I think it was 15 minutes that I was there from start to finish. Being an older well, senior citizen I did not feel threatened at all and again they were so very nice. They replaced my tire as I had two screws in it and could not plug one of them. It did not cost an arm and a leg and as I mentioned I did not feel like they were patronizing me. I really would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.
