I always come to this location to get my oil changed. The staff here is amazing! I have always had a pleasant experience and am impressed with the level of service I receive. Today I went in to get my usual oil change and Cesar and Alvaro went above and beyond to let me know I had a few minor leaks that I should have looked at when I have time. They had me in and out within 15 minutes..... Highly recommend taking your car here for general maintenance. They truly are great! read more

Jiffy lubes are listed as oil,transmission and coolant collection centers. I showed up at the Norco location and they would only take the engine oil. After informing a manager looking employee what their web site states he still refused to take my coolant and was very stern and unapologetic about it. dont go here if your asian or drive a honda, because you are at fault, took my car there with my 3 kids after work, one week ago today for a oil change, there was only 1 customer there other then us, so they pulled it right in, took only a several minutes, went straight home, didn't drive it again until this tuesday after memorial day, since i had it off and its my work daily driver, i work about 6 miles from home right now, and started to hear some scraping while driving while on haven and riverside where its kind of like a roller coaster, didnt think anything about it, wednesday went to work heard it again then i drove to anaheim and heard it the whole way on the 91 fwy, when i finally checked i noticed my undercarriage and skid plate was hanging in the front, so i went back on thursday, they pull it in, and he goes under to look and immediately states you bottomed out, so thats why, i said no i didnt bro, i havent hit anything, its because there is a clip missing, he starts arguing with me no you bottomed out, come and look so i go in the pit, and he asks the guy above is there any comments left fromt the invoice, when did he come in, that guy says 7 days ago, this guys says to me so like 2 weeks ago, lol wait what no it was thursday and i came in on friday, (6 days), so i tell him look i barely starting driving it on tuesday and started hearing it, i didnt drive it all weekend, its just for work, and he says look here you bottomed out, this car is low, (i dont drive a lowered car) i told him this is stock, he argues more then im to blame and that all this is caused from bottoming out, i said that portion is aluminum, i scraped on the 91 fwy for about 8miles, how did i bottom out on the 91, he says that he will put a screw if they have one, i said so all of a sudden you guys have extra honda screws, and im not asking for anything free, i just want this fixed, im not asking for any new parts even though my undercarriage is all worn through now, so i just had enough and started walking up the stairs, when the other tech is right up top, and has his pocket knife out and is cleaning his fingernails and says you need to learn how to drive, i said what, he said it again, so it was already heated at that point with 2 employees badgering me like i did something wrong and want something for free, so i said oh really you need to learn how to do an oil change, he says it again plus some other words, and i walked out of the bay and said you guys are jiffy lube, you do one thing, and you cant even do that right bro, so he has his little pocket knife keeps talking crap i said whatever bro, do your job right, dont blame me, the guy down below places everything back where it should be with holes and all, and puts the missing screw in, he says ok im all done, then knife boy yells yeah get them out if here, and another guy (he was cool) jumped in the driver seat to drive it out, and he signaled nicely for my 15yrold daughter could move out of the way, so right before i could ask her to move, racist knife boy says you need to move, so i said you need to mind your own business, and then he says fine let her get hit, i dont care, i said i know you dont care, and dont worry about it, nobody is gonna hit her, believe me, and this whole time giving me some dirty looks, when the one who added the screw came up i said to him, look i appreciate you, and the driver i said i appreciate you, then i pointed to the racist drivers ed. teacher and said you, you can suck it, i told the one i appreciate you, and look if i bottomed out i would man up, i havent bottomed out, and said if that screw was there it would have never started dragging, i have never had this problem before, i dont want anything but what my car came in as, and he said yeah i looked up if there was any comments on your invoice like it would say if there was a missing screw before hand and any damage and he said he didnt see any comments on there so thats why he decides to solve the problem, so i said see bro im not trying to come up, and im not lying to you for any reason, i said my thanks to the one, even after i felt ganged up on, and not sure if he was threatening me with his knife, or just cleaning his filthy hands but who needs to put ip with that either way, go next door to mountain tire or even go to valvoline, you will have peace of mind. read more

Really guys, $120 for an oil change on an accord? The dealership won't even be that outwardly thievish! First, I got there and waited about 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Now, I'm a patient guy. If the staff is busy actually working, and I need their services, I'll wait. But that wasn't the case. Dude was chit chattin a nice young lady. Anyways, he finally realizes I'm waiting- tells me to go inside. Sure no problem! I go inside and no one is there (I get scared when I'm all alone). So dude comes in and asks me how I'd like to pay, so I ask him what am I paying for? "The oil change, sir", he says. "Well, shouldn't you do the work first, then get paid?" I got the rolled eyes, which was weird because I thought only high school girls did that. Then he said, sure yea and was about to walk out. "Hey!" , I said, how much is it going to be? "Ohhhh" he says. About $120. WHAT?! FOR REAL?! y'all NUTS! I said, the dealer's advertised prince is $89. Go there then, he said. So I went to their closest competitor literally 15 ft apart. RIP OFF!!!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could. They quoted me $57 for an oil change!! Yep you heard me right, $57 to change the oil in my 2009 GMC Sierra 1500 V-8. He then told me the price quoted was using a "blended" oil and if I chose that I would have to sign a release of liability because my truck actually takes a "special" oil. I have no clue how much the "special" oil price would have been. I told him, "You are crazy!" "I have never had anyone quote me $57 and tell me any of this shit!" I knew he was trying to rip me off! I left and went next door to GoodYear. They are literally 4 steps away. GoodYear changed my oil for $20 with free tire rotation. I told GoodYear what Jiffy Lube told me and they were BLOWN AWAY! I went back to Jiffy Lube, told the rep off & told all their customers how they were deliberately ripping people off! I will tell everyone I know not to give this company (location) any business! read more

Ive been going to this jiffy Lube for a long time. My last visit April 2015 I was shown a oil canister from my 07 Toyota Tundra that had a small piece broken off the canister. It wasn't leaking. I had it replaced. One month later I noticed a small oil leak coming from underneath. I removed my Skid Plate to get to the source of the leak. A small amt was leaking from the oil canister drain plug. When I called Ceaser the manager he said " we don't touch the drain plugs" It was new and probably was not tight. I was also pissed off because a cpl of bolts were missing from where the bumper guard wraps around and the plastic lips bolt to the skid plate. I had prior to my visit replaced my serpentine belt and tensioner myself and i knew the nuts and bolts were on the bumper guard.I was told " we don't tighten them to tight ,we've had problems in the past. I took my truck in with new nuts and bolts and a cpl extra that were not on the skid plate. I did not get treated with the opportunity to explain anything to the mechanic. I guess they figure everybody that comes in to this Jiffy Lube has never wrenched on a car. And you are treated as such. The manager Ceaser says your truck is finished and hands me several nuts and bolts and I question him about this. I ask to go into the pit underneath my truck to take a look. Immediately I notice 2 nuts and bolts missing from the skid plate bumper guard. Ceaser the manager puts on one of them because the mechanic that works on your car has misplaced the other one. He puts it on with all the washers on one side (wrong) and hand tightens it. I said "aren't you going to get a wrench and tighten it and he says to me, "YOU SURE ARE GETTING PICKY" What a idiot for a manager. I talked with the owner of this Franchise today and told him of my experience. He was apologetic. What else would you expect. This manager would be FIRED had he worked for me. I will find another company other than Jiffy Lube to service my vehicles and I recommend anyone who reads this to stay away from NORCO JIFFY LUBE.If you are the owner of a Toyota Tundra remember they have to remove the skid plate to service your truck. I usually come to this jiffy lube and had pretty good experience. But 1 bad experience is all it takes to turn a customer away. Successful businesses should be consistent!!! Maybe because it's a Sunday but if it says open at 8am, don't open at 8:20am. Then if there are several customers waiting, please ask who was here first. Luckily I'm working on my patience so I let it go. Then the manager ask "do you need your windows and floor vacuumed? Because we are short handed." Again, customer service should be about the customer not about inconvenience that the employee is experience because someone called in sick or lack of staffing! Poor customer service. Poor problem solving skills. I had a stripped oil drain plug, they said they had new ones but didn't want to remove it because they didn't want to be "liable" for the bolt being stripped. I asked if they could just remove the damaged one and replace it. They could not. I was told that I should remove it myself and replace the oil then bring it back for an oil change....... This is the kind of talent you will be faced with here. I went down the street to another place and they replaced the damaged part and changed my transmission fluid for 20$ cheaper. One star given because zero stars is not an option. First, let me say that the franchisee is much more concerned with maintaining a clean track record when it comes to customer complaints. On the other hand, the "boss", Cesar, seems to go to great lengths to alienate customers and generally get them to abandon Jiffy Lube as their oil change store. Why does he feel he needs to be a complete jerk when dealing with customers (according to several reviews here)? I had an issue that could have very easily been rectified but Cesar went out of his way to make me angry enough to contact the franchisee for resolution. While not able to talk to the owner directly, his representative George returned my call the same day and was very apologetic about the very rude and condescending manner in which I was treated by bossman Cesar. The reason I keep referring to Cesar as the boss is because when I asked him who his district manager was, he said he was the boss. Since most people in retail have a boss, I told him he must have a boss and he insisted that he was it. That there was no one higher up than him. Why any company would retain this employee with an attitude as such is a mystery to me. George took care of the problem satisfactorily and invited me to continue my relationship with Jiffy Lube at his other nearby location since he doubted I would ever return to Cesar's store. He assured me this would not occur ever again and that he would ensure I would be treated with the respect that any customer deserves. I will consider his offer because I have been going to Jiffy Lube for many years and I believe they do a pretty good job overall. But I want to see how long Cesar remains an employee with Jiffy Lube. If they continue his employment, I don't think I can continue to do business with that company. read more

I went there to get an oil change and transmission flush. There was no cars in the bays or customers in the lobby. The "Greeter" was talking to another person by the front door and didn't even acknowledge me. An employee was in the lobby making coffee and walked out the door not even acknowledging me. My young daughters waited with me and after about five minutes a man came out of the bay area and said "he will be with you" pointing at the man chatting outside the front door. I went to him and said "is someone going to help me or do I have to go somewhere else?" He the said, "Ok I'll help you then continued to talk to the other man." I walked out past him with my two daughters and placed them into the car seats and finally he asked can I help you as I'm driving out. Still no other customers there I said to him that I will never go to a Jiffy Lube again. He said that he was the manager and he was talking to a past customer. I past several places that do oil changes on my way to this place. I have six cars and am a small customer and I spend several hundred dollars a year on oil changes etc... The customer service was horrible and I would not ever feel comfortable letting my spouse or family ever going to this place... read more
