Waited at the front door 30 minutes prior to opening along with an additional customer who came shortly after me. Two additional separate customers arrived 5 minutes before opening and parked at the garage doors. Upon the business opening , the workers allowed the 3rd and 4th customer to pass us in line although we told them we were here first . When I first arrived, I was greeted by Vince who patiently answered all my questions with kindness. While I was waiting, Adrian, asked me if I wanted a fluid topped off for a ridiculously cheap price. He discussed something that is due for my car and thoroughly answered the questions I had both with excellent professionalism and compassion. After less than a 30 minute wait for the highest quality oil change, Marie checked me out. I inquired about something mentioned in the complimentary inspection and as I continued to ask her about different aspects of my concerns, she went out of her way to get more information about the specifics for my car and also double checked with the manager to help me out. On my way out, I asked Vince a few more questions and Ricardo walked up and shared how I can avoid getting a defective product and spending thousands of dollars, but instead get this specialty item for less than $200. I was blown away by how good every one of these people treated me, so I went back to speak to the manager, Adrian. In our conversation, I expressed just how surprised and grateful I was because even though I made it abundantly clear that I didn't know much about cars, and I regularly hear about how car places scam women, everyone treated me ridiculously well. He mentioned how he tells his team to consider if their sister or mother came in. Not only do they have a compassionate and effective woman working there, but they care for women as their own family. Shop is clean and the service was pretty fast. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the people inside working the registers were grumpy AF and weren't treating myself or other customers with any real respect. I'm not expecting someone to kiss my ass when I'm in a shop... but just don't be outwardly rude. We all have bad days, but if you're in customer service and on the job, you should put a better effort in on this front. read more

Saw this location had good reviews so I stopped in to get an oil change. They said they didn't have the oil filter for my car. Ok, no problem. Ran to Auto zone to grab an oil filter. Brought it in and they did the oil change in about 15 minutes. Why do they charge $50 for labor? $50 labor for a 15 minute job seems outrageous. My total was $111 total and I brought my own filter? For a small Chevy Volt? Never coming back. read more

The first time I took one car there, the work and experience was fine. They accepted the SoCal Jiffy Lube Coupon which is on their website. I then took my other three cars there the same day. After completing the second car and while the other two cars were already in the bay with the hoods up, they informed me that they were running low on the synthetic blend oil and only had the full synthetic oil available. For convenience sake, I said just go ahead and do the oil change. At the end of the work, I presented the Jiffy Lube Coupon again but they refused it. They said that the coupon was only good once per person. Nowhere on the coupon does it say limited to one per household or person. So I ended up paying for full synthetic oil on two cars and also was not able to apply a coupon to 3 cars. That's an additional $100 plus dollars more than I expected. I will say that the employees were efficient, nice, and did their jobs well. But needless to say, the overall experience was not great. Its 8/11/22 at 9am PST. I come in as a walk in with intentions of getting an oil change for my SUV. As soon as I walk up to the front desk, and Employee from the bay looks through the window and begins waving his head from side to side as if he is disappointed to see a client walk in. Imagine that, walking into any business or store and an employee sees you waving their head left to right, putting their hands up like I'm an inconvenience to them. That did not make me happy, so the first thing I said to the gentleman was is there a problem do you want my business? His response was I just mop the floor I don't want you to slip in. I understand the concern, but greeting me in that manner I promise you will not earn my business nor anyone elses. I will never take my car here with employees like that. read more

Went in for an oil change in March went to another Jiffy lube in June and they told whoever did my last oil change glue the bolt in instead of taking liability for breaking it this was the location that did this. On top of that the cover on the bottom of my car is missing 2 screws hmmm really wonder how that happened. Went in for an oil change. They checked all my fluids but when doing that, they opened my coolant reservoir & it sprayed everywhere. They didn't bother to clean the mess they made, so while driving the remainder of the liquid left in the engine bay squirted onto my windshield while driving on the freeway. I used my window cleaner & wipers and it smeared across my windshield making my visibility close to nothing. Moral of the story, if you're going to do your "job" at least clean up after the mess "YOU MADE". read more

Worst service. About a year ago I took my diesel truck for service. Checked in sat in lobby for 5 minutes and was told they don't have proper oil to perform service. Understood and left to norco location. Today stopped by and checked in same vehicle for service. They said It would be about a 30 minute wait. Understand I'll wait. 45 minutes later my hood is up and service appears to be started. Kid come in lobby and says we only have 3 quarts of the oil needed to service your vehicle. Wtf. Couldn't have told me that 45 minutes ago. No trying to make it right or looking for another close location. Absolutely terrible customer service. At least offer a solution. read more

This is what Jiffy lube charge me and what I pay at A1 Auto (see both photos) I will never go back to jiffy. They didn't change my filter or lube only the oil. For this price I rather just drive to A1 Auto. It wasn't the workers at jiffy, they were nice and great service but the cost is ridiculous. I've never paid this much for an oil change... ever. Horrible customer service and just employees hanging out talking. They asked me to move my car so another car can back up; I did so. Great service and friendly staff once you finally get to the front of the consistently long lines of cars waiting for repairs. This is a full service Jiffy Lube so the person in front of you may be getting a tire or brake service done. Hence the consistently long waits. Ended up coming here after the employees at the jiffy lube in Ontario failed to show up within an hour after they were supposed to be open. I was frustrated and considered not going to jiffy lube in general because I had shown up before opening specifically to have my oil changed before midday but I was in a crunch and decided to just drive to chino and see how long the wait at this location was. First of all, I'd like to say that all of the employees were so polite and in a good mood for 9 am. They drove my Prius in, showed me to the Lobby, helped me choose an oil, and changed my oil immediately. I used an online coupon and got my oil changed for very cheap and was out quickly. I will always come back to this location and I hope that the company compensates good employees at reliable locations like this with fair pay and a positive work environment. This is my third time visiting this location for my oil change. The manager Manuel is so nice and thorough. He goes above and beyond. Each time I come for my service he noticed something that I need for my car and informs me. I'm a lady and I don't know what some of the service lights mean. Also my daughter had an accident in the car so I need to reset the computer. I just sometimes ignore the lights in which is not good. Manuel let me know today that I need new tires badly. He just saved me from being stranded on the side of a road from a flat tire. I also want to recognize Daniel he was very helpful as well. The guys are fast, courteous and efficient. I pulled up into jiffy lube as they were working on one car oils change they saw me pull in park saw lady leave after her oil change stood in shop for 15 mins in n out trying see if I can find anyone no one in site all hanging out under the lift no one came to ask if I needed help couldn't get a hold of anyone just heard them talking wtf kind of shop don't have people in office area to help people or in service area? How you suppose to help people if no one around I even called to check yet nothing disappoint! I'm a total dealership snob and would only take my car to the dealership for any type of maintenance including simple oil changes. I decided to give our neighborhood Jiffy Lube a try and WOW was I impressed! I needed an oil change and it only took a total at most of 15 minutes in and out vs. almost 2 hours if it were at the dealership. I was greeted right away when I stepped into the lobby and was treated with professionalism throughout the process. Additional services were recommended but I never once felt pressured. They also do other types of services so I may just stop by again...plus it's a bonus that this place is local to where I live - so convenient! Yesterday I went in for an oil change like I usually do at this location. There was a freak incident that happened while getting my oil changed by mechanic and my radiator broke and needed to be replaced. The issue was addressed professionally and quickly by the manager. They insured me that my radiator would be replaced and I already get a discount on my oil change. I was also running a bit behind because I had an appointment and the manager was so helpful that he offered to take me to my appointment and insured me that if I needed anything else to let them know. The manager took care of this issue and even stayed late to make sure it was completed even after hours so I would have my car for the next day.Accident happened and I am happy that they were open and honest about this I will continue to bring my car to this location. I have been to many jiffy lubes and have usually received great service. Today it took 50 mins for an oil change once my car was in the bay. There were plenty of people working so it should definitely not have taken this long; they just had no sense of urgency. I didn't get asked about either air filter to see if I wanted to have it changed and from the picture you can clearly see that the cabin air filter needed to be changed. Also, they did not fill up the windshield washer fluid or vacuum as advertised. I will not be going back to this jiffy lube. read more

Ok so I hope the owner sees this review. I've been a customer at this location since they opened a couple of years ago. As of the last two months I've been having issues with them. Keep in mind we have two cars to service. A couple of weeks ago I took my challenger for an oil change on a Sunday morning. I was there at 8am sharp, I left around 8:15 because no one showed up, so I don't know what time they opened. Also to mention not the first time this has happened. Today 5/29/2022 I show up with my wife's Honda Pilot. They were open but now tell me they can't service the car because they don't have the filter and can't get anyone to deliver one. I'm a very patient person, but this is my last straw with this location. To the owner if you are not doing inventory checks or checking on your employees to see what help they need, then this is on you. I will no longer be coming to this location and I will not be referring people to you. I hope you remedy this situation and find solutions. This is a quick way to close down a business if this keeps up. read more

Took my car in to get oil change and tire rotation. Found out my battery is low charge and my tires were too low to rotate. Got my air filter replaced. Everything was pleasant and professional.
