I love this location. Been coming here for about a year.. maybe longer. They are not as pushy as the other locations. Its there JOB to make a long sales pitch... I always laugh it off and say "k what do i actually need" and more times then not they say you dont NEED anything right now but its important to get these things done soon. Really quick and great customer service. I lost my sticker that tells me my mileage from my previous oil change. I called yesterday and it took the guy less then 2 minutes to look me up and tell me my millage. Great customer service! read more

They forgot to securely latch my hood down after an oil change and as a result my hood flew up on the freeway. It bent my hood and caused permeant damage, my car is older so I wasn't terribly upset. I called them to let them know what happened, they initially apologized and said it shouldn't have happened, they asked me to come by so they could take a look and see what they could do. (Hence the last review) They told me to come back another day so they could try to "fix" it, when I called a few days later and asked them if they'd at least put in hood pins (so it was drivable) they said their "policy" had changed and they couldn't do anything to help me. Shady and not a great way of dealing with an issue like that. I ended up spending a lot of money to get the pins put in as a temporary fix and my hood was permanently damaged. Be careful going to this location. I'd recommend the one in Folsom instead. read more

I've been going to this location for quite a while now. Charles, Drew, and all they other guys are always on point. So when it was time for my daughter to have her care checked out naturally I took her to the guys I trust most!!! And as always Charles took wonderful care of my daughter. He checked her car fluids and all was ok. However she wanted her lights polished so Charles did it himself and made her lights look brand new. When my baby girl is happy, Mama bear is happy!!! The guys at this location are amazing! They have always gone above and beyond with both my cars and now my baby girls car. Needless to say I won't choose any other besides this Jiffy Lube.. The manager Greg as well as the team there is fantastic and great to the customers. I will always go back to them, but the reason why I'm putting such a bad rating is because the area manager, Ken, is arrogant and pompous. He is rude to everyone not only to the employees on staff but everyone else. He seems to belittle everyone. I've used this location for the past 3 years and would say it's average at best. However, yesterday I went in for a routine oil change and was immediately impressed with the manager, Cherie. She had great customer service. She was upbeat and polite. I experienced this both personally as well as when I was sitting in the lobby and saw how she interacted with both customers ahead of me. Not only was her customer service the best I had ever seen her ability to manage her crew was top notch. You could hear her running through the inspections. She sounded like she was running a pit crew for a racing team. Her team was also enthusiastically responding to her. I got the fastest service I had ever experienced, they did great with little extra things like wiping my windshields. I honestly hope Cherie gets recognition for her outstanding service and should be the model for how a manager runs their crew. As some one who works in an executive position recruiting high level trainers for a large company, I think Jiffy Lube should be looking to promote her to a position where she trains people to perform as she did. I will be sorely disappointed if I return and she is not there but hopefully they learn from her and continue with her level of customer service and performance. read more

The staff are extremely professional and friendly. Best of all, my experience was met without any stress of pressure towards buying anything else than what I came for. Apparently changes policy no self supplied oil. So problem I have is they did yesterday on another vehicle of mine. Told me changing policy Jan 1. This is Dec 31st.... so... Today I brought my girlfriends car in to have the oil changed but as I drove off I noticed the windows weren't cleaned and they didn't vacuum the inside. Paid $95 for the oil change and now I am hoping they actually did the oil change. I was the only car there with the 3 or 4 employees there you would have thought they would get the complete job done. read more

Bad, bad, bad! I recently went for an oil change. I paid extra for a panel air filter. Total cost just short of $100.00. Employees did NOT vacuum my vehicle and used a filthy rag on all of my windows. I was shocked at the miserable level of service. I contacted Broadbase Inc., the owner of the site to complain about the service after so many years of patronage. I was never contacted. It's been a month so I have decided to post this negative review and urge folks to patronize any other oil changer. I feel Broadbase Inc., has grown so large that they feel they don't have to pay attention to their customer anymore. I'm going elsewhere. You should too. read more

I have been going there for 19 years now and have never had a bad experience If they can't fix whatever car problem I am having they will direct me a place that can, and can be trusted. I got here just before closing. When I pulled up I saw a mechanic cleaning the ground, but she came right out to greet me with a nice smile. I told her what I needed and then she took me to the waiting room. I watched them while they worked on my car. I think they were doing what they're supposed to do (I don't know anything about cars lol). After they were done, the mechanic opened the hood of my car and showed and explained what they've done to my car. Nice to see a female mechanic!! :) read more

I went in for an oil change today. The young man took me into the office and gave me a quote I asked him if there were any coupons and he told me that I'd have to go to the internet and look under jiffy lube California. Shortly thereafter a young girl walks in and requests her oil change she had a coupon and the counter guy told her that the coupon would not be acceptable but not to worry he would get her a coupon. I found it rather off that he was willing to help her get a coupon which was $10 off and I had to find my own and got $5 off. when I got out to the car my glove compartment was emptiedonto my car seat. I asked the guy why is the stuff out of my glove compartment and he told me that they had to get the stuff out in order to check the filter which is fine. it has been a while since I've been to this location and I used to think that they were very customer service friendly and showed me my options that I have in as far as an oil change. This time however I did not feel that same good customer service relationship which is too bad. I have not given up on jiffy lube I just will think twice before I come back to this location. read more

However, today I drove in and one of the workers came out to greet me, and said my car was too low and they would not accept me. I thought it was very strange, it's the same car since 2009. I ended up going to the one in Carmichael. Better service and the manager was great. I recommend that one. read more

Great customer service, my daughter discovered an oil leak after her last oil change. We took the truck over they pulled us right in. Even though the leak was unrelated to the work they had done, they checked all her fluid levels and vacuumed her truck. We were in and out in 10 minutes. read more

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Offered me water/coffee when I got there. There were 5 cars ahead of me when I got here and still made it out in about an hour. I am a little late in writing this review but I just can't shake this. My husband and I stopped here on our way to go camping Labor Day weekend. They broke a hose (they offered to replace for free in a couple of weeks when it came in). I asked if it was safe to drive up the hill (1 1/2 hrs). They taped up hose and said it should be fine. My car broke down 3/4 of the way to our camping destination. Our family had to come rescue us and another family member used their extended AAA towing mileage to get it towed home for us. The car has a blown rod and It will cost $4045 to fix and I have till Monday to decide what to do. I did call them to say I was on the side of the road to see what they thought could've happened and they did not know but I never did hear from them about the replacement hose because I never told him I never got my car fixed and they never knew how serious the problem was. My car was not showing serious signs of problems prior to this. The car did sit out in front of the house before I took it to the garage for those wondering about the late timeline and the wonderful garage shop has had it for a while while we figure out what to do. The time for a decision has come. I will never go back to this place!!!! read more

I have not seen any trace of a coupon but I will give it another week and then I will give you an updated review so that I am fair. I usually go to this jiffy lube but today they had the goof troop working! The lobby had two other customers besides myself nothing unusual so normally it takes 15 to 20 min with the goof troop it took 75 min wtf! I did get a few laughs one guy was wearing a construction workers hard hat I think at one point maybe some air was sprayed at a few of them, I would look out the with Dow and they scatter like roaches from cars! Needless to say no one was leaving jiffy lube today lol when I finally did get to go the waiting room Was full! Lol good times read more

Price was good, service good; they tried to sell me an air cleaner but saw my expression and said it was probably fine. The up-sell is common with all the oil change franchises. So be ready. The up sell is: brake fluid, rear end differential fluid, fan belt, radiator fluid, and transmission flush. The transmission flush I would not get at an oil change franchise, they don't flush the torque converter, go to a transmission shop or dealer. And fan belts will get cracks, so don't change if it has cracks, go by mileage. 100,000 miles is common on fan belts. I would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube. But don't be surprised if they try for the up-sell. read more

Jiffy lube does a fine job of informing you of the suggested maintenance for your vehicle but it's your responsibility to remember what you paid some other shop to due. With free diagnostic test and the option the reset codes to see if it's a fluke you can't loose. Ask for Marshall the manager he's very easy to talk too and respectful if you have questions or concerns.
