This Jersey Mike's location is clean, comfortable and inviting. The staff are really friendly and great at building the subs. I love that all the meats are cut fresh when you order it. The produce is also very tasty and don't forget to add the hot pepper relish if you enjoy a little heat! The bread is the best - so delish but all soft enough to not rip your mouth apart haha. My fave subs are the Big Kahuna and the Italian. I've ordered on Uber Eats as well and recieved a complimentary turkey sub, which is nice! read more

I had not had a Jersey Mike's sub in a while and my BIL convinced us to give it a try. The feel of the shop is dirty. The tables are both cleaned and even though it is a new building it does not look like it is. Maybe we got there after the dinner rush, but the staff did not acknowledge us and they really didn't want to be there and prepare our sandwiches. We sat there to eat them and one of them was missing bacon, which it is part of the sandwich! Not sure I will run to give them another try in the near future, since the sub was just okay. Excellent service with a smile. My ham and Swiss was well made to my specifications. I always ask for extra lettuce and several places add like two additional strands of lettuce but here I got additional handfuls and they asked me if it was enough. So I was very pleased. Their rosemary cheesy bread is quite tasty. I will have to get it again! Jersey mikes large cups (for the price) could be bigger but all good with unlimited refills. Jyeah, so I really like Jersey Mike's. Solid, fresh sandwiches. Consistent. This location's super friendly; love, love, love that. How they slice up the meats to order, does more for the sandwich than is a feast for the eyes. And that bacon, mnm mm, good! I'm always eyeing that large pan of delicious bacon they've got in the back. God damn god damn, do they sell it by the pound?! I tried to find the review on the official sight but couldn't.... I'm from Philly, just came back from the Birds parade. Ate a cheesesteak every day I was there....this location with Alanana and Gavin was the best commercial cheesesteak you can get in Florida. Almost the only good one here at all. I've been to this location before but these two are the best! And I even got it to go. Other cooks you get a grease soaked soggy roll.... Again I got it to go and it was still awesome. Call first and make sure they are working cause I've had bad ones from here before but this was as good as your getting in Florida at 8:30 on a Sunday. read more

Someone told us they have gluten free sub rolls here so we had to give it a try. We're so happy we came here because not only do they offer that they have fresh, delicious sandwhiches and amazing customer service. They cut all their meat right in front of you. The bread is freshly cooked and they have all the yummy toppings. My boyfriend got a philly cheese steak minus the cheese and they were able to cook It fresh on the grill top with no butter. I got the Italian kids meal and even the smallest sub was still amazing. My roll was baked with fresh Parmesan. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our cashier even persuaded us to donate to charity. I love a charitable company. Overall very delicious subs and they aren't like everyone else as far as quality goes. We will be back! read more

I wish I could give less than one star. The place where I work offers delivery of lunch from various places. Unfortunately, this was the only choice. I got a giant sub because I was sharing with a coworker. Needless to say, it was not giant! I got robbed! $14.50 for a mediocre sandwich. I asked for heavy lettuce and tomato. I was very disappointed. So I decided to call to see what could be done. I got the Assistant Manager Greg, who really said nothing. He was proud to be the one to make the sandwich. " I made it myself" Are you kidding me? Nothing to be proud of Greg!! I will NEVER do that again!. The last picture is what my coworker did to try and make it taste like it had cheese on it. There is a gentleman who works here with unique hearing. He also has about 8 earrings on his left ear. My friends and I will never return to this place as long as he works there. #roadlunch I haven't eaten at a Jersey Mike's in about 5 years, so I figured I'd drop in. They now offer a breadless sandwich like most of the other chains. There was about 10 people in line but they cleared it out in record time. The Sub in a Tub was tasty my only suggestion is that they offer to cut up the meat and cheese. This is one of the nicer Jersey Mike's in my opinion. Of course, the food is just what you would expect from any Jersey Mike's. Deli meat and cheese is sliced when you order. The toppings are fresh and crunchy. The menu has both hot and cold sub options, and you can get a low carb sub in a tub as well. They also have Philly Cheese Steaks which are fantastic. The parking has never been a problem. This location is on 17-92 across from Krispy Kreme next to the Ubreak Ifix. Even though the lot is small I've always been able to find a place to park. The seating inside is comfortable. Most tables can only seat 4 but there is a large table in the back that could probably seat 8 people. The seating area is always clean. I feel like the staff at these chain restaurants has a lot to do with your experience. The same people have been working at this Jersey Mike's ever since I've been going. Not only do they smile and acknowledge you when you walk in the door, they also know a lot about the menu items - example being that the tuna salad contains a mixture of chunk lite and Albacore. I ordered Jersey Mike's today for lunch. I placed the order for mine and my husband's subs on their website and selected a pick up time. When I got there to pick up my subs there was a line of at lease 20 people waiting to order and pay. Luckily since I placed my order online I was able to skip right in front (felt kind of guilty but not my fault). I ordered a regular veggie sub with no peppers. I made sure there were no peppers selected on the ingredient list, and I also typed in the "instructions" box "NO PEPPERS OF ANY KIND!" Sure enough, they laced my sandwich with JALAPENOS! For my husband I ordered a Giant size Veggie, not realizing it was actually large enough to feed 3 people. I added lettuce, tomato, pickles, cucumber, jalapenos and cheese to the list of ingredients. When we got back to the office he realized the only thing on his sub was literally lettuce and tomato, oil and vinegar. The end. My sub ended up in trash, inedible for me. Feeding me jalapenos is like feeding someone with a peanut allergy peanuts. You can't just pick them off. I called the store and explained my problem. The man said when the employees saw "NO PEPPERS OF ANY KIND" they probably read it as any peppers except jalapenos. Um, that makes no sense at all, I tell him, and he finally offers to either make me a new sub or give me a refund. It's the middle of the work day, a loss is a loss, I opt for the refund. Bottom line, if you get sandwiches to go check them for accuracy before you leave. read more

I went today to get a grilled veggie sub. The sandwich maker was really cheerful, nice and helpful, and created my sandwich just as I had requested (with lots of mushrooms- my favorite!). I got it to go and as soon as I took my first bite, it tasted 'off'....I realized that they used CANNED mushrooms! I don't know any decent eatery that would think using canned mushrooms rather than fresh ones is even remotely acceptable- it isn't. My sub is good enough but I Had to get it with no lettuce because the lettuce was wilting and turning brown on the edges. The rest of the items appeared fresh enough. But VERY little selection on 'fillers'. The options were lettuce, tomato, onion, banana peppers, pickles & mayonnaise. I got a 'reg' size sub with roast beef, turkey & bacon (I think it was called the 'Mega Club' but I could be wrong) & the total came to ten dollars, seventy-something cents. Got the $2 coupon through the mail so I tried it. The sub was too much bread relative to the meat inside the roll. My problem is really with their rolls. I don't think it was bad by any stretch of the imagination, but it didn't live up to all the hype I had heard about it since moving to florida. I have been eating at Jersey Mikes for the last three years on average twice a week or more! I love the #6 Famous Roast Beef on whole wheat bread and of course Mikes Way! The staff at this restaurant is always polite, fast, and looks professional. The location is in a great part of town, parking is tricky but I always find a space.
