When it comes to "fast food" pizza chains, Jet's slaps for their 8 corner Detroit style pizza. Their Ranch also understandably has a cult following. We usually order online for pick up and it's always been speedy, fresh, hot. We've ordered both directly and via delivery platform (DoorDash) with no issues either. It is a smidge pricier - 8 corner ran us ~$25 but I'd rather have less of something that's quality than a lot of something that's just meh! Was going to order delivery on DoorDash, would have been cheaper. I decided to spend my money with the local business even if it costs a couple extra dollars. I try to order a simple round pizza on their site and while the site is pretty, it's clunky. Eventually I get my order through. $20 + $5 delivery fee + $5 tip. Thats $30 for a large round, half cheese and help pep pizza. The pizza arrives, NO SAUCE! As it turns out, somehow the website marked it no sauce. If I wanted bread sticks I would have order cheese bread sticks. The store doesn't call to verify which would be above and beyond but any manager should know better. I call thinking they'd understand and make a new one which I'd be happy to go pickup. I they REFUSE to make a new one WITH SAUCE. Unbelievable and incompetent. Next time I'll use DD. They would have fixed it. And like yea it sucks for them but their website was the issue and yea I aslo could have caught the mistake but I assumed it would have sauce. The amount they made in margin selling the pizza with zero sauce, charging a delivery fee and getting a tip for their driver would cover the cost of the new pizza. I eat there like 3 times a week, they lost my business. I'll be ordering from DropTop going forward. read more

This Jet's happens to have a very low rating, 2 1/2 stars. Unscrupulous, largely absent owner. The pizza is up to spec. Just way overpriced! The minute COVID hit the company raised prices twice, effectively choking demand. Half the clientele left. A declining business. Ordered an online order - didn't say anywhere on the website/anywhere that they were not doing online orders at the moment until AFTER I put my payment information in. My order was declined and my card was still charged? This is ridiculous. Called the store and received the response "well it's automatic with cards, so you'll have to wait for the money to come back to you." Was told they had just turned the online orders back on and I could place again if I'd like... what so you can take an extra $20? Thank you, now I don't have lunch today. I really appreciate it Jets :) Maybe fix your system so that it doesn't automatically charge cards for food people don't even get. Will never order from this location again. read more

Now that I must get my pizza in a gluten-free version, Jet's is probably still my favorite local place for carryout pizza. The pizza is small and the crust is relatively thin. You get a six-slice pie with one topping for $10. The meatballs contain gluten, as do the butter and Turbo (everything) crust flavorings. I tried to find a way to order the gluten free pizza online and it just doesn't work. You end up going in circles from the page that shows you the gluten free pizza to the menu, which does *not* include the gluten free crust. So you have to order that over the phone. I wonder if it's because of limited availability/interest that it hasn't been added to the website yet. read more

We ordered a large pizza and a medium Greek salad for pickup but we were surprised by the size of the pizza. We were told over the phone that a large was "10 slices" however the pizza was a 10x14 square which isn't very "large" (see photos). Lacking in customer service, unhelpful in solving the problem of me not getting the food I ordered and paid for.

Breaking my no-chain rule, I ordered a deep dish from Jet's and was very pleasantly surprised! My first thought upon seeing their location was that it seemed like a perfect setup- lots of sunshine and that they allow an amazing view of the kitchen from outside was pretty cool. Nice thinking, Jet's! It's very tidy there, so no objections to the general housekeeping. Now on to the pizza- Nice, crispy browned edges, not too much cheese (which did not compete with other flavors), the 'sesame' crust needed a lot more sesame seeds (so I would ask for more), the sauce was decent and not salty, toppings are not super generous (often a caveat at chains). My other half and I ate a lot of the pizza in one night, which to me means there is something that does not turn the gherlin hormone off like indie pizza does. But I was finally satisfied after a few more pieces than I usually eat. I would love it if they were as good as Tippins or any of the 'Detroit Style' independent shops. But it is a pretty good deal with the coupons they put out. I'd say game day, movie night, etc. read more

Ordered pizza from here several times. They always get my order right and assist me in make suggestions that I have never been disappointed with. Today they ran out of crushed red peppers and instead of charging me .80 for ranch they just gave it to me for the inconvenience. Very happy with this business and the employees. read more

I have no idea why so many southeast michiganders like jets. My goodness. As of now it's the only pizza I categorically refuse to eat. I rate it just below red baron. But greasier. But there are lots of people I know that really like it. I think it's the greasy deep dish comfort food effect. My advice is to be explore your options. There are many decent places nearby. And a couple of excellent ones like Tony saccos and Bella Italia. read more

Was paying over the phone with a card, asked for my 3 digit pin, did not want to give. Manager was rude and said she would cancel my order when I never asked her to do so. Said I would pay with a check(which I have done tons of times before) and all of a sudden I needed verification to do so. I did cancel my order at that time and ordered from Benito's where I was able to use my card without giving my 3 digit pin. VERY rude manager, talked over me the whole time, very defensive and was never helpful(not really sure why she even got on the phone). I love Jets but this location is abysmal. I went here for years at their old location on the west side of town and had fairly good service there and good food. Since moving to the new location on the east side of town they no longer delivered to our home so we have to driving to pick up which I don't mind doing however every time there is an issue with the order. No matter how I order or how clear I think I am or how I try to order slightly differently and more informatively from the time before they continually screw it up. For example if I order a small jet Brad separately from a small pizza they automatically put them together in the same box and when that pizza has spicy peppers on it it makes the jet bread taste like that and my kids will not eat it. After not going here for almost 6 months due to how horrible they screw up the order every time we chose to go tonight and have the same problems as always. I have spoken to the owner who is totally unsympathetic to the customer she is rude and does not care to try to work with you to solve the problem she puts it right back on the customer that it's the customers fault. She has done it to me and I watched her do it to at least two other customers when I've been in the store I am so sorry that I gave them a second chance and I will not be returning to Jets in Saline. I will happily drive the extra distance into Ann Arbor or even all the way to Tecumseh to avoid coming here. read more
