I went to Jets years ago in Plano, I think Custer or Ohio idk. Horrible! Well, fast forward to today good pizza is very difficult to find. I have been craving the old 1970s personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut yet I can't stand Pizza Hut anymore because they always have bugs or food poison. I decided to hit this up and it was very tasty. It reminded me of the 1980s but it was very salty even though it was yummy. I got the 4corner Eugene and it could have used a few more veggies but it really hit. I also got a ham and cheese calzone sandwich which was tasty. The chicken wings were good but the legs were really weird and nasty while they didn't give me my sauce and the count wasn't there. They didn't give me my sis either. I will go back but they need to do a few tweaks. read more

2019 Yelp 120 Challenge - #57 I first tried Jet's Pizza at a work event and ever since I had been craving their yummy pepperoni deep dish pizza. Jet's is a reasonable price delicious pizza place they provides good food and good customer service. I've visited this location on two separate occasions and both times my pizza was cooked differently. The very first time our food was cooked to Jet's Pizza perfection and the second time for some odd reason it was too greasy. It was my first time trying Jets. Pizza was ok. Seemed very similar to Dominos pan, just 3x more expensive. I'm not sure it's worth the price. Sauce is extremely oregano heavy. Pizza was just ok, I liked that it was thick but it tasted just like Pizza Hut pizza (at least the crust ) the sauce tasted overwhelmingly like oregano. Wow wow wow. How have we not been here before. Jet's is the deep dish pizza that's been missing from my life for many years. The rectangular deep dish reminds me of a local place in north Dallas I grew up on as a kid. No, not Little Caesars. Not too saucy, this pizza is flavorful and yummy. The XL cheese pizza was plenty for three, with leftovers for the next day. It also helped that we got an order of the spinach and feta cheese bread with ranch dipping sauce. It was the perfect complement to the yummy pizza. Not sure how we hadn't had Jet's before, but we'll definitely have it again....and likely soon too. read more

For East Coast pizza lovers, it's a decent Sicilian pizza. Sauce is good but a little sweet. The sauce would benefit from a little fresh basil. Service was excellent. If you love deep dish pizza and are lucky enough to live by one, you've got to try this place. We have had this at a friend's house: Pepperoni 8 corner and their deep cheese bread. OMG - genius to provide more corners! That is the best part of the pizza. The crust is so chewy and crunchy and the crunchy cheese on the edge is everything one could hope for. They have decent pizza but they don't know how to hire delivery drivers. 2 orders in a row we ordered 1 pizza. 1 pizza. 1.5 hours to 2 hours for delivery for the first order. Second order they couldn't find a driver so they just did nothing and refused to tell me what was going on. After 2 hours they said "I guess we can refund your order. Not sure if we can find a driver." Having a driver is the most important thing for a pizza delivery place. I will never order again. This place is run by idiots. I wish I could give zero damn stars. This place was surprisingly good! My husband just came back from New York and wanted some Detroit style pizza. We went to jet's because they had really good reviews. The crust on the pizza is amazing! Not burnt and cooked perfectly. Pepperoni was not too much or too little. Tomato sauce was the perfect amount. I only gave it a 4 star because even though I love cheese, I felt like the cheese on this pizza was a little too much for me. It kinda took away from everything else. Jet's Pizza has a lot to offer...they have friendly staff to take orders, they have easy and quick delivery services that aren't through a third party, and they have pretty good pizza. The pizza isn't great in my book, but it's good. I've ordered the Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza before and was talked into adding the garlic parmesan on the outer edges of the pizza. If it weren't for me adding that garlic parmesan flavoring, I would have enjoyed the pizza much more. I think that the pizza itself is good enough without having an extra greasy component that doesn't add any goodness to the pizza itself, so if I ever order from here again, I'm going to keep my pizza plain and simple. Well went back to Jets at Preston and Stonebrook and found they changed again to some of the best pizza I have had and traveled a lot.

I ordered the gluten free pizza and specified NO CHEESE in the special instructions. The pizza was delivered by ubereats with cheese on it. Cheese makes me violently ill. The first Jet's employee said that the store manager instructed employees to not pay attention to special instructions. The second employee said they would only give a credit for next purchase. (Small pizza was $15.17 plus tax. plus the $5.59 ubereats surcharge which they did not want to credit.) The store refused to redeliver, saying they had just sent home the last driver 2 hours before closing! I was told that the regional manager would not allow a non-driver employee deliver a pizza in their car that late. Shift manager offered to remake it if I wanted to pick it up (even though I had already paid to have it delivered. No dinner for me. read more

Man oh man... pizza is not just pizza at Jet's. We ordered a thin crust pepperoni, supreme deep dish, bacon and jalapeño bread sticks, and cinnamon dessert pizza. When trying a new restaurant we do love to sample different things to get a feel for the menu, and everything we had vastly exceeded expectations!! Everything is just so flavorful and I really never knew pizza could be this delicious. Even the delicious smell of the freshly baked pizzas was enjoyable on the car ride home.
