OMG!!! Just got back from a synthetic oil change for my year old Ford. I swear 10 minutes and it was done You guys never give me a chance to take a couple selfies in the bathroom?!?!?? We went in about a month ago to get a smog check for our car. The staff there was friendly and got us in and out quickly. The smog check is pretty affordable (I think about $20-$22). There's a clean waiting room inside the office - they take cash and card if you're curious about the method of payment they take. Definitely will go back to this location again next year when registration comes around. read more

If you want a Quick No Fuss Oil Change, or get your Fluids Changed, or Filled..Come to this Jiffy Lube Location. It's on the Corner of Windmill & Pecos... It seems smaller than most Jiffy Lube Locations, but they are Very Good at what they do! I was In, and Out of there in Less than an Hour ( 30 Minutes, Tops). The Manager is Awesome, He is From Hawaii, and in My Case...He did give me a Discount on Some things that I Needed to Change! I have been to this jiffy lube before and the service here has always been great. However, after my most recent trip here, let's just say things weren't so great. I parked my car behind the building where the line says 'SMOG LINE' and a manager approached me. He mentioned that the wait time was about an hour and a half. He asked me if I wanted to wait and I said yes. Then he started sweating and looked around nervously and suggested to me another business around the corner with much faster service even after I agreed to wait. I've never been basically told to kick rocks by a manager especially as a paying customer. I'm not too sure what drugs or drinks had been consumed but this was just crazy. I've never felt so embarrassed and stupid leaving a business before. Basically defeating my purpose of getting in the car in the first place. This WAS my neighborhood car repair service center, but after this experience I will definitely look to yelp in finding a new care center for my vehicle!! read more

This place has a female mechanic. We definitely need more women in the automotive industry! I requested for them to check my clutch too, even though they are not a full service autoshop. Fortunately, my clutch is working fine. I was having problems during the summer and winter, when it's hot the clutch slips too much, and when its cold during the winter it gets VERY grippy. Anyways, they proved to me that my car is fine. Just some design flaw I guess, since my car has a hydraulic self-adjusting clutch pedal. Did you know it only took like five minutes of conversing with Adriana (the female mechanic) before they returned my car with the oil, filter, and airbox filter all completely changed?!? It may be more expensive than the usual stay at the Toyota Dealership, but appointments at the dealership took me in excess of 2 hours, possibly THREE just to get a oil change. Even though Toyota provides me a 21-point inspection, it basically is the same exact thing with JiffyLube. read more

First off, this is the MOST PROFESSIONAL, QUICKEST, and EASIEST oil change I've ever gotten in my life! I normally dread getting my oil changed. My car was way overdue and this Jiffy Lube is 5 mins away from my house. I'm really glad I took it here! From the moment I drove up I was treated with respect and courtesy. From now on all my family's cars will be coming here! The General Manager, Matt, was welcoming, kind, professional and just a really cool guy. I really appreciate that when I told him I just wanted the basic $25 oil change, he didn't try to up-sell me to a bunch of stuff I didn't need or want. I was in and out in 45 minutes (or less?) and that was with 2-3 other customers having their cars done too. The mechanics were very professional, and worked efficiently and were extremely polite. Matt showed me my car's diagnostics on his computer screen and everything was good! I never had seen this at a JL before! We had a nice conversation, I paid, and the he PERSONALLY walked me out to my car and opened the door for me!!! WOW, WHAT!!! He treated me like I paid for luxury service, even though I got the plain basic oil change, have a 10 year old car, and I was dressed like a bum. And the best part is trustworthy mechanics. Was next door getting food at Sal's Pizza (good pie that I've reviewed and recommended before) and when we tried to leave, our car wouldn't start. So, I ran next door to Jiffy Lube to see if anyone could give us a boost. Turns out they sell batteries too, I had no idea! The battery our car needed wasn't in stock though and would take a half hour to arrive at the store, so the manager, Jerry, gave our car a boost so that we could continue on with the time sensitive stuff that we needed to do. The timing was perfect to get it all done and to return to the store to get the battery swapped out. It was raining a bit and our wipers weren't in great shape, so he replaced them at the same time for us. To my surprise, the price of the battery was actually lower than Autozone and we even got a deal on the wipers, so that was awesome. Jerry was incredibly friendly and super helpful, so we'll be back to see him again when our vehicles are due for fluids maintenance. read more

At first I was thrilled with my oil change, and now I'm beyond disappointed!!! Got my oil changed ONE MONTH ago and my car has slowly been leaking oil for the past month which it never did before. Finally after going to visit a mechanic he was able to remove the stripped drain plug bolt (it was so over tightened that it ruined the bolt!!!) And it ruined the gasket as well! Stay far far far away from this company who over tightens the bolts to prevent people from doing their own oil changes. I will never return to Jiffy Lube and will take my business elsewhere! Do yourself a favor, save yourself an over priced oil change and go somewhere who won't mess up your car and cost you even more money!!! read more

Richard and Bryce were very kind, courteous, and helpful. I love Jiffy Lube! I did not feel pressured to buy anything more than my oil change but wanted to show my car some extra TLC today-they helped point me in the right direction of what was important to replace and what could be done next time. Prices are accurate and fair. I arrived here at 3:30 pm and was gone in about an hour. Oil change, tire rotation, engine flush, and antifreeze top off. My experience with jiffy lube started off okay, then bad, then great! I originally came in to get an oil change that was advertised as $24.99. When I met with Ruddy, whom had great customer service, he informed me that my car (Rav4) had been recommended to have the full synthetic oil which was about $77 dollars. I hesitated at first but he offered a discount of $20. So I agreed also considering that this will allow my car to go 5,000 miles rather than 3,000 miles. Then I of course had to change my cabin filter and air filter which the total came out to $137. I drove away in my car as I realized that I got the package which included widow cleaning and floor vacuuming. I noticed that it was done but maybe not to the best quality. Then I noticed that there were little oil stains on my passenger side seat from probably from Andrea's jacket or hands. After I complained (which is something I don't do usually), both Ruddy and Andrea offered multiple genuine apologies and gave me the special deal price and washed out the stains and even washed my carpets in the car and cleaned my windows. All in all, I was very satisfied with how they dealt with the situation. read more

Quoted price I showed coupon for discount they said no problem then checking out regular oil change (not synthetic or anything like that) They say $57.00 oh we can't get that coupon in our computer finally they give $13 dollars off that original quote $45 minus 50% off coupon they said no problem before oil change after oh he's new he shouldn't have said that. I also ask for new sticker for next oil change person doing work said no problem. I start to leave no sticker I go back they hand write one you cannot read. If you are like most people and don't know anything about cars, but want to take care of your little baby, then you can go to this location and trust them. An alert, clear-eyed young man will take your order. They will go over with you any options and will give you honest advice and a fair price. I know, because I am a car guy, and they were completely honest with me. Unfortunately, most places try to lure you in with discounts and coupons and then they take advantage of you and "find" other things wrong ($$$) with your car. But not here. The store manager is Tyrone Ward. He took a personal interest in our car, and at last I can trust my wife to just keep coming here - no more worries, and no more surprises when she gets home ($$$)... So, I have never had to take my car in to get anything done in the last 4 years that I have had it because I use to date a guy who worked for Toyota and he did everything for me. Well, now that he is out of the picture and my check engine light came on, I had to figure out what I needed to fix that. I knew about the last time I had an oil change, but not how many miles. So while I was searching for a place to go, I saw this on Yelp and decided that the reviews were good enough for me. I went on a Sunday about 11:30am and there was not wait. One guy walked up to me as I was getting out of the car and asked me what he could do for me. I liked how he came to me and was very nice right off the bat. He told me how many more miles I had left before I needed an oil change, and it was a little ways off, but I was there and I know the other things needed to be checked so I just went ahead and got an oil change and a filter change, because they discovered it was a bit dirty. I spent $70 because I went for the oil upgrade and they gave me $10 off for some reason. I was not sure why, maybe because it was my first time ever going to a Jiffy Lube, but it was nice. It was worth it because they even vacuumed my car and washed the inside of my windows! That was so nice of them. The three guys that were working were all really nice and very helpful in explaining things to me. I think that all the reviews on here so far are exactly right. I was in and out in 20min and overall my experience was great. No stress, no hassle, just the way I like it. read more

My goodness! There's this awesome crew over at this Location, the team, assistant manager, and one specific Lead, named Ryan was so professional and sooooooo kind.... I needed help with a light that went off on my girlfriend's vehicle and he checked it for me and didn't even charge me for anything. He added fluids and I know at other shops they would charge and this crew was all smiles and all giving that they just wanted to help out! Hit or miss. One of the managers I met there was great but the other one I recently saw not so much. I always get the high mileage oil service and with that they are suppose to top off your fluids. Is costs about $70 THEY DO NOT ALWAYS DO THE FULL TOP OFF SERVICE !!! So if you go don't be afraid to check right there in the parking lot, wish I would have. Because my car overheated the day after getting my oil changed there and that has never happened before. I don't recommend this place. So sad that so many car maintenance places are crooks, I only went back because I had a good experience once before but this new manager is not good at all. read more

My maintenance required information popped up on my display everything was closed on Labor Day except for Jiffy Lube in Henderson Nevada while we were on vacation. With worry on my mind my wife suggested going to Jiffy Lube to have them check the oil. I figured why not getting the oil changed while here although we do have Toyota Care. I wanted to be safe on the drive back to Los Angeles. Although they could not change your oil due to not carrying the oil for our vehicle a 2021 Toyota Camry Hybrid SE the employees were super awesome. Without hesitation they checked the vehicle's diagnostic levels. They also suggested other places that we might be able to check out that could be able sistance to us. At the end of the day they left us as super happy and appreciative customers thank you Jiffy Lube in Henderson. Very, very, very friendly employees...but they left greasy fingerprints ALL over my pickups exterior. My windows they "cleaned"...holy crap I almost wreck when the sun hit the windshield and the streaks came into full reflective view. They should have used the windshield rag to clean there hands before working on any ones vehicle and then use a squeegee to do the windows..if the homeless figured this out how come a major chain operation hasn't...use a SQUEEGEE. I have been using jiffy lube for years (other store locations) and this is the first time I have experienced these issues. read more

So thankful that I noticed my car was leaking oil before a road trip. I bought a groupon for Jiffy Lube at E. Trop location (even though this one is closer, it wasn't available) I got it done 2 days ago 4/29 there. Because of the leak I came to the one closest to me and the guys here were great! Cole, Eric and Vince were top notch. The other shop put an extra gasket on my drain plug and it wasn't tightened all the way, causing it to leak. Called the day before to see if appointments were available, was told by George they were not necessary and that I would be able to bring my car in at 8 AM the next day no problem and that he would be there and to ask for George and he would take care of me. I get there at 8 AM and they're running the oil lines so I'm unable to get my oil changed. And George didn't start til 11 so how he would've been able to take care of me?? I needed to get my oil changed right then because I was driving hundreds of miles to Colorado that morning and it planned out. Closest oil change service from there was another 10 minutes drive and I had to wait. How do you not know when they are coming to run the lines? read more
