I purchased an oil change and coolant flush. Neither were completed! I left without any oil, coolant, and a missing oil cap and a towel left under the hood of my car. I've been bringing a company vehicle here for at least 3 years. This will be the last time. Apparently they have been using conventional oil when the vehicle requires a synthetic oil or blend ( not very reassuring). They are always trying to up-sell and quite frankly the person that does it doesn't really know what they are talking about. read more

I'm fairly dissatisfied with my service here. I paid $80 for an oil change on my van, over $40 more than I usually pay but I figured it'd be worth it. First off nobody told me how long it would take at all, I don't mind waiting but if it is going to take over an hour I would have liked a heads up at some point. The big reason for my review is the additional service. I expect if I pay that much they'd clean my windows and vacuum my carpet like usual. They did not. And I would not be so upset if they did not explicitly mark "Windows cleaned/carpet vacuumed" on the receipt. I don't think I'll come back to this jiffy lube. read more

We were in the road and our oil light came on. This place was down the street so we tried it out. Excellent customer service, clean and comfortable waiting area and very fast service. I was surprised to see they cleaned off the 4 days of bugs that had collected on our windshield during the road trip. Kids didn't mind the interruption in our vacation fun since they had books and coloring books to keep them busy. Great place! read more

I spent 5 minutes telling the worker that I'd like to just leave my car and I'll come back after lunch. He told me they'd get to me after they're done with the other the cars. Well, the 5 minutes I spent listening to him talk, he could've let me sign the paperwork. INEFFICIENT!! Then, I can't leave because my car is parked in. I understand being busy, but you still need to have decent customer service. I don't expect a rocket scientist or an upscale sales person, just someone to acknowledge customer presence. Prompt professional service for an oil change and cabin air filter after a cross country trip. Checked and adjusted tire pressure and fluids. Well swept. Windows cleaned. The only issue was the glove compartment was not properly put back into place when replacing the air filter. This was promptly corrected with apologies. Not pressured sales. Told me I do have a small problem with a cv boot, they can't fix it but gave me a card for someone who can and added that it is a very easy thing that shouldn't cost very much to fix ! OK, I have come to trust the work and workers here with my precious auto. Was time for my 5000 mile change and made it a point to go back to this shop. That moment of anxiety where the service assessment gets spelled out was again at ease, and after an exchange of thoughts on transmission fluid changes I agreed to have it done (it's over due, as I usually have it done yearly) and the man looked surprised. Speedy service, no smudges this time maintain my fan rating. Coffee was there this time but had to drink it black. Have to say - used to be a loyal customer - until they totally screwed up my brake change! If the tech can't do a job right they shouldn't be given the chance. Had my brakes changed and they didn't tighten the wheels - either of them. Heard a horrible noise and took it to another company to find out that it was all jiffy lubes fault - and my tires were coming OFF the car! I also inquired about new wiper blades, but rather than just selling them to me, they checked to see why mine were not working. Very impressed. I got my oil changed here and they told me about some other work that needed to be done (and should have been done correctly) at another shop....I would not have known that I was "entitled" to get this work done for free and they advised me to check with the other shop, which I did. Thanks to their advice, I ended up getting the service free of charge at the other shop. What's even more impressive is that the owner Brian offered to have his shop do the work free of charge if the other shop would not do it...and obviously, that was far beyond my expectation and he in no way needed to provide me that offer. They told me rats were gnawing on my cabin air filter and it needed replaced. There were no droppings, smell, fur, or any other indication. Occam's razor. Also the lady at the front desk handled the check in so poorly that I was unable to walk across the street to get a haircut while the oil was changed, which took an hour and a half. Surely if things had been handled well somewhere in that time I could have gotten a quick hair cut. read more

Avoid this place if possible. Went in to get a basic oil change and it took over forever. There were a few cars ahead of me so I knew there would be a wait but man it was bad. Once I got there no one greeted or told me that they would help so I walked inside and waited for over 40 minutes until they finally pulled my car in. I didn't even know if they were going to work on the car as 3 cars came in after me and the tech told them something and then they left. Once I got to the tech, he was a joy to talk to. He asked me if my car needed synthetic or regular. Aren't you suppose to know that as a tech? I already knew what my car needed and told him just the regular oil but he didn't believe me and gave me a speech about if I use the wrong oil that it will void my warranty even though my manual says conventional oil. After getting my car back I get a call about 30 minutes later from a random number so I answered it and it was from another tech that worked on my car at the shop. She asked if I could check under my hood as they think they left a wrench under my hood and sure enough they did. How do you forget your tools under someones hood? definitely avoiding this shop again and I am glad I was able to find the tool before it did any damage to my car. STAY AWAY! read more

This was the BEST experience I've ever had when dealing with any type maintenance on my car. From start to finish, the ENTIRE staff at this Jiffy Lube location was incredibly friendly and personable. Though I just went in for a quick oil change, each employee I interacted with (even if just in passing) acknowledged me, and made me feel like a person rather than just another car in line. A big shout out to Deborah, who made me feel like family. She explained everything that was going on with my vehicle, took excellent notes (for my follow up visits, next oil changes), and when I told her I am able to change my own air filter, she said "Good! Save yourself some money!" instead of the usual mechanic exclaiming I need them to do it for me (for a huge mark up $). I've always been impressed with Jiffy Lubes' service at other locations (never pushy sales people), but this location takes the cake. I noticed a diversity in service members, male and female in a variety of ethnicities with the same diversity in job assignments. I was offered information regarding services without pressure, giving me the pleasure of making selections without being beaten over the head. The exquisite customer service representative "Kevin" provided a little extra by showing me that both of my vehicle's filters did not yet require a change allowing me to record visually their condition for future reference. They go out of their way to use your coupons so that you can save a few bucks. Kevin helped 2 other customers while I was in the office consistently providing excellent customer service to each of us. I have been going to Jiffy Lube for many years and have taken all of my vehicles in for service and never have I had any issues with systems falling apart as a result of neglect due to information they have given me so that I could head off disaster. We came here for an oil change from a long road trip. We had a small 13 ft travel trailer in tow. When we arrived there were no other customers. Two guys came out and told us we couldn't pull the trailer through (it would've worked just fine) and did not offer any close location to drop our trailer. My husband had to back out onto the street. Had my car oil changed here for the second time two weeks ago, and the oil still looks like it hasn't been changed not even during the first time. I had to have it done again with a private mechanic and he showed me how dirty and black my engine oil was. :( I also took my brother's car here a month ago and i highly doubt his oil was changed. I realized late in the day that I really needed an oil change. I just moved from out of state and my dad has been my mechanic since I started driving and he's warned me of sketchy auto repair shops so I'm always nervous to take my car anywhere. I came here because my oil was way overdue and I was set to drive cross-country the next day. Overall, pretty good service. You get a few options for your oil change. They offer other services, but I didn't experience any pressure nor did I observe the attendant pressuring the older woman in front of me at all - they give you the info and let you decide what to do. They brought in my air filters and showed me, which I actually thought was great since my cabin filter was almost non-existent. They are a little on the pricey side, but when you're in a rush and lazy it's worth it. They only lost a star due to not wiping a fair amount of old oil off my skid plate which in turn dripped on my paved driveway (and even that I only care about since I rent my house). read more

This place needs to be closed down. We took my daughter's old Volvo wagon in for a simple oil change. One of their so called mechanics told my daughter he was feeling a little "spaced out" that day and almost put ATF transmission fluid in manual car! He also talked my daughter into changing her radiator fluid even though it is a "brand new radiator". I live in seaside california and i had a bad experience with the jiffy lube in seaside but i was still a loyal customer so i came to this jiffy lube and i was helped by daniel who first took my car and very respectfully and carfully moved my car in where Andre worked on it. They cleaned it and answered all the questions i had they were so helpful coming up with solutions and they have never tried to add on things i dont need and to me that shows respect and value for customer knowledge they did upsale me on a few services but i have to say it was also in great part to the prices. I have taken two other cars since then and got to meet monique this time and i even she was so helpful and amazing so in summary Andre Daniel and Monique are the reasons i will drive miles just for their service those are some of the best employees i have had the chance to meet. I would also really like to say thank you to the manager who agreed to meet with me to hear what i had to say. I can see why this team steals business from everywhere else.
