Looking forward to week 1 of the NFL with some pizza from Jet's. I call with 2 minutes left in the first half to place an order for delivery...a large thin crust with cheese and a side of ranch. Was told 40-45 minutes for delivery. Called 1:15 later (in the 4th quarter) to check on the status and was told the cook messed up my order but they'd call a manager to approve a discount. After 5 minutes on hold, no manager could be contacted but a "second in charge" manager was on the way. No thanks, I'll just heat up a Homerun Inn. Way to go, you just lost a customer for good. Stay away from Jet's if you want pizza on a busy day. read more

Great pizza! They missed the request for garlic sauce, napkins, plates, peppers and parm! How do you miss it if you pay extra for the sauce!

Today, I ordered from Jet's Pizza in Naperville for the very first time. I had it while visiting in Detroit a week ago and liked it so I decided to order it here for a second time. My pizza arrived in approximately 30 minutes and it was HOT & VERY VERY YUMMY!! The prices are quite reasonable. I like their pizza even better than Sarpino's! Whenever I have a craving for non-deep dish pizza, Jet's is the place I go! Try their 8 corner pizza, the crust is thick and out of this world and the pizza is cheesy and piping hot. I love the pepperoni pizza and they give a delicious marinara sauce on the side for extra dipping. The way I judge pizza is not only what it tastes like when I get it, but if it is still delicious the day after even when it is cold- Jet's pizza is just as good the day after :) YUM! Try checking online/mail for the free cheesy bread coupons. I love getting the cheesy bread too (I will admit it is really oily though, so you might have to grab napkins to pat the grease off). Just got this pizza delivered the other day (during vivid-19) and they were very obliging with quick delivery, allowing me to pay over the phone, and they could find my house--something that other restaurant deliverers failed to do. Basically, I had a great experience and they were very competent with social distancing. Plus, my pizza was delicious! I just got a medium cheese pizza, but whatever seasonings they used added loads of taste! Also, their cheese isn't stringy or runny, I don't mind cheese that is stretchy, but I know some people do, so I just thought I'd add that. read more

This is the best pizza I've ever had. Ever. The staff is amazing and friendly no matter when I've ordered or who I've gotten. The four corner and eight corner pizzas are amazing (BLT is my fave). Jets bread is great, honestly anything on the menu is great and has been through numerous orderings. I can not recommend this place enough. My only regret is not discovering and trying them out sooner. I missed out on many years of amazing pizza! But I'm working on making up for that by ordering from them as often as I can. read more

Not sure what's going on with this place but trying to place an order is like pulling teeth. I spoke to two different people and neither one was able to even take the order down correctly. I order for carryout. I'm impressed by the quality and taste. Turbo crust is a must!!! My favorite pizza is the specialty Veggie. Mmm I think I dream about this crust in my dreams. I had to go two weeks in a row because it was that good. I'm a big fan of Lou's but this is a close second for me. Prices are fair, they let me mix and match by dividing my order into two types of specialty pizza flavors. Usually ready in about 10-15 for a small. I can't believe I waited this long to give it a try. Tried the wings which were okay, typical wings. Taking note from other yelpers, we ordered the Eight Corner Deep Dish pizza with Turbo Crust. I'm a sucker for flavored crust; Hungry Howies and I go wayyyyy back! So to say the least, I was excited when I found out you could order flavored crusts. Super awesome. How I would describe this pizza? Well, it would have tasted a lot better if I had a killer hangover because this baby was ultra greasy. We're talking 'need multiple napkins while eating' greasy. Since I was not nursing a bad hangover, and thus didn't need that amount of grease, the pizza was a little over-the-top for me. Flavor wise, it was a decent pizza, no complaints there. I can certainly see why people would love the Eight Corner Deep Dish; the crust, aside from the grease, is crispy and golden brown. That being said, this is now my go-to pizza option for those lazy, got wayyyy too drunk last night, need grease NOW food! HOLY COW. ORDER THIS PIZZA NOW. I only order the 8 corner pizza with the Turbo Crust. It is INCREDIBLE. One time, I ordered and they forgot my diet coke, I said "no worries" and asked them to just deduct it from my bill (I paid via credit card) and the guy was apologizing profusely and went back to the store and brought me my diet coke!!!!! I usually hate "pan" pizza.. thick doughy pizza with not enough sauce and cheese on it. When my kids school had a fundraiser here I was not pleased to hear that their 'za is the pan style. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious their product is! I'm not sure why other places can't make pan pizza taste like this, but if they did I'd be a fan for sure. Something about this pie- it's still crispy on the bottom and the crust has a nice consistency that the sauce and cheese work great with. I also really appreciate how much these guys do for our school. Definitely worth a try if you get burned out on the thin crust and deep dish that is prevalent everywhere in the Naperville area. read more

Yummmmm this was perfect for the hangover I had today. I ordered a large deep dish Super Special (pepperoni, ham, mushroom, pepper, onion, olive, and tomato). My husband and I both loved the corner pieces the best. Then I figured out that you can order an 8 corner pizza...d'oh. I do have to say that the pizza reminded me a lot of Pizza Hut's dough...definitely a better sauce though, and more cheese. read more

Jet's has been an amazing find for us! We had it for the first time at our friend's house over a year ago and have ordered pizza from this location several times. We've only ordered the square deep dish pizza and the cheesy bread. I must say I think it's the best pizza in the area. I love the crust (it's similar to Pizza Hut's crust)! Also, you can't beat the price. We even ordered this pizza for our son's birthday party a few months back and the manager was more than willing to work with us to ensure everything was exactly how we wanted it and delivered the pizza on time! read more

Fond memories of home, regrettably lost in translation. I really miss Detroit style pizza. Seeing locations in the Chicago area was like "yeeessss", until I tried to order some. The online ordering system is an awful joke and beyond frustrating cause it doesn't work for our condo location. And calling was very much the same experience. I tried to order a year ago and had the same problems. They couldn't complete an order with ingredients on only half. Who ever is in charge of this company should take their head out of the sand to see what's happening on a local level, maybe even set standards for staff hiring/training/ordering software/and website improvements before expanding any further. I literally ordered a pizza on an app, from a competitor in less time than it took to wright this. I still like the Jets from back home, sadly this is not the same. read more

For only being open for a couple months, this new location of Jet's Pizza seems to be doing great. Everything about the experience was enjoyable, and Jet's Pizza is definitely my go-to pizza now. First off, I decided to order on the phone for pick up. The service was wonderful the second one of the employees picked up the phone. The way she took my order was so efficient that I was done ordering and off the phone in less than two minutes. It did not feel like I was talking to a robot, like most of the take out phone calls I have. She was able to answer my questions without pause and she was able to give me her opinion on most of the food I was ordering. I arrived about fifteen minutes after I put the phone down, and my pizza was already coming right out of the oven. I was greeted by a very friendly girl and once she rung my order up, she told me that they had put on some coupons for me, and my bill was cut down considerably! The process of paying and receiving my order was quick, so I was able to enjoy my order soon after I arrived. My order consisted of an eight corner BBQ chicken pizza, and cinnamon sticks. If you're looking for a great deep dish pizza, then Jet's Pizza is the way to go. The BBQ chicken pizza had so much flavor and I was very impressed with the amount of toppings on top. I was surprised to see that their square deep dishes don't have an outer edge of crust (the cheese covers the whole top) but once I took my first bite, I still got all that crust under the cheese from the edges. Also, the cinnamon sticks had the perfect amount of sweetness to them, except my only advice is to eat them while there still hot because once they get to room temperature, they tend to get a little hard. Overall, I was extremely impressed with every aspect of Jet's Pizza, and since my last visit, I have been craving Jet's food from dawn til dusk. I was looking forward to trying this deep dish pizza. It is so greasy and disgusting. I tried this because I love deep dish occasionally but normally order from Sarpino's for there great regular and thin crust. If you like greasy, go to Jets with a lot of napkins. I'm glad that I have the Naperville Sarpino's Pizzaria options in my delivery range. No comparison in quality. Jets is like papa johns and domino's quality. We ordered from here just once, for delivery, and it was fine. I was pulled in by the "bold fold" pizza option during my quest for NY pizza (which was ultimately fulfilled by Little Pops Pizza in Naperville) and sadly the crust is just too thick at Jet's to be a true foldable delight. However, the pizza is good, and inexpensive, and they deliver. The wings are aiiiight, too. All in all, an A-OK experience. read more
