I needed to get my ring resized and I went into Daniels Jewelry at first. They did not greet me at and the vibe in there felt off. No smile, no nothing. My ring was a size 7 and my ring finger is like a little under 5. They wanted to charge me 80 per size and I was like umm naaah. I'll look somewhere else! Came here to get my husband's bracelet repolished before getting it engaved across the way. The person who help me was so helpful in telling me what needed to be done to get it looking better than when I purchased it and he was right. It's a 6 year old titanium bracelet it had scratches everywhere. The difference was unbelievable when I picked it up. The wait was 1 hour and the price was only 50 dollars. Juan has always been so amazing. Almost 3 years ago I went in to get a ring adjuster and he explained why that would be a waste and offered to resize my ring for the same cost as a removable adjuster just so I wouldn't ruin my ring. He has cleaned the ring probably once a month for the last 3 years, even though I did not buy it from him. When it came time for my wedding band he custom made it to match my engagement ring for a great price and actually re-dipped my engagement ring so that they would both look brand new, for free!
