They changed my motor oil, charged me, and did not fill it up! I found out when I got home and they were closed already. How can they do that to customers? I am never coming back to this one. Whether it is a mistake or not, it is dishonest and dangerous to customers. I called in and the manager said they must've not reset my meter. Are you kidding me? I drive a 2011 TSX that reads level of oil just fine. I insisted that I checked the oil stick that it was below the lowest point, the same amount I went in. He said to bring it in but I can only go in on the weekends since I'm out of town now (without my car). How can they still talk to me like I'm stupid? Terrible. I usually go to the Jiffy Lube on Valley Blvd in El Monte, but I haven't been able to get out of work in time to make it there lately, so I tried this one since it's closer to where I work. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, and that's what I got. Paid extra for "High Mileage" oil (decided to splurge) and that was pretty much all the conversation I had with them. They all looked either tired, or like they didn't want to be there. There were only two cars there so my service was pretty quick. They did the whole "show the air filter to try to sell you on changing it", turned it down. The guy came in at the end to ring me up and we didn't exchange too many words. Customer service, "service with a smile", is lacking here. Car is running fine. No other complaints other than the fact that I've been to friendlier Jiffy Lubes. Location looks nice from the outside, but it's the interaction with the customer that will give you repeat business. Frankly, I'll make the effort to get out of work earlier so that I can make it to the other Jiffy Lube. read more

Life savers!! I came in because one of my taillights were out and I honestly don't know enough about cars to know that a fuse was blown out. My first time visiting a jiffy lube of any kind. They got me in and out in about 40 mins which I thought was fair. They offer a std oil change for 29.99 and a sig oil change for 39.99 where they top off your fluids, wash your exterior windows and vacuum your floormats. I opted for the sig service since I had a $5 off coupon. My gripe is that they told me at checkout of all the services they performed but when I got in my vehicle they didn't clean the windows and they didn't vacuum my floormats like they said was included in the price. So I have to wonder if they performed the other services included in the package as well.. I did double check my oil level just to be sure it was at full level and it was. read more

Bah Humbug Jiffy Lube! You really know how to take advantage of an unsuspecting, super ignorant female who knows NOTHING about cars. Okay so maybe it's my fault for not knowing any better, but I honestly wish that they would just do what I ask them to do and not try to freak me out by telling me I'm running low on "insert unnecessary fluid here", or something needs to be changed. I get it, it's a business so they're always gonna try to make money, but overwhelming me by throwing technical terms and making it seem like I should do it right away or I wouldn't get a "good deal" anymore is not going to make me like them. I just wanted a simple oil change! I already fell for the "high mileage oil" trick for my old car (which I found out really is not that necessary if you change oil regularly) and ended up spending $30 more than I needed to. Dude, if I wanted high mileage oil or "insert car part that I can't remember here" changed I can go to way cheaper places in the area to get that done. The only reason I came to Jiffy Lube was because they had a $15 coupon that is good for any oil change, which really is not that much cheaper if you get anything other than the regular oil. But REMEMBER to give it to the cashier, because the person who services your car is not going to handle that... which was my mistake and I ended up paying full price because I forgot to give the cashier my coupon. At the age 65 getting to old change my oil and filter and lube my front chassis , have own grease gun at home. Decide go to JIFFY LUBE for the first time 2003 Chevy Suburban after the sevice is done Andre said oil filter and oil been changed,fluid been checked, lubed my 11 fittings my truck front susp. When I got home I check NEVER BEEN LUBED i lubed the fittings myself and also the said vaccum inside the truck never did. Paid 51.75 what a rip off!!! Each time I come here I tell them to check everything for real, not just tell me they checked it. My car was in and out in 5 minutes, which caused me to ask them... are you SURE you checked everything? Show me. Because I know I have leaks and they marked things as full. So, they went though my car and showed me what they did. My brake fluid was empty and they had marked it as full. They changed it in the system and suggested I get my brakes fixed. That's kind of a big deal. Then after I drove away, I noticed that they put a sticker for my next visit which was dated two weeks BEFORE I went and was 3,000 miles less than what I came in with. Make sure you really pay attention and double check everything they do. For $75, I expect quality service. read more

Been taking my 2007 Avalanche here for a few oil changes now and the staff is very friendly and get me set up pretty fast. I would recommend you look online for coupons and they usually have $10-$15 off oil changes and other services. Update: these guys are awesome! Hate to say it, but I'll have to agree with masses on this one and say this place is untrustworthy. I haven't gone here in a while - mainly because of my last experience there. They were running a promotion of buy one get one free for oil changes and I got one. But about a week later my "oil" light came on and when I checked it it was old and really low. I didn't bother going in because I knew they would say my oil was dark because that is how oil looks and that I have a leak - therefore the low oil. But my leak was not the issue and the oil was dark because they didn't change it. read more

I really needed a car oil change since it was long overdue. I found a coupon for $15 off of their full service oil change so I was thinking why not...usually I have an auto shop I go to but that's located in Costa Mesa, since I'm in LA now...kind of have to find another place. So I decided to use the coupon - when I drove there I had in mind prepared to tell them I just want an oil change - no upgrades - nothing - since I know they might try to pull that with me - a girl - think I don't know better...and well I have to admit yes I don't know much about cars but I do know business tactics and if they were to tell me anything that needed to be fixed or I should upgrade to this and that - well that's not going to work on me. The guy that helped me was very friendly. I picked the car oil used for my car and they had me sit and wait - and boy were they quick. About 20 minutes it was ready. The cashier rang me up - I gave her my coupon - but before that she very friendly and sweet - telling me that I could find coupons online to use - but since I had one already I just used it. The total was 66 but with the coupon it was 51...which is still more expensive than the place I go to but they were pretty quick and friendly and didn't push any upgrades or anything on me. I am pretty satisfied with their services but wished it could be $45 - cause that's the usual price I get when I go to my auto shop - here it really would have been expensive if I didn't have that coupon. read more

They were quick to do an oil change even though there were more than 8 cars being serviced when I had arrived. The staff was well trained and very hospitable. They made me feel taken care of. As far as under the hood. I can only assume they executed what was promised. But I've been coming to this jiffy lube for years and thus far my car has been running without a hiccup for over 10 years. Great service. Highly recommend. Also you can easily find discount coupons online. I received a $15 deduction when showing a promotional coupon I found. I come to Jiffy Lune for a quick oil change only. I was here the other day for that fast oil change. My car only needs it every 10k miles so I forgot how much I paid for my last one. They have signs all over advertising $24.99 so I thought little of it. After I got my paperwork I noticed the price was $62 and change. What?!? Thought this was a cheap and speedy situation. It turns out that the cheap oil change is regular oil only and they more than double the price for synthetic and blends. I ended up finding a coupon online for $13 off which made it a lot more bearable. My car was done in under 20 minutes; no other place I know of can do that. I took in my 2016 Chevy SS and when I got home it was smoking and there was a large puddle of oil in my drive way the next day, I took it back and it turns out the person who performed the oil change leaked oil all over the place, so I had to go back and it made late for work, they did not offer anything for my inconvenience, I will never go back to this place. Took my SUV for an oil change and was treated very professionally by staff. The gals and guy did a great job at dusting off the engine, replacing the engine air filter and gave me a great deal. I asked the guy that works in the pit of my oil was gritty and he said he checked it and there were no pieces of metal and that the oil was just in need of a change. The guys kind of just hung around, drank water, and chatted, but they got my work done in a reasonable amount of time. First Impression: Meh. The reviews are terrible, the guy who answered the phone seemed kind of lost in his own world, and when I pulled up, I had to wait 8 minutes before anyone paid any attention to me. No, they weren't that busy. The Work: Just fine. Signature Service, with a $15 off coupon from the internet (just Google it; the coupon comes from Jiffy Lube directly). As a car enthusiast I am very picky and iffy when It comes to my oil change. I made up my mind and decided to go out and find a place to do my oil change and ran across this jiffy lube. Upon my arrival I was promptly welcomed by Christian and asked what was I here for today. I joked and said I wanted a double double with fries and we laughed about it and told him I wanted an oil change and he happily assisted me and informed me of all the options he had in store for me and my car. After he finished giving me different options and packages I decided to go forward with it and watched closely as he worked on my car. He was not only very professional by making sure my car wouldn't get dirty as he worked on the car but he also made sure there was nothing missing that I might have forgotten to mention during our chat. After a little wait he closed my hood and I thought he was done but he not only opened my doors and vacuumed the whole inside of my car but he also sprayed and wiped clean my windows.
