First thing when I pulled in the attendant saw the Valvoline sticker on my windshield and he started "jokingly" giving me a hard time about cheating on them with Valvoline. This was a continuing theme until I finally kinda said could you lay off about this. Nothing in the place works and when they added oil it was from a pitcher, not the I broken pumps. I was the only car in there the entire time and it took over 40 minutes. At that point the attendant started to put air in my tires and I told him I had to get back to work. The cost was around $100 bucks. After all that the attendant pulled my old crumpled up Valvoline milage sticker out of the trash (they didn't have any,) wrote Jiffy Lube on it, and stuck it back on my window. Unpleasant experience that cost too much and took too long. I'm giving two stars because I did get my oil changed (I think) and they were nice enough, but no way I would go back. read more

I use to always come to this location because I thought they did the best job They performed their multi care; checking all the fluids, checking the pressure in the tires, vacuuming the car. You can still get a quick oil change here, and the staff was pleasant enough...BUT this location has been slipping for a long time. During my last visit the employees weren't in uniforms and I wasn't sure who worked there and who didn't. I worked at a Jiffy lube many years ago and we presented a much more professional image to our customers. Also during my last visit, the sticker for my next visit shows a mileage before my current mileage. Missing details like this makes me worry about the overall quality of the service under the hood. In summary, this service is a commodity that you can get anywhere. What makes the difference is the customer experience, and this wasn't one that will keep me coming back. read more

So it started like drive straight no direction left or right. You could drive into a hole that's over 6 feet deep there drive straight is not a proper instruction. Then the gentleman doing the hard work had issues even figuring out the hood latch that it was taking him so long and I could see him literally bending the metal on the hood latch that I got out of the car to open it myself. I then received a message from the owner thanking me for notifying him of all the craziness that could be occurring there. And he asked me for my name and telephone number and wanted me to contact him through website that just led to job opportunities if you type in the website address that he gave me all that comes up with Jiffy Lube job opportunities which is ridiculous. I think I'll leave these reviews because I'm tired of people getting away with not actually doing what they're supposed to be doing or doing it half ass because they don't give a shit about you or your money that took you a long time to earn it. This was my first Jiffy Lube experience in years and I went because my usual mechanic is busy today and I have to drive out of town tomorrow. Just went in for a standard oil change, was charged for an interior vacuuming that clearly didn't happen anywhere at all. They tried to upsell me on a bunch of stuff which is always annoying, and on my way home the car starts vibrating. Confused, I check the oil level and it's INCHES past the full line. Oh, and the oil is dirty. They never drained the engine before putting in the new oil. When I called back and spoke to the manager, who was involved in the original service according to the invoice, he offered to check it and take care of it but warned that those dipsticks "can be tricky" and that I may not be getting a good reading. He continued to explain that it could be overly full for a lot of reasons! "It could be for a hundred different reasons," he said. Something could be pinched, some air could've gotten in there, too much air, not enough air... during a routine oil change. Don't pinch anything, kids! You don't want to pinch the hood (metal), dipstick (metal), oil cap (hard plastic), oil filter (metal), or oil pan bolt (metal) which are the only things you should be touching during an oil change. I had a real hard time keeping it cool at that point, but I did it. Jesse, the manager, was very surprised that the dipstick indicated the engine was indeed way too full of dirty oil and redid the oil change right away. Happily, they redid the oil change and refunded my money but this kind of thing can permanently damage your engine in minutes. I probably shouldn't have even driven the car back there with that much oil in but I had no way or place to drain the oil where I live. Avoid unless you want to babysit while they work on your car. read more

Their signature service is OK as long as all that matters is the actual oil change. * 3 Stars because they can handle the oil change - it was done and done properly, and quickly. * Minus 1 star because their signature service includes washing the exterior window. If signature involves using a dirty rag so it leaves nasty streaks all over my windows, then job well done! * Minus 1 star for the crappy vaccuum job. Vaccuum = sucking up all the dirt on my floor not going through the motions. Seriously though these guys are good, they mean well. Polite, get the job done quickly and get you on the way. Best time to stop at this location is Sunday afternoon after 1pm. Just make sure if you stop at this location make sure to mention using a clean rag for the windows, and actually vaccuuming up the dirt. I think what I hate most about this place is the constant upsell. I come in for a simple oil change and am told there are about 20 things that need to get replaced. Good if all your going for is an oil change? Not anymore! I went in yesterday to get a simple oil change on my lunch break and not only was I harassed when I got back into my car (the man who changed my oil held open the driver's side door for me and as I got in hollered "daaamn giirl, your hot!"....that's professional) but they couldn't manage a simple oil change. On my way back to work and then back home, I heard an awful noise in the engine, and when I got home I realized that my car was leaking oil. It's at a RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL mechanic right now getting fixed (after a 10pm tow last night)... but If there is any damage to my engine because some moron couldn't figure out how to correctly tighten the oil drain plug or the oil filter, they can expect my lawyer at their doorstep for the damage. Needless to say, I don't suggest going here for an oil change. Spend the extra $10 and lose the risk of your engine seizing. read more

I was used to waiting a half hour or more; this visit was about 10 minutes wait time. The staff there is super friendly and informative. I went in for an oil change today and was told that my Honda Fit requires a synthetic oil and was quoted a ridiculously high price of about $ 90. I called my husband who said an oil change should only be about $40. I talked to the mechanic who said they already started the service. When I got home, I looked online and sure enough, 5 quarts of synthetic oil only costs $25 (my car only needs 3 quarts). This place is completely overpriced. read more

Trying to tell me it takes more oil than it does and some special oil, which cost the same at any store you go to. The service was quick, but wayyyyyyy (to the 100th degree) overpriced. I just purchased a used Hyundai Sonata and was getting an oil change on the car for the first time a couple months ago. I decided to give Jiffy Lube a chance as it was in the vicinity. I used to take my old VW to the dealership for oil changes, but wanted to see how Jiffy Lube was since it's in the area. I paid over $60 for an oil change (that was with a coupon), that I learned should have been around $30 had I taken it to the Hyundai dealership. They also tried to sell me a new air filter replacement, although I denied, and I'm glad I did because I can't imagine how much they would have overcharged me for that as well. Horrible service today with my wife going to what used to be our favorite oil change locations. We have 4 cars and yes they have lost the business for all 4 cars going forward. First issue the first person took her keys and said nothing absolutely nothing my wife went and sat in the chairs then a different guy came to my wife and said she needed a battery they had to jump it twice ( car battery is only 3months old) the issue is a bad ignition switch all you have to do is jiggle the key and it starts. Then the tech checking the oil stick decided it was nap time and closes his eyes and zonks out for (wait for it) 5 minutes on the hood!!!! Then they said they would be pulling the car out so she went outside and she sees tech carrying a battery to jump the car , this after her telling them twice to just jiggle the key. Finally she gets in the car and starts the car and leaves oh by the way invoice said her car was vacuumed it was not. Look it up Jiffy lube you have lost the business of this family all 4 cars Kevin I have emailed you per your request and you never responded but that's typical of continuing bad service . Avoid this place. I went here for a routine oil change. After it was finished they brought the car forward and locked the keys in my car. They offered no help or a solution instead saying the car must have auto locked. When I explained my car didn't have that feature the employee shrugged and said it was his first day. Luckily I have AAA but I didn't appreciate waiting while they arrived. During this whole time no one at Jiffy Lube offered an apology or solution. While on vacation stopped by to get oil changed. Drive a 2017 vehicle. 2000 miles later, check engine light come on. Take vehicle to nearest dealership and here is what they found out. Vehicle was 3 quarts low on oil. The oil filter was crushed and not installed properly. This allowing the oil to leak out at oil filter onto intake manifold. Stay away from this one. read more

So I went there today for a normal oil change. They recommend (but DID NOT FORCE) that I get a new cabin air filter because it has been chewed up and unhealthy to breathe in. Well come to find out that due to the horrible winter I had rodents living in my car that were dead. They pulled them out without any complaints even though I was extremely embarrassed. My car died before pulling into the bay. I was with my two children and after trying to start the car, they told me I needed a new battery along with my oil change. He proceeded to tell me my battery was dead and since the car is 3 years old that I would need a new one. I told him I just wanted a jump start and would be fine. Once they jumped the car, it was ok. As I was leaving, he told me the battery would be fine and I wouldn't have any problems with it. It is ridiculous that they would tell me I need a new battery when it wasn't necessary. Trying to take advantage of women is not a good business model. I will not be back. read more

I have a brand new 2016 car and needed an oil change it was the first oil change ever .I had an oil change at this location because I work out of state and am not able to get to dealer. I had the oil change and left not knowing what just happened . I was driving down the street and heard an ungodly loud scraping noise . I pulled over and crawled under the car and could not believe my eyes . The incompetent fool who did the oil change must have lost the screws to the plate so I was staring at two zip ties where screws should be . I secured it and I called the store and was referred to the corporate office to speak with Chris . I explained the situation to him and told him I couldn't come right back but as soon as possible I would bring it in to have it dealt with . I had to go to work the next day and driving there the plate they fastened with zip ties completely gave out as I was driving. They never told me they put ties on there I think they hoped I wouldn't notice The metal skip plate dragged and I was forced to drive it home I brought it to the dealer and they had to replace the whole metal plate plus what ever piece it was attached to . I dropped car off at dealer and took estimate to jiffy lube I had to pay out of pocket and went to jiffy lube to get reimbursement ,after all it is their fault . I explained the situation to manager ,Dave and he told me he understands but without proof (broken metal plate) that there was nothing he could do . As I have since been told this is a tactic from a lot of places like this because they don't think anyone would keep a broken plate. I ran back to dealer and they gave me broken plate right off of car and put on estimate their findings. Oil change done by outside vendor but plate was not secured properly causing it to fall off I went back to jiffy lube and Dave who escorted my to parking lot instead of lobby (was filled with people )to discuss this. He told me district manager Chris was coming next day and he would explain situation to him and a refund would be on its way. I waited for his call as he promised but no call. I called the next day and no call back called again and Dave now decides a new stall tactic is in order so he tells me he needs to speak to someone at car dealer and get there version. I guess he thought I have boch Honda stationary at my house and could print out what ever I wanted to I called him once or twice a day and no call. I get in touch with him and he tells me that he has left messages at dealership for someone to call him back but they haven't . I called dealer and explained what happened and they give me a direct number to have jiffy lube manager to call. Of course he doesn't call (that was Friday ) I call Dave at jiffy lube today (Sunday ) and he claims he never received direct phone number to dealer so he would try to get in touch with someone tomorrow. I have heard this once or twice from this man. I can't believe how irresponsible this jiffy lube is. I could have been in a serious car accident if plate snapped off and went up into motor or hit windshield. I have given the manager Dave more proof than I should have needed to the car never had an oil change so there was no way to deny it I have been patient and more than nice about this whole mess. I want the money I paid to dealership to fix jiffy lubes screw up If you don't want unsafe work done on your car and your safety compromised than stay away from this place I plan on taking them to small claims court at this point it principle This store doesn't even rate one star they should get negative three read more
