We just moved into our house, and there have been several issues we've needed figured out with the plumbing. After the company we were using wanted to cut open our walls to even diagnose an issue, we decided to check out JG on a recommendation. Jimmy was able to come out, figure out what the issue was (it did NOT require opening up the wall), fix it, and even helped with a separate gas line issue we had with our dryer. Jimmy came to my house on relatively short notice regarding a failed water heater. He was polite, professional, patient, and did a thorough job installing the water heater. A different company told me that a 2nd person would be required to lift and install the water heater, which came with a higher cost. Jimmy did the job solo, but his partner did arrive (at no additional cost) to haul away the failed water heater. Even though the water heater took a while for the pilot light to come on (due to needing to purge the air in the new water heater and gas line), Jimmy remained patient and professional. These guys are amazing! We had a bad kitchen drain clog that was very difficult to tackle. Some other plumbing companies came out for a diagnosis and walked away from the job, citing difficulty and risk. We were then referred to JG and Jimmy showed up for the appointment. After a thorough assessment, they formulated a plan that would resolve the issue. It was not an easy task but they were able to get it done the same day and got everything working properly.
