Pearl Kai Jiffy Lube Pearl City got here around 3pm off hours wasn't too busy but I know earlier in the day they get really busy. Right away someone came up to me and asked what kind of service I told them I needed a full synthetic oil change and filter change with tire rotation check their website they had a $20 off coupon, while I was waiting i was talking to the Local guy working there servicing my car, he said they were shorthanded and all but still had one good attitude towards work and customers. My car was finished in less than an hour and it cost a little over $100 with the coupon. Much cheaper and better than u Car dealership with a 2-week backlog for service. I want to acknowledge Nelda at Jiffy Lube, Aiea, for exemplary services, from her first prompt greeting, her full explanation of the oil change procedure and other car checks that would occur, and her courteous and professional handling of each and every one of the customers who arrived there that same day. She pointed out the air conditioned waiting room with the TV and restroom, and also informed me of the nearby eateries while I waited for my car. She explained that the service would take approx 1-2 hours, preferably closer to the one hour time mark. I did notice while waiting for my car that each service person greeted and treated every customer very courteously and with utmost respect. I appreciate that very much. I was really impressed with my experience at Jiffy Lube! I came in because my coolant light had been going on and off.. actually for awhile now but just had been putting it off. The first time I went in randomly in the afternoon but the guy politely told me that the mechanic wasn't in today and that I could come back and bring it or I could go next door where they can do European cars. So I did go next door, I didn't get a friendly vibe like I did at Jiffy Lube plus they weren't able to take my car in till later so I decided to just bring it to Jiffy Lube another day. Came early in the morning when they opened and called ahead of time to make sure the mechanic would be in. No line when I got there and the mechanic that did help me was really nice and helpful. Service was quick and I was out of there within 15 minutes! I didn't get the mechanic's name but he had great customer service. Will be coming back here for my future car services! read more

I went to jiffy lube twice in the last two weeks, and recommend going there instead of Oil Changers. For one they do lube your car, and oil changers don't. But one thing I know for sure oil changers take your credit card while your in line, and when I found out they didn't lube the chaste, I said I didn't want the oil change, and they let me leave without reminding me to get my credit card. I couldn't find my card and had to cancel my credit card, because they let me drive away without it. Jiffy Lube takes your card after they are finished right in front of you, plus you get a lube job. read more

I've been here before to get my oil changed, and it went smoothly. I tried to call today to get my oil changed. I called, someone picked up then they immediately hung up. So I called two more times. Same thing. I gave them benefit of the the doubt and thought, okay. Maybe their phones receiving problems? I called one more time. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but WOW went to get my break flush done since I saw it was a bit below the max line, they asked questions and I answered the best I could....once they had my car.... a couple min later they mentioned I needed new brakes *after* they flushed the brake out and that the bleeder was "hard" to take off and STILL proceeded to rip it out. They mentioned their mechanic was NOT able to do anything until WED and this happened on SAT. So they continued to put everything BACK and never mentioned that my brake oil would be LEAKING out because they decided to rip it out !!! Once I got out the jiffy lube parking space, they never mentioned anything about my brakes not functioning properly and all these problems rising up... I called back because there was a HUGE brake oil puddle, and the emergency brake blinked "on" when it was "off" ...... they mentioned they could fix the problem BUT that it would ONLY be the break replacement and flush (AND I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR THEIR MESS THAT WAS DONE) WHAT!?!?! all this cost me more than $2,500 to fix elsewhere. ALL BECAUSE THEY DIDNT FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES AS THEY SHOULD AS JIFFY EMPLOYEES. read more

I went for an oil change the date after Thanksgiving. It wasn't that busy. I was greeted promptly and got synthetic oil for high mileage vehicles. The service took only about 20 minutes. The lady inside was really nice and helped me with the Keurig coffee machine for customers. Free! Wgen I got my car back it was running smooth. And they vacuumed the inside too! Been coming here for over a decade. Good customer service. Ok prices. 2 incidences in all that time was: 1- they lost my oil dip stick once. They got me a new one though. 2- saw when they moved my car up they parked it bumper touching bumper. Never saw of it was a hard hit or not. They apologized. Now 3- waiting room for the last few months has been without a/c. Waiting outside where it's cooler. Good customer service but at a minimum of $140 an oil change. Friendly, honest, and fast service! I came here recently to do a safety check for my car. I made an appointment over the phone with no problems and it was so easy I almost thought they might have forgotten something. On the day of my appointment they called an hour prior to confirm and remind me. As soon as I got there, they walked towards my car and took care of everything. They had me wait in their waiting room in which had AC and a self serve coffee place. In 20-30 minutes they were done! I know sometimes places like these would gyp me because I know nothing about my car (tell me to change oil, tires, etc), but they didn't. I'm sure to come here every year for my annual safety check. read more

Great customer service. My only complaint is their tire pressure gauge is not calibrated. Manufacturers recommendation is 35psi. They stated servicing to 35. Instead it was 42psi. read more

Got my oil changed here a couple of days ago and one of their trainees accidentally put too much oil. When I told Nel about the problem she was SUPER helpful and apologetic. They covered the tow and the new oil change to fix the original issue. 100% recommend, the staff here is super helpful and knowledgeable. I meant to post this yesterday when my boyfriend went into the shop, after realizing there was too much oil in the tank of the car we just bought second hand. The car was smoking on and off till he arrived to the shop, where aunty and the boys drained the extra oil and got him out of there under 30 mins ! WITH NO CHARGE too ! ***uodate : no response to email in a week, sent email twice. I will NOT BE COMING BACK AGAIN. I haven't come here for about 2-3 years. I have always has a good experience here in the past. I am never coming back here again, I was checked in, then went across the street to pearl ridge. No call and came back 2 hours later figuring it would be all done. The safety check was done but the oil change was not. It was an stated that it would be an extra 45 minutes to have my oil change because of "miscommunication" and "rookie" according to the person at the window. Please train your people or at least have someone to check on them. As I sat there the woman, I can only assume was the manager, yelled and swore at the workers in front of customers. There was also a worker that yelled about leaving keys in the cars and that customers were complaining. The woman that was asking said "I wasn't complaining, I was just asking" In the end, I know no one will care about this review since they are in a convenient place and trust Jiffy Lube.
