We ordered the party size cheese pizza which covered about 16 nine-year-olds. Plus 3 more large pizzas for all the parents. The delivery was right on time friendly super helpful. The ordering process was great. I wasn't sure what to get and they helped me figure out just the perfect amount. I highly recommend this location. read more

We went to this Jet's Pizza location back in April because they were donating a portion of proceeds to Lurie's Children's Hospital for every 8 corner pizza ordered in April. We had the Greek Salad (very fresh and delicious) 8 corner Jet's pizza Super Special Pizza (Pizza sauce, premium mozzarella, pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, onions & green peppers) Pure Leaf Tea to drink This location is small without any tables for indoor dining. This location is pick up only. There is lots of free parking because they are in a little strip mall. The pizza was very good, well order from them again. There are so many great pizza options in Chicago that I don't know why anyone goes to a chain like this. It's very similar to Little Caesar's in terms of quality with a lot of bread and not much topping. The only thing that's original here is the square shape. It's not terrible and it's probably a good value for families so this is reasonable choice for "kids' party pizza" or any large group on a budget. read more

Detroit style pizza! A thick delicious parmesan lightly charred crispy crust and chewy bread. Definitely one of my favorite chain pizzas around the area and never disappoints. I particularly like their BBQ chicken pizza. The location is just a pickup, no tables are around. You can customize the toppings, cheese, sauce and crust so there many combos to try out. There's usually a lot of coupon codes for online orders. Large has 10 rectangular slices, I would say it can feed 4 or 2 people if you are hungry. This is my perfect Friday night in pizza. If fast food pizza is your thing and most of what is ingested on the daily is processed foods, frozen foods, fast food and the like, you're gonna love it. It appeals in every way. It's bursting with flavors and colors that are appealing to the eyes, nose and throat. Pricing is affordable. And most Jet's locations offer this great meal deal of 2 square slices with a drink for some $5 or $6 dollars. I've never eaten a round pizza from Jet's. Since seeing an advertisement for the "deep dish" square cut or as they call it "6 or 8 corner" crust, this is always my choice if Jet's is what's for dinner. This primarily due to the fan-ship I had growing up on Lil' Caesars pizzas. Nowadays however I am on an all natural no GMO food-kick so Jet's pizza doesn't make it into my meal plans all too often. But, when I'm lazy and thinking of "fast food pizza" Jet's is definitely in the running as an option. read more

The smallest large I've EVER seen in my life. Was also expensive for what it was ($28 not including delivery fee and tip). Pizza was just okay-ordered a thin crust with olives. Meh. After an hour and 15 mins i finally called to check where my pizza was. Staff lied and said it would be up to another 2 hours as they were behind and hadn't started it yet. She then put me on hold to check and said it would actually be delivered in a few minutes. Not sure if I will try again based on this experience-(tiny, expensive, slow, cold). Jet's is open until 3am on Saturday! For a late night delivery joint, Jet's is definitely one of the better pizzas I've tasted at 11pm. This was my introduction to Detroit style deep dish, which is very different from a Chicago deep dish. (see pic) Our pizza was delivered promptly and piping hot. We ordered a XL pepperoni with a turbo (garlic, butter, Romano) crust for four. Looks can be deceiving, so don't pile on your plate. Their pizza was very filling, one slice was enough for me, all due to the style of it. Highlight of the pizza was definitely the crust, so crispy! You can really taste the Romano and garlic. I now see why they sell an all edge pizza, just gotta have dat crust. Inside the crispy crust, the pizza had a thick dough that was topped with plenty of cheese. They definitely did their pizza math, because the thick deep dish dough was compensated by the perfect amount of cheese. All that cheese = extra grease though, so throw out your diet plans for the night. For a gal that's just not too into pizza, I enjoyed every bite. Here's the thing I'm having a rough week friend came over order some pizza to try to brighten my day. An hour later no sign of pizza. We waited 30 minutes called and was lied to directly. First the pizza was in the hotbox with no drivers couldn't tell you where they Friend went over to talk to them they NEVER MADE THE ORDER!!! I love Jet's Pizza. I'm happy to have a fresh, quality pizza joint in my neighborhood. I never tried Jet's Pizza until they opened one on Kimball. I am not a fan of Little Ceasar's. To me, that is not real pizza. To elementary students, it is. Lol. In saying that, Jet's Pizza is NOT Little Ceasars. (And this is coming from someone who usually gets their pizza from La Villa/Bellona's/Pete's...local establishments). They make their own dough fresh daily. As well as their ranch sauce and marinara sauce. Everything is fresh and tastes a hundred times better. So let me take you on a tour of suggested menu items that we've tried and love. 1) Thin-crust BBQ Chicken Pizza. OMG. I initially tried their single-slices to go. The squares are doughy. I mean if that's your thing with pizza then go for it. I love the fact that you can customize your pizza, the crust, everything. So we prefer the thin-crust and the BBQ Chicken on top was the bomb. 2) Thin-crust BLT Pizza. If you love the taste of BLTs then this pizza is for you. It's like a salad and pizza in one. I felt it was the most nutritious dinner we had. The toppings were freshest tomatoes and lettuce along with the bacon and mayo was perfection. 3) New York Style Jet's 10" Pizza. Not wanting to be biased in the crust category, we decided to get NY Style crust as my family loves NYC. This is 6 perfect slices with everything on it. I posted photos. The Supreme of Supremes! 4) Hand-Tossed Round Hawaiian Pizza. Oh so good. A departure from our chicken but pretty spot on. 5) Thin-Crust Buffalo Chicken Pizza. PRIMO!! The combo of ranch dressing (freshly made), bacon, onions, chicken, hot wing sauce (actually not spicy) was the best. I can not tell you how delicious this is but it is our fav! 6) Jet's Bread. Admittedly whenever I'd see that on the menu I'd think 'crazy bread'. LIke I said, this is not LIttle Ceasars. We wound up getting a complimentary order because yes we were one of the top customers. I'm glad they did that special for their best customers because the Jet's Bread is amazing. So good. It's a meal by itself. The marinara sauce it comes with is freshly made and perfect. The mozzarella and parmesan are baked perfectly and the dough is fresh. I can't wait to try it with some bacon. 5) Salads. The salads are fresh. I've tried Garden, Mediterrenean. The small is enough for 3 people. What else? Oh... 7) Deli Boat. We were curious to try this. So we got the Steak and Cheese version. It's their pizza bread filled with veggies and meat. It's large. There's a sauce like a creamy italian for dipping. It was good. 8) Chicken Wings. Had to try those! We got the Honey BBQ bone-in with Ranch sauce. Pretty finger licking good! (Quick update: we tried the boneless chicken which was even better!) Obviously we've enjoyed everything we ordered so far. They have coupons they give out in their brochure and in the mail. (Update: if you get on their email list, they send you weekly coupons. We got one coupon for any large 1-topping for $8.49). I wouldn't call this expensive pizza at all. We ordered again from the Irving Park (Kimbal Ave) location on Sunday, but this time, we chose to pick-up our order, to avoid the issues with your delivery drivers.  Again, our order was the same as always, a large thin-crust BBQ chicken and a boneless wing.  We placed the order online, and received a confirmation email. When we arrived at the location, when I picked-up the pizza, it was heavy.. so I knew something was wrong.  The person at the desk told me that you ran out of dough, and that they made us a deep-dish pizza instead.  Well.. this was obviously not what we wanted, and nobody called us to tell us there would be a change.  The person at the counter then told us that they could refund the pizza, but not the wings.  At this point, our dinner plans were ruined, and we had to go elsewhere for a meal.  We ended up throwing the wings away. I just don't know what to say.  How does a pizza restaurant run out of dough? Who swaps the type of pizza without asking the customer first? What do you mean you won't refund the entire order when you screwed up someone's evening? I feel like I've given your location a 2nd, 3rd and maybe a 4th chance.. but this was the last time. It's been an hour and a half since a pizza was ordered for delivery. Just called and was told it "might be" another 1-2 hours or longer until we would get our order because they're backed up. We were told there were 12 orders ahead of us. It would have been nice if they called to let us know they were behind so we could have cancelled earlier, or shut off online ordering if they were that backed up. Three hours for a pizza is too long. This was the first time we've ordered from this location and it will be the last. I've never had issues with other ones! read more

I came to this location completely by accident as I meant to go to the Armitage location. I love Jet's pizza, but was pretty bummed after experiencing the Armitage location. We ordered a large deep dish with Sausage, Pepperoni, Mushrooms, and Spinach. When you are paying $1.99 per topping, you expect there to be a decent amount of toppings, especially for the veggies. I understand they have to make money, but as you can see in the picture, we probably got $0.05 worth of spinach and probably a little more on the mushrooms. If they would just be a little more generous, it would have been much better. Sad to give a poor review for a Jets being from Michigan. read more

My Go-To Detroit Pizza spot!! When you decide to stay in or have to watch a special event on T.V. Jets is the spot. I've always had good experience with Jets pizza but this time was different. I ordered my pizza and was told it will be delivered at 7pm. It wasn't until 830pm that it was finally delivered. My pizza was supposed to have meat (pepperoni, sausage) and other veggies. It arrived with ONLY cheese. What?! Only cheese?! I was in disbelief. I placed a delivery order on Valentines Day and sadly this the product we got (burnt pizza) - I posted the picture and you wouldn't believe it compared to the others who posted their pictures. We were starving so we ate a few slices, but let me tell you it was soooooo burnt... whoever the cook was should have seen this and remade the order. I would rather have waited longer than to get something like this. I did order this through another deliver company and they did provide a partial refund, but I feel like I had to let you know how seriously burnt this was....
