    Super Special with lite cheese?

Not sure what's going on with this location, but they apparently forgot how to make a pizza. Pizza generally requires cheese, and I always pay for extra. Instead lately this location interprets extra cheese as lite cheese. I've been almost a weekly customer, grew up eating Jets in Michigan. This will be the last Jets I'll ever order. Plenty of pizza joints in the area, Hideaway has became a favorite.

We ordered the cauliflower pizza with sausage, mushrooms & pepperoni. It was delicious

    Marco's Pizza...10935 Rolater Rd 75035 (469) 956 - 5600

Last evening I was headed home from work. I had planned to swing by Jet's Pizza (8 miles out of my way) to surprise some family and friends based on a Facebook ad that one of them sent me a picture of from a video ad that Jet's Pizza marketing ran. On arrival, I tried to place my $9.99 Detroit Deep Dish "special". My plan was to order two of these as well as a large cheese pizza for all of the kids and more... After placing the order, or trying to, with a confused and untrained cashier who kept having to leave to "talk to the manager" that I never saw or interacted with, the cashier said that the manager said or implied that he couldn't complete my order because the offer was online order only???? i said, "I am standing right here and drove out of my way to be here"? I have been in and consulted with the restaurant industry all of my career. 100's of brands. Turning away a guest face to face is probably the worst form of hospitality and it ended my (our) long term love for Jet's Pizza. Over the last several years, the brand has gone from, every week, affordable to a luxury spend, but the quality was always there. I have always picked up my pizza vs spending any money for the convenience of direct delivery or 3rd party delivery companies. To wrap this up...I ended up driving about a mile down the road to Marco's Pizza on Rolator Rd in Frico, headed toward my house. The Franchise Operator Ajay and his brother know us by name. They go out of their way to be passionate about pleasing their guests and always smile and converse with us when I (we) walk in. Last evening, the same... I ordered our dinner and was out the door headed for home in just a few minutes. As always, the Marcos Pizza's and sides were incredible. Someone commented, "I thought that you were stopping by Jet's". I said "I did and they didn't want our business" Another great brand headed toward extinction! Good riddance! I highly recommend: https://www.marcos.com/our-locations/restaurants/TX/Frisco/marcos-pizza-rolater-rd-frisco-1/

We relocated to Plano, Texas from California a little over a Month ago and this Week we had some freezing weather and snow for several days. Once the weather got better I quickly ordered from Jet's Pizza since I have had my eye on their business for awhile and their food looks amazing. This time around I ordered the 8 Corner Pizza with Pepperoni and Sausage and the Garlic crust. You can totally customize the pizza and even select what kind of crust you have which is cool! I also ordered a side of Jet's Bread with Pizza sauce. The food was nice and hot when it was delivered to us and it smelled so good. My daughter and I loved how fresh the food was and especially loved the sweet sausage they used on the Pizza. They also have other options to choose from including salads etc. You have won us over Jet's Pizza and we will be ordering again from you very soon!!

Who doesn't want a nice sweaty slice of pizza after a gym workout out. Well that's what I did... With this alluring name I knew the sky was the limit with this pizza place... But with as much staff I saw around this place I have to ask why it took so long to make one slice of pizza.... With no customers... God help the soulless staff. They must exhaust easily after making pizza.. The ambience is quiet and awkward... vary much like a DMV. The pizza finally made its way to me and mediocre was the word I thought as I finished my first bite. I'll give it another chance but maybe later

    The line.

Works in a pinch for your Detroit style pizza. Not necessarily the best example available in DFW but good value for the price.

Only problem is that the one I went to was near Dallas Texas. It was very good pizza. If I'm ever in Dallas again I'll go there again.

Had a great experience at Pizzeria Testa! We tried the Testa Rosa pizza, bruschetta, pesto pizza,…read moreand the Orcello pizza, and everything was delicious. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and you can really tell they put care into the quality of their food. It would be great if they added a few more salad options such as a Cesar or Greek would pair well. The atmosphere is cozy, warm, and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual dinner or a night out with friends. The pizzas were flavorful, well-crafted, and definitely worth coming back for. Looking forward to trying more of the menu next time!

We have been customers of Pizzeria Testa since they opened and have eaten here regularly for years…read more Our kids grew up having pizza nights here. Unfortunately, after our experience this week, we will never return. While dining at Testa on Friday, we spoke directly with the longtime manager we regularly see there, as well as our server, about holding our daughter's 11th birthday party in the small private room the following Saturday. We explained exactly what we wanted: the room for a few hours, a couple of their meter pizzas, appetizers and nonalcoholic drinks from the regular menu, and a birthday cake or cupcakes that we would bring. We were told in person that the room would be around $100, that we could order from the regular menu, and that bringing the birthday cake/cupcakes was fine. We were instructed to contact their special-events person to arrange it. So we did. That put us in contact with Holly, Pizzeria Testa's Sales Manager. What Holly initially presented to us was completely different from what we had been told in person. She told us the room was actually $150 PER HOUR, plus a 20-person group-dining-menu requirement. After we explained what management had told us at the restaurant, Holly offered instead a $620 food-and-beverage minimum, with the food required to be preordered. For a three-hour 11-year-old's birthday party, that meant $450 for the room plus a $620 food-and-beverage minimum -- $1,070 BEFORE the 20% gratuity and tax. We repeatedly explained to Holly that this was materially different from what their own management had told us face-to-face just days earlier. What was particularly disappointing was Holly's response that she would speak with Efrain, Pizzeria Testa's General Manager, "to ensure that our servers are not giving out incorrect information." Except this information did not simply come from a server. We had repeatedly explained that we discussed the party directly with the longtime manager we regularly see at Testa as well as our server. Holly then spoke directly with General Manager Efrain about the situation. After that conversation, her final response was that Pizzeria Testa was "unable to accept reservations at this time." So after years of being regular customers, we were left with this: management told us one thing face-to-face, Holly quoted us something entirely different, and after Holly escalated the discrepancy directly to General Manager Efrain, the restaurant still would not accommodate anything resembling what had originally been represented to us. For us, this isn't about whether Pizzeria Testa is entitled to charge $150 per hour for a private room or establish a $620 food-and-beverage minimum. Of course they are. It is about whether longtime customers should be able to rely on what a restaurant's own management tells them face-to-face. Had we simply been told Friday, "The room is $150 an hour, there is a $620 minimum, everything must be preordered, and you'll be over $1,000 before gratuity and tax," we would have thanked them and selected another location. There would have been no issue whatsoever. Instead, we relied on what we were specifically told in person, followed their instructions to contact the events department, and then encountered an entirely different set of terms. After being customers since Pizzeria Testa opened, this was an extraordinarily disappointing way for the relationship to end. We will not be returning. The pizza was never the reason we stopped coming. The way this was handled by Holly, Efrain and Pizzeria Testa management is.

Since leaving, he keeps saying, "I know I've said this already, but that was some damn good pizza!" The pizza was hot, the toppings were delicious, and as someone who heavily judges pizza based on the crust--it was perfectly crispy! The restaurant was very clean. As soon as someone left, the tables were immediately cleaned. The lady at the front was extremely friendly and helpful, with a kind smile. It was our first time there, so I took a while looking at the menu, but she kept reassuring me to take my time. We even met Vinny/Vinnie, and he was such a cool guy--he took the time to ask our names and thank us for coming in! It was overall a great experience.
