i was ready for the worse. came in with my starbucks, planning to eat acrooss the street burrito, and update my account in the carwash. i should had stay in the vehicle. it was so fast i dint even get to do anything, my starbucks its not wven half finish. the staff is really great, very freindly, explained alot of the details. bery helpfull to the customer and at the same time practices the covid safety. i recommend this jiffy lube place. the waiting are is really nice too but i dont think you will need it if your only doing change oil. thank you very much guys. read more

This is the second time I brought my car here for an oil change. The service was stellar the first time, so I naturally assumed that it would be great again. Boy, was I right! The staff is super professional and did great work. When I got there they said it would only be about 20 minutes to take care of my car and they were pretty spot-on. We got a needle on the tire and came here to fix today. They asked us to change a new tire and the lowest cost of the tire is 170+. We were like it's just a needle, did you check the tire or check the tire pressure? They said no. At this point, they just want us to buy tire from them. Les Schwab Tire Center fixed our tire for free and told us our tires are in good condition! We will never come back. read more

For years now I have been going to various Jiffy Lube's for vehicle maintenance. Jiffy Lube has also handled our fleet maintenance over the years as well. And we have had great success with the reliability of our vehicles because of it. I moved my personal business to this location when they opened. I have visited this location three times now. On today's visit I took my personal vehicle in for a basic oil change and cabin filter change. I was assisted by a young lady there who was very polite. We have always been given a manager discount due to our long-standing relationship with Jiffy Lube and, it has always made me feel that my business was appreciated. Today I did not get that same feeling. The young lady who was helping me was unable to find any discounts that could help with the overpriced oil change. I was told to check online myself. That she was unaware of any discounts. Previous management has always been aware of discount codes that are available to customers when they ask for a discount. No, I don't expect discounts everywhere I go. But we are well aware of the high price of Jiffy lube oil changes. Much of that cost is due to the convenience and rapid service. But all three times I have been to this location they have not had the cabin air filter for my vehicle. I was told that they do not stock it and it's not available for them to order. I was also asked,, that if I don't get my discount would I still want to proceed with the service. I hesitated for a minute and was about to walk out at that point. But I was there and decided that I would pay their price and search for a discount online. I was able to find a $10 coupon. Every little bit helps. I'm only leaving three star for this location. But I doubt that I will be back. If I'm going to have to pay the high price for and oil change. I will take my business somewhere where the employees don't leave oily handprints on your vehicle, spilled oil in the engine compartment, and grease on your steering wheel read more

I went in with a customers car which was a European vehicle. They were able to get the oil and filters changed so quickly. While the mechanic was changing the oil, a nice man was cleaning the windshield and windows for me. They were quick, efficient, fair price and a hidden gem! Very pleasant experience. I went to Norco's location prior going to this location and let me just say how much of a difference my experience was. First, the staff was super friendly. I went in for an oil change, but they looked at everything to make sure everything was properly working and there was no issues. Second, they helped me out with a student discount, which is super needed as I am a first semester nursing student. Lastly, they were just all around cool people. Norco had a 2 hour wait and the staff didn't give me the impression that they wanted to help me out, but I felt welcomed with the staff here. They only took about 20 minutes with my car and they were finished! Manuel was amazing, along with everyone else who helped with my oil change. Thank you! read more

The guys that work here are nice, but easily distracted. I was here at before opening, which always seems to be after the time it says they open. (Last 3 times I've been here) and I was the 2nd person in line and they had me pull in right away. All I got was an oil change and it took an hour and 15 mins. The 1st guy was done about 30 mins before me. If there was only 1 person working I might understand, but they had 3. I like that they are close to home but I will be finding another place. read more

I called to check if i need to make an appointment for an oil change. No appointment needed. When i got there, i was told that they dont have enough oil for BMW, to come back next week. I asked the guy if he can check the oil just to see if it's ok for me to drive my car around. He said, "i cant, some bmw's are electronic and some are dip stick".... when i said, can you at least check if you can? He checked it but there was no customer care. read more

I've been coming here since the location opened, and generally find them efficient and pleasant to work with. But, on my most recent trip, there were definitely some issues! I stopped by on a weekend afternoon, and of course I was expecting it to be really crowded. It was. My plan was to just leave the car, and walk to my house which is close by. When I pulled up, someone came out and told me to go inside and check in...all good so far. When I walked up to the counter, I found Daniel standing there. I asked to check my car in, and he (pretty rudely) told me to have a seat and wait. Okay. So, I did that...for nearly 30 minutes, and then just gave up. The next day, I got up super early and made sure I was the first in line. I pulled up at about 7:45 AM. As I was waiting, a few other people pulled in behind me. The shop was supposed to open at 8 AM, but it was close to 8:30 before anyone managed to get there. Unfortunately, when I went to the desk, there was Daniel again, and apparently he was in an even worse mood than he'd been the day before. He was even more rude, and again just walked out without helping anyone. The lady next to me even asked if he was having a good morning, and he just grumbled and stared her down like she was the most annoying person in the world. I think he has serious anger issues. Eventually, someone else came in, and the ball finally got rolling. After that, I was out of there pretty quickly and things seemed to go okay. No one ever apologized or offered an explanation for the shop opening late, and Daniel certainly never apologized for being rude. Oh well. read more
