I've been here a couple time as they ALWAYS provided good customer service. Came here April 26 during mid day, I went on the right side line and I guess I went to the bad long side. The other lanes were moving and keep in mind workers saw I was in this line, and after waiting about 20 minutes, a worker decides to ask if I'm doing oil change and tells me to go to the other lanes. Frustrated, I just left and tried again next day April 27 a little bit after they opened. Mind you, when I go here, I just pull inside. No one usually tells me to wait all the wait outside before pulling it, and I think his name is Jason on my receipt (male with full sleeve on his left arm) gave me bad vibes. He said don't go in until someone tells me to, like chill bruh, you don't have to sound like an ass saying so. I've been coming here a few times and I didn't know you wanted it that way. You could be nicer. I suffer from mental health and he started giving me anxiety with his vibes. Thankfully, the person who helped me Derian was absolutely so so sweet. He made me feel better about service and glad Jason (not sure of this is his exact name but he is male with a left sleeve) didn't help me with the rest. Someone else helped me with payment and taking my miles down and I had the $15 coupon. He said $74 after coupon but when he took payment he said $84 and I had to remind him of the coupon. I use to pay around $40 here with coupon before, but I guess prices changed not so sure. Every time I call the front desk there's no one there to ever answer LOL. I do love coming here as they usually give wonderful service, but don't want to deal with that one guy again. I hope he ain't a team leader cause that's not the vibe. read more

Got my oil changed here for the first time. Service was great, fast, and affordable. Way better than going to Firestone or Pepboys, those guys take forever and a day just to get it done. Anyways, I also paid for the "diff service" which was not something I expected but after having hearing the guy at the counter explain it to me I felt it was a no brainer. The Jiffy Lube I had been going to for about 4 years, on Valley Blvd. and Temple City Blvd closed down. I came to the Jiffy Lube on Fremont Ave in Alhambra for the first time and it was terrible service. My fluid levels were not checked, air filter wasn't checked, tire pressure wasn't checked and battery wasn't checked. On top of that the price was about $10 more even with the use of a coupon. They are able to see my history at the other Jiffy Lube I went too and still charged me more. This Jiffy Lube has about 7 plus employees most were just standing around talking. The Jiffy Lube on Valley Blvd. and Temple City Blvd. had three to four employees and they went above and beyond with customer service. They checked all fluid levels, battery charge, tire pressure, air filters and cleaned outside front and back windows. Going to miss those guys. I will NOT be returning to the Jiffy Lube on Fremont Avenue in Alhambra. read more

Be very careful with this place. Do not leave, not even for a couple minutes. As a matter of fact, watch your car and make sure you watch them pour the 4 or 5 quarts of oil into your car. The moment I mentioned that I was using Groupon, the attendants whole demeanor changed towards me. I walked across the street and was back in 15 minutes. My car was already pulled off to the side. I was told that I got the full service but I know I did not. It takes at least 10 min just for the pan to fully drain. I've been taking my cars to get serviced for 35 years. I've been getting oil changes here for my Chevy Equinox for over 4 years. The staff here is really friendly and fast! I drive up to their work area. An employee walks up to my cart and escorts me to their lobby. At the lobby counter I am given an estimate for the oil change. I sit down. Grab a coffee from their fancy coffee dispenser and in like 15-20 minutes I am called back to the counter. I am told what was done to my car and if there are any recommendations for service and then I am charged the balance due. So I came in back in January to this jiffy lube since I was in the area and I trusted jiffy lube as I always have, but now a couple ago went to a different location near home in west LA and they could not service my car and they said "the last jiffy lube you went too damaged your cap" so when I called I spoke to George and told me to bring it back and they'll take care of me and fix the problem I told him that it'll be a couple days since I'm a busy man and don't live in Alhambra it's a 40-1hr drive with traffic I even send him pictures of the damage to he's phone he provided (good customer phone service ) bow today I went in to Alhambra and worst service ever by the manager Lorenzo he replace the part and acted like if it was the easiest think to replace with sarcasm and walked away then when we asked the receptionist about the total she said " let me go ask usually it's 50% off" she came back with a 15$ discount witch it's a yelp promotion that anyone can get then she goes back ask and comes back with 20$ off poor thing was running back and forth so unprofessional of the manager not speaking to me directly so at this point they are just wasting my time more on top of gas spend and time travel and receptionist offering 50% and only getting 22% off so if your taking your car here look at what they do they might damage your car and treat you like crap afterwards read more

I've been to many Jiffy Lubes in several states, and this one is by far the best! I've been coming here for 5+ years and have always received EXCELLENT customer service from everyone, from greeters to technicians to managers. I honestly appreciate the reliability of procedures here - I know it's company policy to make manufacturer recommendations and then offer a discount if services are declined, but the folks here always take the time to explain which recommended services they think are most critical for the longevity of my car and my safety as a driver, which are NOT always the most expensive recommended services. If I decline extra services, they offer the discount, and then if I decline again, they let it go immediately and don't press any further. They consistently beat their estimations of time to completion. They tolerate (to a professional degree) me standing in the service area for a bit after they call me out to review the under the hood work, and answer all my questions thoroughly and knowledgeably. And I've never encountered an employee at this location who acted grumpy or tired, even though they almost surely are - 99% of interactions I have here are with personable and good-natured folks who care about the quality of their work and my satisfaction with the work and the price. I know this sounds hyperbolic, but it's legit. I freaking love this Jiffy Lube, and I did NOT get an extra discount for writing this review. Plus, they just let me turn down the piped-in music and turn up the TV to watch Trump's ridiculous press conference where he made bigly dumb remarks about his unconstitutional travel ban. Don't go to this Jiffy Lube. Yes they are quick but two times after having a oil and filter change on my car the splash shield that they have to remove wasn't replaced right and came down and was dragged, once while driving on the freeway and once partially because I pulled over and luckily had some extra inserts from the time after I lost the first one on the freeway and was able to insert one on this one to hold it up. The first time when the splash shield came off on the freeway I called and spoke to the mgr. Lazero and he stated his shop wasn't responsible for it happening and was very rude. This last episode on 7/24/22 I drove to the shop and spoke with the acting Mgr. Jose who had an attitude when I was explaining why I was there. I was there last Friday to have an oil change. The employees were nice and I assumed the service was great, UNTIL I got home. I opened my glove compartment to get someone. But when I tried to close it, it wouldn't. It seemed something was behind/underneath or stuck. So I had my partner go underneath to check what's going on. Well it seemed Jiffy Lube didn't properly put back the air filter cap and fell out of place. They also left my glove compartment dirty with many black finger prints. I call this lazy.
