Unfortunately, after our experience this week, we will never return. While dining at Testa on Friday, we spoke directly with the longtime manager we regularly see there, as well as our server, about holding our daughter's 11th birthday party in the small private room the following Saturday. We explained exactly what we wanted: the room for a few hours, a couple of their meter pizzas, appetizers and nonalcoholic drinks from the regular menu, and a birthday cake or cupcakes that we would bring. We were told in person that the room would be around $100, that we could order from the regular menu, and that bringing the birthday cake/cupcakes was fine. We were instructed to contact their special-events person to arrange it. So we did. That put us in contact with Holly, Pizzeria Testa's Sales Manager. What Holly initially presented to us was completely different from what we had been told in person. She told us the room was actually $150 PER HOUR, plus a 20-person group-dining-menu requirement. After we explained what management had told us at the restaurant, Holly offered instead a $620 food-and-beverage minimum, with the food required to be preordered. For a three-hour 11-year-old's birthday party, that meant $450 for the room plus a $620 food-and-beverage minimum -- $1,070 BEFORE the 20% gratuity and tax. We repeatedly explained to Holly that this was materially different from what their own management had told us face-to-face just days earlier. What was particularly disappointing was Holly's response that she would speak with Efrain, Pizzeria Testa's General Manager, "to ensure that our servers are not giving out incorrect information." Except this information did not simply come from a server. We had repeatedly explained that we discussed the party directly with the longtime manager we regularly see at Testa as well as our server. Holly then spoke directly with General Manager Efrain about the situation. After that conversation, her final response was that Pizzeria Testa was "unable to accept reservations at this time." So after years of being regular customers, we were left with this: management told us one thing face-to-face, Holly quoted us something entirely different, and after Holly escalated the discrepancy directly to General Manager Efrain, the restaurant still would not accommodate anything resembling what had originally been represented to us. For us, this isn't about whether Pizzeria Testa is entitled to charge $150 per hour for a private room or establish a $620 food-and-beverage minimum. Of course they are. It is about whether longtime customers should be able to rely on what a restaurant's own management tells them face-to-face. Had we simply been told Friday, "The room is $150 an hour, there is a $620 minimum, everything must be preordered, and you'll be over $1,000 before gratuity and tax," we would have thanked them and selected another location. There would have been no issue whatsoever. Instead, we relied on what we were specifically told in person, followed their instructions to contact the events department, and then encountered an entirely different set of terms. After being customers since Pizzeria Testa opened, this was an extraordinarily disappointing way for the relationship to end. We will not be returning. The pizza was never the reason we stopped coming. The way this was handled by Holly, Efrain and Pizzeria Testa management is.

Don't ask the question if the answer changes nothing. Never coming back. I'd tell anyone reading this to save their money and go literally anywhere else.

Just make delivery, I spoke with a guy is name is Dustin he told me the delivery going to take between 30 to 45 minutes.. I called after 50 minutes back and he said is not my fault. We have only 2 driver today... WTF!?!? I told my the delivery guy going to be there in the next minute or 2 ... 20 minutes latter (1 hour and 10 minute from the first call) he said the same thing it's not my fault I can't do nothing. I asked him ... do I still need to pay for it? He said yes and hold me on the phone for additional 5 minutes and asked if the delivery guy arrived... And guess what? No no one was there! As a former Pizza restaurant owner let me say their text or online ordering system is a joke. Call a store and a bit can't figure it out, either. Finally reached a live person and she wanted to argue with me about what qualified on their website as a Mix & Match Pick 2 special. Try to order from the list online and it charged full retail. Jet's is great pizza, but the prices are already outrageous and I'm not going to spend an hour trying to place an order for a pizza so marked me down for never coming back.. they've had this reputation about this problem for years and years and do nothing about fixing it. read more

It seems like the frozen toppings were just placed onto the pizza and put in the oven. I'm not sure if they should have been cooked a little first or thawed, but all toppings were soo dry and not tasty at all. Price: The plant based pizzas on the hand held menus in the restaurant say $4.00 extra. I'm completely fine with paying extra for plant based items as this is a normality with eating out. We also used Cauliflower crust on both pizzas. That cost was/ is supposed to be reflected in the plant based cost. There is only one size for Cauliflower crust which is also normal. - no worries there as this is also a normality with eating out. What I didn't appreciate was the transparency with the cost. Our total order came to $49.15. For the life of me I could not figure out where this number came from when totaling out our order. I looked at their online pricing and on different delivery applications. I found discrepancies and loopholes in costs when comparing their prices on all sites. I did bring this to their attention. I physically showed him what I found on each site and he was able to see where my confusion came from (assuming he's the owner or relative of the owner). I'm not sure how long it's been that way, but I hope it's been updated. I'm only mentioning this because many others have also mentioned this price discrepancy within their reviews long before our visit, and it seems to be the same. He was very receptive to my concern and the amounts I showed him. If they didn't know before, they have definitely been informed now. Service: It seems like a nice family owned, family-friendly business. It's a small retail suite with fun music and a few tvs. The service was good although our order was to go. Overall: I wouldn't recommend it for a vegan option. We didn't try the other options, but I would still consider double checking what you are paying for as that's a major concern. He also mentioned they would get new menus with updated pricing and make sure their prices are reflected on every site. For the sake of customer retention and transparency I hope he did this. I'm giving them at least two stars for the service and in hopes they updated all prices on all platforms.
