It was tasteless - the mushrooms were clearly out of a can, the sauce was like an unsweet ketchup, the sausage was hard, almost like it was freeze-dried, or re-heated. The entire pizza had virtually no flavor, other than greasy. I'm a food snob, but only met 1 or 2 pizzas I don't like, and this one made my stomach yucky. If Cici's mad ea deep dish, (and I will never ever eat there) this would be it. Adding msg to the crust would not have improved this pizza, and GOOD food doesn't need it. Truthfully people. Let's be honest. Ordering from a National fast food chain could be a risk. I get that. 40 bucks for two pizzas that resembled cafeteria food, prepared with subpar amateur ingredients, and doubtful that it is fit for human consumption are my review. Was strange that raccoons followed the delivery kid to the doorbell. I do not recommend this as a choice for those looking for a certain quality level of food. I have bought Jetts Pizza from the North Richland Hills store since it opened many, many years ago. I ordered a small Pepperoni tonight. Came delivered with a price tag of $12.95. Not a bad price for delivery. The delivery boy gave no Parmasian cheese or red paper flakes. The pizza had no seasoning and no taste. I called the manager and asked when was the last time he tasted a pizza and he did not have an answer. Here is the problem. i have had my last $13 small pizza from jetts. Just received my delivery order from JET'S pizza, within the time of 30-45min quoted. Food is very hot. We ordered cinnamon sticks and the Large deep dish. Dude. It's so good. So tonight at 8:30 PM we decide to order again and I'm told we are out of their delivery area... Turbo crust is a must! Great deep dish 8 corner pizza. We get Jet's 2-3 times per month rarely have issues. We wish they would deliver to prosper. The best pizza place that is not a dine in place. I don't recommend anything other than pizza that's why it's 4 star and not 5. It's better than your normal delivery places papa johns, Pizza Hut and Dominos. Well, after hearing about Jets Pizza for FOREVER, I finally got the chance to try it! I've especially heard a lot of great things about the one in Frisco from coworkers. While in the DFW area for work, I got a few pizzas and salad with work peeps and OH MY GOSH. Delicious! I'm a bread lover for sure, but I usually eat thin pizzas. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about the deep dish. I ate way too much in the end because I could not stop myself! Also the marinara is thick and fresh- just a little detail that goes a long way! Oh, and the service? Outstanding. We placed our order ahead of time and the gentleman on the phone was kind and engaging. He answered all my questions, and let's face it I had a few! My husband and I first tried Jet's in Austin, TX. We were so impressed with it then and were excited to learn there was a Jet's here in Frisco. We order a large half pepperoni half BBQ chicken and their chocolate chip cookie dessert. All of it was so delicious! Especially the chicken. Good quality and flavorful. Loved the BBQ sauce too. Also, recommend you get every pizza with Turbo Crust. Also, the customer service was great. I wish I could remember the guy at the counter's name, but he was so nice! This location doesn't deliver to me 10 minutes away, and that's ok. I ordered a pizza and cheese bread. The pizza was great as it has been for years. The cheese sticks as well. But when I drive to pick up and get home and find no sauce for the cheese bread, especially when I requested extra sauce, then it's the biggest let down ever. Who wants cheese bread without sauce? Success is in the details. The young lady at the counter was more concerned about looking good with a mask on to make sure everything on the ticket was being handed to me. Really good Detroit style pizza. It's deep dish, but has a light crust, and you can tell they use really high quality ingredients. Unfortunately it's pretty darn expensive, and the two in Plano closed down last year. The closest one to us is about a twenty minute drive, so between that and the cost, we don't order it very often. read more

I've lived in Frisco for 26 years and have had Jett's for at least the last 4 religiously. Introduced them to 3 apartment communities (I am a consultant). My daughter and their friends have all known my voice for pizza and have followed suit. I hauled ass back to Frisco having had to temporarily relocate to Houston / called 5 minutes before closing - knew it was tough but heck, what's a closing time for, to beg off earlier. I told them my situation and 3 times in a row I hear "I'm sorry" when he was anything but. Fantastic place! Pizza is always great tasting and super consistent every time I order. This is a weekly lunch spot for me and my work and often an online order for Friday night dinner. I go to the store and order a slice combo. I'm told it will be just a few minutes for them to cut the slices. 15 minutes later They ask me if I'm still waiting. 30 minutes later I finally get my pizza after people have literally gone in and placed orders and already left with that order. The lady at the counter tells me how sorry she is for the wait and how it isn't right that it took so long. They offered me a cup of butter garlic for the inconvenience. Jet's Pizza is easily my new favourite pizza spot. My husband and I just moved to Frisco and received a coupon in the mail for a free large deep dish pizza as a "welcome to the neighbourhood". That in itself won me over! We called to place the order and the gentleman who answered was very friendly. He told us the pizza would be ready in 30min, but since it was a bit of a drive from our side of town, we left right away and it was ready when we got there. They are quick! Despite the drive home, the pizza was still really hot. Winning - fresh from the oven is how we like it! I love the dough, great flavour, not too yeasty like some other places. Their sauce is really good as well. We didn't order extra cheese, but there was tons on there. I appreciate that - a place that doesn't skimp on their toppings. There was garlic butter on the crust which was recommended by the person who answered the phone. It made the pizza that much better, again, something different from other pizza places. I also really love the little crispy bits of cheese that are baked onto the side of the crust. Might even be the best part! We did take a look at the prices online and they are extremely reasonable. I feel for the price, you get a great product. We will definitely be ordering from Jet's again. read more

The quality is unmatched, especially going for the deep dish. (Hint: try the 8-corner) The staff is not typical of a pizzeria--they definitely go out of their way to make you feel at home and welcome in the store, an added bonus to an already superior product. I got the sense right away while in the store that this bunch works as a team to provide you the best experience possible. If you have a special request, they will do their best to make it happen! That's what I call "putting the customer first!" The quality of the ingredients is unmatched from any other establishment in the area; simply put, you can TASTE the difference. They don't skimp on cheese (the most expensive part of the pizza) and everything is fresh. The Jet Bread, Cinammon Sticks and other "side-kicks" as they call them, are equally impressive! We just moves to Frisco and got a book filled with coupons, well Jet's had a coupon for 1 free large 1 topping pizza. I called and the guy that helped us on the phone was so nice and helpful! When I told him about my coupon he said "Well welcome to the neighborhood it's Great to have you." I asked if I could have pineapple on one side and that I didn't mind paying since I wanted pepperoni also... He responded with sure repeated my offer and told me not to worry about the extra charge. I asked what was the "turbo" flavor crust and he was very excited and responded with "garlic butter an Romano it pretty much makes the pizza I highly suggest it" so of course I did and boy oh boy was I excited! Not pleased. Just moved to the area and had Jet's pizza once before this time. The last time we ordered, it arrived early, was still hot and while the wings were soggy, the pizza was good. So last week we decide to order Jet's instead of Palio's because of our last experience. What a MISTAKE. Long story short, when the pizza ended up 20 min past the est. delivery time, I called. Isaiah answers, is very polite and says that it should be there very soon. Another 15 minutes pass, and I call again. Isaiah answers again, explains that the driver had an issue with his car and should be there any minute. I explain that being 35 minutes past the est. time is unacceptable and we have a conversation about expectations and he says (i'm paraphrasing) that its not their fault, its because the driver had issues. I explained that while that may be true, that's related to their business operations, and isn't my issue to solve as the customer. If they know the wait is going to be longer because of this, they need to adjust their delivery windows to indicate this problem to set customer expectations. I ask to speak to a manager and he says they are too busy but he will call me back later. He then apologies quickly and says he has to go because he has other customers. Hmmmm, yep, I'm a paying customer as well, who still doesn't have her order and ordered before all the other people waiting now. While Isaiah was polite and respectful on the phone, I NEVER received a manager call back. So pizza finally arrives. We open it up (box was dented in) and there is a section of the pizza that doesn't even have toppings on it! The whole pizza has slid to one side. Even more peeved. We had still tipped the driver (a) because I'm not a jerk b) I don't know if this is a replacement or the original driver and where the problem originated from.....but needless to say, I am not impressed and won't be giving this place my money again. In contrast, I had a similar situation happen at another pizza establishment when i lived in CA, and received a call back from the manager the next day who profusely apologized. Not only that, he explained to me HOW they would improve their service and appreciated me feedback. He then offered me 4 large pizzas for free with unlimited toppings and they became our go to place for 4 years. It was the only place I ordered from then on because I appreciate when businesses care about customer's money. It speaks volumes when managers/owners respect that I have chosen their establishment to spend money on and they want to exceed expectations. Jet's is going to lose steady customers unless they learn how to better handle customer service issues. It's disappointing because I was hoping this was going to be our place in Frisco. Don't ever order from here! Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I'm a single mother at home with my 5 month old son. My pizza showed up that I paid $24 for with mayo! I looked at my email and somehow mayo got selected as a topping. First off, who ever puts mayo on pizza? Second I call and try to get this fixed and they tell me I have to pay full price for a new pizza. I just paid $24 for a pizza I can't even eat! So they tell me I can pay 50%. I've been disappointed in most of the pizza I've found in the Dallas area but this place was a wonderful surprise. It's very close to our home but we had never tried it until the other night when my wife was working and I was too lazy to fix dinner. I called Jett's and they delivered an absolutely great deep dish pizza. Fresh ingredients and lots of them; the perfect combination of real cheese and a terrific sauce.
