its like im there for a minute and im out. Their food is very refreshing. I personally have gotten their wraps and they are well put together. They don't cheat you on condiments like I see some places do just because its a wrap. There is two outstanding sandwich shops in Tracy and this is one of them. read more

Stopped by this afternoon for my second visit. I ordered a regular sized #17 Jersey Mikes famous philly without onions. It came with the meat, melted cheese, & peppers. I thought it was very good. I was debating weather to give this place a 4 or 5 star, if I could I would say about a four & a half. The wait time wasn't bad, it took about 10-15 minutes to get our sandwiches. I've really enjoyed the subs I've had here. I've exclusively tried the hot subs, and I really like the cheese steak. This place really reminds me of when I lived in the east coast years ago, the kind of stuff you could find in little delis or even supermarket deli counters. Their bread is really good. My kids love the meatball marinara, and the large size is enough for them to split plus leave a little extra for me. Service has been friendly and they are happy to explain the menu, or make recommendations, or entertain weird requests, like my daughter wanting grilled mushrooms in place of tomato on the BLT. I have yet to try any cold subs, as I feel a certain loyalty to Mr Pickles in that regard. Prices are competitive with Mr Pickles. It's higher than subway but worth the extra couple bucks for a much better sandwich- there is no comparison between the cheese steak here, vs a steak sub at subway. The Tracy location is pretty small- only room for about 15-20 diners, and tight squeeze to fit a family of five at the otherwise 4-person tables. read more

I have had great sandwiches from there and terrible sandwiches from there. Its hit and miss depending who is working there. This is the only location I have ever been to since I live in the next town over. Examples of the bad is one time I went there the meat slicer was all gunked up and I did not receive full slices of meat. It was a shady sandwich. Most recent when I ordered a #43 the meat wasn't fully cooked. Some pieces were strait raw. I would of resolved this right away but I always order to go. I live in the next town over 20 minutes away. I use to really like this place but my confidence has been ruined. I go to In and Out burger more often now. read more

Great Italian sub! A taste of the East coast in the west. I couldn't believe they even did oil and vinegar, and had a hot pepper relish that we east coasters call "Hots". Place smelled great and was clean and organized. Josh the owner greeted us and instantly made us feel that he was there to inform us about his food and wanted to us understand the companies back story. He took fantastic care of us and came by our table to make sure we had everything that we needed. He's amazing and the subs were too! Finally a great sub shop in Tracy.
