Brought my daughter in for her first oil change! She's only been driving for about a year so she was unaware of how to pull into the bays. After the manager got a little upset about the dangers, I made him aware of my daughter's new experience. So, he offered for one of his techs to bring it in. After that it was smooth sailing... They did the job quickly and efficiently and explained some additional needs. Since my daughter was paying herself, the manager offered her a coupon and her total cost was very reasonable. The morning shift guys are pretty good. But the evening shift guys are quite lame. It's not this Jiffy Lube in particular that I don't like. It's Jiffy Lube in general. They hire schmoes to do the work. Jiffy Lube has screwed up my car three times. I've had to complain each time. They just don't know the ins and outs of all of the cars out there and think that it's still 1980 where you can just apply your basic understanding of how cars works to all cars. Their prices are great but there's a reason for that. Once I get this last reimbursement they owe, I'm done with JL. read more

I went here for a top off the other day and it has changed for the worse since I got my oil changed and my last 5 star review a month ago. It seemed like the whole crew was gone, no one was smiling, and the new manager has no sense of customer service or even kindness to him. The attitude is ridiculous, the service is slow and it just seems like no one wants to be there. I come to this location for the customer service and the diversity in the staff and the girls who worked there were awesome and one was even the manager! What happened?! Convenient oil change spot. Will get ya in and out quickly. I have only had oil changes here, no other type of mechanic work, though I know they do offer it. The mechanic gave my brakes a satisfactory rating when I know damn well they were pretty much grinding metal. He didn't really look at them. Affirdable? Yes. Attention to detail? 2014 fiat 500 pop, this guy told me that it must use synthetic oil; wrong, the manual states that for the pop series needs 5w30 conventional oil, AND for the sport or, turno or Arabath Synthetic as if people is ignorant an with a $50 difference very rude totally not recommend this place at all. read more

I came in for an oil change on Wednesday afternoon after work as the last customer of the day. This was my time at this particular jiffy lube as I'm new to the neighborhood. I left after paying and immediately went to Walmart after on my way home on the freeway my skid plate started scraping the asphalt since the technician at jiffy lube did but correctly attach it after my oil change. This was so scary especially occurring on the freeway but thankfully I was able to exit and drive through the streets home mind you I couldn't go above 20 miles and hour or mg skid plate under my car would scrape. I contacted jiffy lube via email and made a complaint but essentially was told it's a franchise and that shop would handle it so Thursday morning as soon as they opened I called and explained what happened, the girl who answered was not apologetic at all. I said I could bring it back in my lunch or after work but I needed it fixed. So I had to again drive no less than 20 miles an hour to the shop and take the time out if my lunch to bring it back so they could correct their error. I could've forgiven the mistake and not given this review if I was given an apology and their manager had acted appropriately when I arrived the following day. I pull into the bay the manager comes up to my car and asks for my invoice no apology nothing then goes back to sitting behind the counter. I'm sitting there waiting because there is a car in front of me then I feel my car being worked on below. Finally the manager comes back hand's me back my invoice and just said we refunded your oil change. Again no apology for the error of the inconvenience. I WILL NEVER come back here again! read more

this place is the worst place possible. very unprofessional and the company is even WORSE. Lets start the story. So over a month ago i made the mistake and took my car in there for an oil change. After my battery died from being there for over an hour while they only had 2 cars. So regardless of that the best part is come to find out on my drive home they had broken my oil filter gasket head. So the whole time the car was leaking that brand new oil they just changed. Which by the way they should get fined for because of them the car was spilling oil all over the streets and my driveway. the only reason i realized is by the time i got home my car was making a racking noise like there was no oil in there and just wasn't running right. So when i checked the oil level it was empty. I then took my car to Toyota after buying and filling it with new oil and they tell me hey jiffy lube broke your head gasket for your oil filter. i then contacted corporate and didn't go straight there and cause a ruckus and they said they would reimburse me for what i spent. So here i am A MONTH LATER WAITING FOR THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL COMPANY BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY WOULD REIMBURSE ME AND KNOW I DOUBT THEY WILL. read more

They could not figure out how to open the car hood and had to google it. Then could not find the oil filter. Then could not figure out how to take the oil filter out to change it. They gave up and topped my oil off and charged me for it. They explained they didn't know how to change out my filter even though it is a really common car. So they sent me away telling me they couldn't do it. I googled it because I figured this must be a really hard thing to do. Nope should have taken about 10min. Came here to get my oil changed and the service manager automatically started complaining about having to take the skid plate off in order to do so. The car is a 2020 fleet vehicle and you could hear him under the vehicle throwing stuff around and complaining about all the screws and saying he had a conference call at 11am so he was declining service. Not sure if he knew I could hear him because when the other guy asked what he should put for declining service the service manager told him just say it would damage the vehicle. So now I have wasted time here and have to go somewhere else. Which he is delaying because instead of putting my car back together he moved on to the next car! I will be calling their corporate office as well as our fleet provider so they can take this jiffy lube off our service providers...don't go here with any new car! read more

Went here for my oil change. Next morning my car was leaking oil on the driveway. Went back to have them review and fix. They replaced the oil filter and told me that was the source. Fast forward 5000 miles. Got my oil changed at another provider over the weekend to get another opinion of the oil leak. They told me that my oil plug was hand-tightened and was the source of my oil leak and had I not been mindful of my leak and checking the oil regularly... it could have destroyed my engine. I feel like this is one area that an oil change provider should be an expert in and should have some quality control on. Since I went to the other provider over the weekend, my car is no longer leaking oil. read more
