Stopped by on a Friday morning. An employee said there was a car in front of me that they were working on. After waiting for 10 minutes another employee came by and said there is one more car in front of you now and it will be 30-35 more minutes. What a joke, they won't wait on you in order, in seems like no one is really in charge. Don't waste your time with this place. read more

Victor seems to be the person in charge here. Has very poor customer service! Did not seem welcomed there, especially after I was yeld at for no apparent reason. I can tell he has all the employees tense and walking on egg shells. The only positive part was the way Roberto serviced my vehicle, great guy! Took car in for oil change. A few days later noticed there was oil leak on floor of garage. This was on a Sunday (Jiffy Lube closed) and we were scheduled to hit the road for a long drive back to Colorado the next day. Went to jiffy lube in Coachella for an oil change. Roberto and Jose took care of everything in 10 to 15 minutes and had me out without ever having to get out of my big wheelchairvan. It was hot so Roberto even put a portable cooler with 2 big vents next to drivers side windo to blow cold air on me while they did my service. Hey Jiffy Lube give those guys a raise. I was desperately in need of an oil change and it was a Sunday I called around and I finally got ahold of this jiffy lube the person that I spoke with Robert was super inviting super courteous and just awesome all around.when I showed up Robert greeted me knew my name and proceeded to give me a quick but thorough oil change and even inspected my car to make sure everything was in Tip-Top shape and insured that I would have a safe drive and a good rest of the Sunday. Not only did I have to pay $90 for an oil change, they charged me another $45 for an air filter (which just recently got changed but was magically filthy) and misc things I ended up paying $170 for an oil change!!! To top it off I just went to get an oil change somewhere cheaper and they wouldn't do it because these guys didn't put back my dipstick. The mechanics at this other place told me it happens often from people who go to Jiffylube. What the heck?!?! That cost me another $20 to get replaced!!! Do not go here!!! Probably had the busier day of bustling from place to place with my daughter who is just 17 months old. That being said I had already "lost" my debit card twice, phone once and my mind probably about ten times by the time we had arrived. As soon as I got out both the gentlemen waiting in the car stall were no nice and attentive. One of the men had already started looking at my car by the time the Robert (the mechanic) who had helped me at the counter opened the door. He offered me coffee and water, it was refreshing inside, no one was inside which was to my relief because my daughters attitude was not so well behaved as it had been earlier in the day. As we sat inside both men attended to my car, Robert alerted me of all the things I should have replaced or tended to. Ironically I know nothing about cars and I even without the sticker was still on time for my oil change. They were both so friendly especially near the end of the day I've been to many jiffy lubes and this is BY FAR the best one I've been to yet. I even "lost" actually I thought I had lost it but it was buried in my back pack, all the whilst my daughter is being crazy and wanting to do all that she's not supposed to. He came in letting me know that it would only be a couple minutes more ( have literally one been there five minutes if that) I then confess and say I can't find my card he smiles and says okay. I then return to losing my mind and frantically looking for my card that's supposed to be in my wallet but is then buried at the bottom of my bag. A few short minutes after he comes in says "you're all set" and even gives me a 6 dollar discount, to which after having my babygirl every penny counts! Absolute best service anyone could ask for, will definitely be back to see y'all. Definitely a win for me! read more
