Ok so I just took my VW to get the oil changed. I was told my car had an "excessive oil leak" which was weird because since it was new it never leaked a drop of fluid from anywhere. I asked where the oil leak was coming from and the guy told me somewhere near the oil pan but they have no idea exactly where from. Absolutely made zero sense. Another thing. I literally just got my car washed and detailed this morning. As I'm leaving, the guy tells me that they washed my windows and vacuumed to my car. What? It was already immaculate. That's probably as true as when they told me they inflated my truck tires up last time I was there. I'm done with this place. It's cheaper to go to the dealership where least there I know my vehicles are being serviced by professionals and the service is being completed. read more

I needed to get to card done today, my daughters PT AND MY F150. My wife and daughter showed up before me about ten minutes and as described to me an older gentleman was freaking out and being a complete jerk to the staff and hadn't even had work done. Proceeded to tell the staff how to do their job on my daughters car but very rudely. The staff handled this man by telling him they refuse service to him. Now in this mans defense the staff asked my wife what kind of oil she needed in her car, isn't that their job to know, when my wife called me to ask what kinda of oil I told her the mfr type is what goes in so put the same in. I told him it is a check in at this location, he just looked mad. I have been to Jiffy Lube all over California and come home with a freshly vacuumed car and super fast service. The worst service ever!!! Manager Cesar has no customer service skills what so ever!! He was extremely rude to my husband on the phone would not let my husband speak and then he had the nerve to hang up on him for no reason! Our Machanic took off out drive shaft and for that reason he refused to change our oil "due to liability", what liability one has NOTHING to do with the other. And BTW the oil has been changed many times since the drive shaft was removed Cesar, just not from YOU!!!! Expecting to pay $50 maybe $60 for an oil change, turned out the recommend oil change service was $90. Yes. $90. And they didn't even rotate my tires. I would've went to hemborg ford, but I needed an appointment but my schedule is t allow it. I could've paid $50 at hemborg and got my tires rotated for free. So I had to settle here. I also had a $13 off coupon, but that was quickly canceled by their special blend for certain vehicles. LAME. The guys didn't make eye contact, spoke so quickly like they were programmed robots, and didn't really seem to care about their customers. They vacuum your car and clean your windows as a courtesy but they left my windows Super streaky and nasty. Had I known I would've declined. I won't be coming here again. read more

I was on lunch and needed to get my oil changed. I was quickly greeted by an employee and they started on my car right away. I took a seat in there waiting room, which was very clean and had a TV to watch while I waited. The service was exceptional, I was in and out in 15 minutes and was able to save $12 with a coupon that I found on Yelp. Because of my first experience I brought my second car in a few weeks later and again was in and out in less than 15 minutes with different employees. TERRIBLE!!! It was about a month ago when I was due for another oil change, I will never be going to this specific Jiffy Lube ever again. I remembered this experience just a few hours ago, so I was sure to make a yelp account for this specific reason. I went in for a oil change, not five minutes later my vehicle was brought back outside. I was accused of doing the oil change myself because of how "stripped" the bolt was to drain the oil. After telling who I assume was the manager that I got an oil change last time one was needed at a different Jiffy Lube he told me to take it back to that one specific because they "stripped" my bolt. I drove an extra 45 minutes to get to the other Jiffy lube Just to find out there was nothing at all wrong with my bolt. After me telling them that the other Jiffy Lube manager said it was "stripped" they brought the bolt to me and to my amazement it was perfectly fine, maybe a little scratch on the bolt but definitely not "stripped". I I have no idea why they didn't do it there at the first jiffy lube. Very un-honest of these people. Something so simple was turned into a big deal for absolutely nothing. Was also very rude of him to say it was my own fault because he was so sure that I did it, and I have never changed oil in my life! Unfortunately I can only leave a one out of five stars. Worse jiffy lube ever Don't go here took my 2014 Nissan altima 4 cylinder for a oil change.The manager stated that 0-20W synthetic is the recommended (recommended)OK just like higher octane is recommended not standard. told him to use conventional oil in instead. he said that he would not do the service on my car unless I used the 0-20W synthetic cost was $ 72.00 LOL I would never pay that much for a oil change for this car. I don't think the manager knows the difference between recommended and what is standard or what the customer wants. This is my second time at this location and I'm thoroughly impressed. Each time the staff has been quick and efficient. Additionally, during my second visit I showed up as they were trying to close up in 10 minutes (looked at the wrong location's time), but they still allowed me to come in for an oil change. These guys are horrible at their job. They over price the service. I guess they think that they can charge twice the retail rate for parts (oil and wiper blades), since it's covered by a lease service agreement. They charged $70 for Synthetic oil and $22 per wiper blade. That is double the retail price for the same products at Autozone. They claim that their price is justified for "all" the work they did. How hard is it to remove/replace a plug, filter and wiper blades? That what the $45 labor charge is for. Beware, this place is a scam for lazy people. Find a coupon and shop around for a better deal and service. Oh! The funny part was that they don't even know to remove the protective cover off the new wiper blades. So much for professional service. Well, I'm off to check the oil level... in case they forgot to fill it or tighten the plug. The attitude from the staff is less than desirable.
